About this house rental

Come and enjoy our quaint Cape Cod home with great views, beaches, dining and shopping - all within walking distance. Our home overlooks Lewis Bay, where you can enjoy watching the ferries heading out to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, colorful sailboats, windsurfers, and a variety of birds all from the back deck while grilling, sunning or playing yard games; or enjoy the views from a comfy chair inside the living room in front of large picture windows.

The location is second to none. Our quintessential Cape house abuts a marsh and is located in a quiet residential area that is surrounded by beaches, restaurants and shops just up the road - all within walking distance.

Choose your beach. .5 miles to Kalmus Beach, which is the public area beach. Keyes Memorial Beach and Veterans Park Beach are two other public beaches both within walking distance, 1 mile and .2 miles respectively. We are approximately 3 miles from Craigville Beach, another popular public beach in the area.

One mile up the road is Hyannis Harbor where you'll enjoy a variety of dining options, ice cream, entertainment and shopping. You can also catch a Ferry here to the Islands. (save the parking fee and walk).

Main Street Hyannis is only one and a half miles away where you'll enjoy even more shopping, fine dining and entertainment for all ages.

Newly renovated, this two-story home is1800 square feet and comfortably sleeps ten people. The home is air conditioned, with a gas grill, flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, huge spacious back deck, large farm table, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and more.

If you do decide to request a booking, please tell us a little bit about your party and the purpose for your stay. We work hard keeping our home beautiful for our guest and this only works by knowing a little bit about our guest.

Please note: Peak season (June 29 - August 31) is a required 7-night minimum -
with Saturday check-in, check-out.

NOTE: You may see a break in the reviews between 2019 - 2023. During this time, we took the house off the rental market to update, renovate and enjoy some family time. We returned this fantastic little gem back to the rental market in 2023.

This house has the most beautiful marsh land backyard with many birds flocking to the area… ospreys w/nest, heron, egrets, mallards, etc and you can see the ocean/ferry boats passing. The owners have everything you could possibly want/need for a fun, relaxing time.

Wonderful beautiful spacious resort level cleanliness vacation home. Perfect location to beaches: Kalmus, & Veterans. And not a bad drive to Mayflower. Took the ferry to Nantucket. Could not have been easier. Highly recommend for families and friends looking to make memories to last a lifetime ❤️

This immaculate and comfortable house was enjoyed by guests from four families to celebrate a special birthday. The living room and deck were great for birdwatching and enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen is well equipped and even has labels to find everything. It’s a lovely neighborhood near beaches, shopping and excellent local restaurants. Nearby Cape Cod Train ride and HyLine Ferry to and bus tour in Nantucket were great trips.

This is a great quaint property with a very peaceful view of the wetlands. We really enjoyed the deck in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Everything was immaculate and cared for on the property. The home provided a great home base to catch the ferry to MV or even a drive up to P Town. I highly recommend this property for couples or families.

Everything went well! Kitchen was well equipped. View was fantastic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck. The living room is very comfortable. The key lockbox was a bit difficult to locate. We'll be glad to come back again.

Our family of 5, all adults, found this property to be clean, comfortable, and in a nice central location. We could walk to the beach, with easy access to shopping and the ferry to both Martha’s Vinyard and Nantucket. It's a great jumping off point for exploring Cape Cod from The Bridge to Provincetown.

This home was perfect for our annual roommates from college get away!! The property is beautiful, has a great view and area is quiet. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. Location is perfect with easy walk to the beaches, ferries and downtown. This is such a beautiful home and has everything you need for your stay. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful when we had to cut our trip short due to an illness. The location is perfect and staying off season was perfect for us! The deck is incredible and being able to have coffee outside each morning was amazing! We hope to stay again soon!!

This house is perfect for a family getaway. 4 bedrooms / 3 baths is spacious, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed cooking meals and playing games throughout our stay. Property is in walking distance to beach. We made great memories here and would rent this property again.

This place is fantastic. Was a great spot to unwind after a full day of sight seeing. We all took turns sitting in the 2 chairs in front of the big windows that look out over the marsh. It's such a cute place and well taken care of. We all wished the weather was warmer so we could have sat outside on the deck but loved watching the sideways rain from the big windows -lol. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home.

We loved our long weekend at your house. Everyone in our family of nine was comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed walking on the nearby beaches. The deck was perfect for soaking up the sun. We used the gas fire pit to warm us when the temperature dropped. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect house for all seasons. The weekend we visited it poured rain and was windy all weekend. We were so very happy that we selected this home for our visit. We watched the rain storm and the birds in the marsh from the huge picture windows. Loved watching the ferry heading out and back. So much to see - kept us entertained. The home had everything we needed— organized, clean and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Martin’s house. It is not only a beautiful home, but the location was central to everything we will be staying again in the future; hopefully, next time it will not be as cold as this past weekend was. Best part was being able to walk to the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone to stay at when they’re visiting the Cape.

For our February vacation we had a 3 generation girls' trip! The newly renovated property was pristine and extremely comfortable, but the views were unbelievable! The picture windows framed the marsh from sunrise through sunset. We hope to visit again in the summer months!

This house just screams tranquility! It was so wonderful with everything we could’ve possibly needed in such a beautiful setting. The proximity to downtown Hyannis was so convenient! Also very close to the hospital which was great because we had a little emergency with my 6 year old and we felt so lucky to be so close. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home, and the views of the salt marshes were great from the windows and private deck! The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Hyannis is a great location, centrally located on the Cape, so it was easy to get to all our favorite spots, from Provincetown at the tip, to Plymouth, MA in the west. The owners were wonderful and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. We would certainly recommend!

The house is in a great location. Walking distance to beach and downtown Hyannis. Well equipped kitchen and home make your stay comfortable. Everything labeled and easy to find. The home is perfectly situated with views of the ocean and the ferry’s on their way to the islands. An easy walk to the beach. And town is just a 3 minute drive to the most popular restaurants. The house itself is very comfortable and easily accommodated our family. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. There is a large back deck to enjoy the views. We very much enjoyed our stay in Hyannis. The location is perfect - just far enough away from everything to be peaceful - yet close enough to walk to the beach and a quick drive to shops & restaurants. The deck overlooking the salt marsh was my favorite part; it is so serene. The home was very well stocked with everything we could have wanted or needed. We have stayed at many different VRBOs and this one stands out as one of the best. We hope to be able to return next year. Thank you Sandy - you were a wonderful host!

Our family booked this lovely home for a last minute getaway and we appreciated everything about our stay. The views are peaceful and bright. The a/c works perfectly. The outdoor shower is a wonderful touch. Shed full of beach chairs and toys. The grill and all kitchen appliances are great, as are washer and dryer. Loved all the board games, esp the old school rotating Scrabble Board! There are local beaches in walking distance, and so many options a short drive away. Easy drive to Provincetown for a day trip, and Coast Guard beach for another. Thanks to Sandy and Mike for making our stay so nice!
