Location was great, quiet yet pretty close to Yias center. Clean house with everything we needed. Communication with the host was good. Easy parking on a quiet street.
Flies on the patio were irritating

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Gloria. The house was exactly as described and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We wanted a quiet location for four people, and that's exactly what we got.
We liked everything about Casa Gloria.

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage had everything we needed , it was very private on a residential road approx 10 min walk into tias which we enjoyed having eaten at a few of the tapas bars it was good to walk back. The cottage was absolutely spotless and what a fantastic host Gloria was keeping in touch through WhatsApp in case of any problems. Gloria was so friendly and welcoming and that’s why we would return and stay again at Casa Gloria 😃

Casa gloria was fitted out well plenty of towels ,blankets everything you need for your holiday. It's location away from everything but only a five minute drive to everything was great .gloria and her husband were there to greet us and WhatsApp us a few times to make sure everything was OK, on a wet overcast day gloria sent in a beautiful home made cake .a car is must for this location.

A fantastic property, plenty of space and supplied with everything you need for a self catering holiday
Gloria who stays in the adjoining property provides a lovely welcome and there is a welcome pack with milk, coffee, fruit, etc waiting for you. There is even a home made cake the Gloria bakes and hangs on the fence which was wonderful
A short walk takes you into the main street for restaurants, a large HyperDino supermaket and cafe bars.
We will return
Cant think of anything, a pool would be nice but at this price you are already getting exceptional value

First time in Lanzarote, what a wonderful place. So clean and the people take so much pride in all they do. Everything was great and location was excellent for exploring the island which suits us fine (not resort people - advice is to hire a car for the duration of the stay). Very easy to get to from the airport. Lots to do within 30mins of the location. Lovely attentive hosts who kept in touch throughout the holiday to ensure everything was going well. Nice welcome pack and Gloria even cooked us a wonderful cake which did not last long at all. Plenty of towels and a change of bedding which was nice as we were staying for 2 weeks.
The only issue we had was building work next door which started early most mornings and meant we could not use the outdoor area most days due to noise from tools. Would have been nice to have breakfast outside more often and to relax on the sun loungers. However, it did mean we got out every day to explore the island. Note this is just bad luck and nothing to do with the actual property and hosting. Would have been a 10 score otherwise for the stay.

We were unfortunate to end up in Lanzarote during the Corona Virus lock down but we were fortunate to be locked in Casa Gloria. This place is really nice, comfortable and fully equipped. The owner was incredibly helpful during this hard time and we could not thank her enough.
I would recommend the Casa Gloria because it is really lovely, clean house.

Good location with easy driving access to main roads, supermarket and local tapas bar. A car is needed to reach local facilities in Tias, it would be a long walk. The bedrooms had very good space, with plenty of storage, and plug sockets everywhere.
The outside utility space was very useful with washing machine and a drying rack. There was a welcome pack with milk, bread, jam and fruit, plus Gloria baked us a cake which was very nice !
Gloria is an attentive and very welcoming host. Our lack of Spanish didn't cause any problem as she communicated in English via WhatsApp.
During our stay we found the outside seating area and barbecue impossible to use. The neighbours dogs were barking every day for hours and there was a huge quantity of black flies, plus local cats begging for food. Really unpleasant and annoying as this was one of the reasons we booked at this property.
Also the kitchen facilities were limited. There's a 2 ring induction hob, which is so small its hard to fit more than 1 cooking pan at a time. Maybe the owners expect most people to eat out, but really that's not the point of self-catering accommodation. The TV & satellite service worked well but very few English channels are available. Also the wi-fi internet access was limited, as its based on a TP-Link in the far corner of the property.
As a couple we managed ok with the living space, but for more people it would be very limited.
It should be noted the property is an annex to the owners property, reach from a driveway at the side of their house. Its fenced off and quite private. There is a separate entrance for guests. The sun-beds provided can really only be used on the driveway area. There are plants and small bushes along the edge, but its not a garden space as described.

Excellent well equipped apartment adjoining owners property. Private and secure nice and clean. Useful welcome goods to kick off your stay. Nice undercover patio to sit out on and breakfast out in the sun. Communication with the owner and her husband was very good, responsive and accomodating.
Good location, quiet area but with easy access to main roads. Rental car is necessary to get about.
In all we had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Gloria.
TV has no English channels.
Nothing else
