HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 12-15 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 1. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.
PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

We have stayed in the Plantation villas at Sea Pines for years. This unit was wonderfully decorated, clean and very well supplied. Master bed was very comfortable, the 2 full beds in guest were a bit short for adults. Our only drawback to this unit is the poorly functioning ac unit. But the provided extra fans did help. There was also a slight smell to the unit upon entering each time that I suspect was related to the hvac system. Beautiful condo and amazing views. This rental company was very professional to deal with. Thank you for the stay. Looking forward to our vacay in Sea Pines again next year!

We enjoyed such a lovely stay in this beautiful condo - from how meticulously clean it was upon our arrival to the comfort of the furnishings, the breathtaking view and the quick and easy (and very scenic!) short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every moment of our week away. This is our second time staying in this location, and the experience and accommodations are truly unmatched. Such an exceptional location and relaxing vacation with more than enough room for two adults and two children. Easy access in and put of Sea Pines, ample and safe parking, great pool and fully stocked accommodations with anything we needed - we truly enjoyed ourselves. This was one of the best equipped properties that we have stayed at. Very clean and staged well. We loved it! Only tip... definitely rent or bring bikes if you have children- the beach was farther then expected. Not a deal breaker though... we will be back!

Our Villa was "As Advertised". The unit a clean and fully stocked with everything needed to make your stay accommodating. The golf course view overlooking hole # 9 was spectacular! Sea Pines resort is truly self contained with great places to dine, drink and beach club tops it off!
We had a great stay and can't say enough about Tracy and Beverly at Bestnest. They were very helpful and responsive to a couple of questions we had. Thanks again!!

One of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed! Very centrally located in Sea Pines. On golf course but close walk or bike ride to beach and Harbor Town. BestNest went above and beyond with communication before and during our stay. They provided so many amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, etc and a nice welcome basket with local goodies!! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could imagine for cooking and eating in! The place was immaculate and very updated. I have already recommended this management company to friends and will only use them to book our next vacation to Hilton Head!

This rental was great! Clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, comfortable and centrally located. Loved everything about it and would stay here again! Rented bikes from HH outfitters and bikes to the beach everyday. Rented an umbrella and chairs on the beach at sea pines beach club. It was a nice relaxing spring break.

The condo property surrounding was clean, well lit and convenient to have a dog. The home was very organized, clean, comfortable. Well equipped with anything you would need.

Beverly’s home was extremely clean and tidy. The welcome basket was a very nice touch that we enjoyed and the place was also well stocked. We loved the location and how we were able to walk to the Beach Club and Harbor Town which are two of our favorite places to go when we visit the island. Lastly, we had a great time siting on the patio and watching the golfers. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Exceeded expectations ……. Beautiful furniture and well stocked kitchen. Other places we have stayed that advertised an elevator have always had a luggage cart. Unfortunately, don’t know if we would stay again for this reason.

Best condo rental experience we have ever had! Absolutely everything was as presented. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The communication was exact. I love the location. The only downside might be that there are a lot of rules, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. Looking forward to renting this exact unit again, only staying much longer next time!

This place has everything you need! Top-quality on all the items you need it for. Hairdryer, skillets, glassware, laundry detergent, linens you name it it’s all there. Beach chairs, beach towels, boggy surfboards, kiddy Sandcastle kit , coolers all of it. Bring yourself your sunscreen, your dog and some Keurig cups and head on!
