The condo is perfectly located in Naples. One block from the beach and 2 blocks from lovely restaurants and shops on Third! Kristin, the owner, was very easy to reach with any questions we had. The assigned condo parking space was very convenient. The photos very accurately show the condo- well represented!!

This was our second time staying in this unit, as we love the location of it (in the building itself and the close proximity of it to the beach and 3rd St). The unit is fabulous and fully stocked with everything you need. The owner, Kristin, is very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Disappointed!
The location is the best thing about this place. It would have been a lot better if cleaned properly especially in the kitchen. Old moldy food was inside the silverware tray, and the coffee pot was filthy.
We also had a lot of ants in the kitchen, hallway, large bathroom and bedroom. The larger bathroom had a lot of black mold on the inside of the sliding door for the tub. There was mold and hair on the wall as well.

Naples Mariner Condo
This is a great condo in Old Naples. The beach is a block away, 3rd Street restaurants are a 2 minute walk - very safe, very bright. The condo is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, beautiful linens. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Surprised to see that all garbage including recyclables had to be dumped in the same container which was located in the parking lot behind the common pool area.

Best location you’ll find in Naples
Location is everything and this is the place. Walk to everything including beach, shops, and dining in Old Naples. Add in a pool, lush courtyard, and cool architecture vibes of a 60’s hotel and you can’t ask for much more. Kristin is a great host and very quickly took care of a couple small things for us on check-in. Highly recommended!

Wow! Just SPECTACULAR!
The location of this property was spectacular! First of all, this is a corner unit (closest to beach side) so both bedrooms have windows on two walls. The master has four windows with lots of sunshine (twin bed room lots of sun too). Across from this unit is a vacant community room so we essentially had the most private condo in the building. One block (maybe 2 minute walk to the beach) and two block walk to 3rd Street South, Old Naples (think Charleston, SC). The condo is small, but very cozy, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooking supplies (note: there is a stove top, microwave but no oven). Plenty of restaurants nearby (Jane’s Garden Cafe is a must for breakfast/brunch). Kristin (owner) was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions. The laundry facility is on same level and about 6 doors down. There is an app to use for wash & dry (hugely convenient; Washco Pay app) so no need for acquiring quarters. The pool is clean, deep (7ft 9inches) and beautifully warm for morning and evening swims. This condo and development was clean, quiet, convenient and you will not find another building available for rent that is this close to the beach (and you will be surrounded by beautiful homes that are millions of dollars. So fun to walk around and look). We left a drying rack which is perfect for bathing suits (condo does not allow towels hanging over outdoor railings and rightfully so as it would detract from the presentation. Good rule!). King bed in master, two twins in other room. Very comfortable beds with very comfortable pillows! We tried to book this unit for next March, but it was already booked so book quickly! You do not want to miss it.

Great location!
We have stayed at The Mariner before but never in this unit. The location of the unit was fabulous - corner unit on the second floor with an outdoor seating area (this was for all tenants). The unit was clean and bright and the location is perfect - so close to the pier and Third Street! Just a few things that we noticed - there was no soap for the shower, kleenex or hand towels (to me, bath towels and washcloths(which to be fair we did have plenty of) do not qualify as hand towels). Other than that, our stay was great! I would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Awesome condo & location
This is a lovely condo in a beautiful area of Naples. The beach is a block away, Naples pier right down the street, pool on property which is well kept & not crowded even at the height of the season. The condo is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, beautiful linens. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Adorable small condo in the perfect location in old Naples. Not even a block to the beach! Beautiful heated pool.... plus very quiet! Also...great beach chairs and plenty of beach towels furnished by owner. Quick walk to lots of great restaurants and shops! It was perfect!

Mariner, Naples FL WOW
First timers on VRBO. We really enjoyed our visit to Naples. Location Location Location is right title for this unit. Old Florida charm and so close to all you need. Gulf of Mexico right there. SWIM. Naples 3 Street South right there. Go to Tommy Bahama's and Naples Pub. Great pool right there and so warm! BAD ASS Coffee right there. You might not need a car. Our unit had everything we needed plus the little things we did not even expect. Loved the sitting area outside the unit too. #203 being an end unit is ideal. And I must mention the owner, Kristin was so helpful, so responsive to our questions, as our plans were fluid, and a pleasure to deal with.

This condo is the best in the building. Second floor corner so both bedrooms have 2 walls of windows. Lots of light, quiet and no building traffic. The unit has absolutely everything you need for comfort and beach use. Kristen thought of everything. A pleasure to stay and a must return.

Across the street from the beach and one block to restaurants and shops. The pool was super warm (which the kids loved) and the apartment, while cozy, is well decorated and comfortable. It was great for our family of four. It was also stocked with lots of beach gear (chairs, coolers, some sand toys for kids).

This property is just perfect tif you like to visit the beach and don't want to cook too much. Bedding ang pillows were very comfortable. Pool was nice too.

Very relaxing and a great respite from cold Michigan
We loved our time at The Mariner Hotel! It is a throwback to the 50-60’s Florida motels. Our unit had been updated and very adequate for our needs. Being able to walk to the beach and walk to Old Naples and a little further but walkable 5th Avenue was a plus for staying at The Mariner. The pool was like bath water which we liked too, although the “regulars” said it was warmer than in previous years. If it works that we plan to visit Naples again we will certainly consider The Mariner.

The unit was very nice and clean. Beds were great. One thing to note though is that the laundry is in a common location in the building and takes quarters. Enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient and nice.
This location was ideal, within walking distance to Old Naples and the beach was across the street. The accommodations were spartan but adequate, clean and the owner was very quick to respond to any question. My only complaint is the lack of reliable internet service. Connection was painfully slow, timing out or unavailable. If this improves we are "in" for going back next year! People at the inn were old for the most part and very kind. The staff although they were not cleaning our room or serving us were lovely. Very good experience!

My family goes to Naples on a regular basis to visit our in laws and the Mariner is a diamond in the rough! We look for easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants and the Mariner is the perfect place for the price! Location, Location, Location...you can't beat it! Parking is a bear in Naples and the Mariner provides you with a parking space, this alone should sell you! The beach is so close our three and four year old niece and nephew were able to carry their own supplies to the beach. If we forgot something the unit was close enough it was no big deal to go and get it. All the tenants were very kind and helpful during our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone. My family defiantly plans on staying at the Mariner again in the future.

2nd year staying here. it's everything that we look for in renting by the beach. The place is great nothing fancy but then again we are not hanging out in the condo.Great walking distance to shops. most importantly just minutes from the beach, cross gulf shore and you are there. also what was great was no hassle with tring to find parking, and paying the meter. Whats not to like about staying at the mariner.
