About this bed and breakfast

Sunrise Guest House is an ocean view home with 5 bedrooms and five bathrooms. Our home is located directly across the street from the ocean with a private path leading to the most beautiful white sandy beach. We are within walking distance to the village of Montauk which is less than a mile away and we have bikes that are available for our guests to enjoy if they wish.. We are literally steps from a beautiful beach that is all but secluded. We have three 300 sq. ft. master suites with breathtaking ocean views, fireplaces, and all have ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and wifi are in each suite for your enjoyment. There are two additional guest rooms each with their own bath as well. House has a front porch overlooking the ocean. Our porch is a great place to sit and relax and watch and listen to the waves. We have beach chairs, bikes, towels, and umbrellas that are provided for your stay. If you are looking to get back to nature, Montauk has amazing nature trails to visit and enjoy as well as beaches. The beach in front of our house is all but secluded. Enjoy what Montauk is all about with this perfect social distancing retreat. We offer a work-from-home alternative for people that want to relax and get away. We have fast wifi and comfortable workspaces overlooking the ocean.

We had a great week in Montauk. You are not only right off the beach, but you end up having a large section of beach to yourself most days. The house is easy to access, has plenty of queen size beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen / cooking arrangement worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Great location across the street from the ocean. People living behind the property were very helpful. Just a little disappointed that we didn't receive a supply of coffee for our stay. We have always been given coffee at every place we have rented.

Quaint house with great location (and views) across the road from beautiful beach. Three of the five bedrooms are quite large with fireplaces and sitting areas. One is average sized and one is small. All of the bedrooms have their own 3/4 bath except the small bedroom off kitchen which has access to 3/4 bath near by. The kitchen is large and well equipped. House comes with beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes which we used a lot. Only issues with house are the bathroom door off kitchen is swollen and doesn’t close. Also, there is some noise from road in front of house but doesn’t offset the benefit of proximity to beach and wonderful view of ocean.

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

My wife and I enjoyed the down time with walks on the beach with the beagles while my young-adult daughter and her boyfriend liked the walking distance to Montauk. We had a great half-day fishing trip too and the weather was spectacular! Can't give it six stars so settled for five. ;)

Stayed here in mid-April for a quick spring break. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is across the street. The town is about a mile away. Would definitely come back.

We stayed for the weekend with our teens. The setup is great and well set up for your stay. Loved that we had spaces to gather and to separate- plus no competition for a bathroom! The view is stunning and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises. Would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future!

What an awesome vacation!! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.! The house was perfectly located for a wonderful winter get away! The rooms were beautifully appointed, most with their own private sitting areas, fireplaces and updated bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious with granite counters and gas stove which was great for cooking a large post Christmas dinner for the whole family. The ocean can be seen from almost every room!! We had such a great time that no one wanted to leave! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this well appointed VRBO property. The ocean is literally steps away and if you open your bedroom window you can be lulled asleep by the crashing waves. This rental will accommodate a family or a collection of your most favorite friends as there are four suites each with a queen bed, shower/sink, TV and fireplace. A short ride or walk from the town of Montauk. Communication with the property managers was easy. We’ll be back! Thank you for a new Hampton hideaway.

We stayed 10/9-10/13. This house is beyond the pictures! So beautiful and immaculate. The weather was picture perfect, not a cloud in the sky and the ocean was amazing. John met us at the house and gave us a great history lesson of the house and Montauk. Both Stacy and John were readily available with questions. We plan to make this a yearly tradition. Great place to stay with group - fully stocked with every amenity. Home was clean and comfortable with TV's, AC , bathrooms everywhere. Outside front porch has beautiful views and saw many whales . Beautiful beach across street, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided.

We couldn’t have had a better stay at this beautiful home. It was so unique and special — a real “feel good” place. The upper deck, front porch, ocean views, the beach just steps away and the amazing restaurant right next door were only a few of the amazing attributes to this property. We were honoured to be guests and we will most certainly be back!

Property fit our needs well, especially with a 2 yr old and an infant. The sitting rooms with each bedroom was perfect for the kids. Some of the bathrooms are dated but functional. Host provides pretty much everything you'll need. Already thinking about booking again next year.

Excellent property and very kind owner. Beautiful experience. Everything in Montauk is very expensive. The home is right across the street from the most beautiful beach. We had a great time. Older home with a few tiny glitches, but nothing to diminish a great experience.

We came to Montauk to get out of the city and spend time together as a family to just have fun. The house was Perfect!!! The view, the setting and the roominess of the house and seaside views made our stay everything we hoped it would be. There was plenty of private space for alone time too. The hosts were always available and even came by to check that all was good and offered some great tips on restaurants and things to do. And pointed out a dolphin!!!!! All the suggested restaurants were wonderful and we enjoyed all of them. The house provided more than enough space for us to have family meals and board game time. We also appreciated all the kitchen amenities. We will definitely be coming back!!!!! Thank You Stacey for making our stay such a memorable one.

We really enjoyed our stay at this classic Montauk Beach House. The unique design of bedroom suites/bathrooms really worked for us. Two young infants and eight adults fit comfortably into the ample living space offered by the house. John and Stacy were extremely responsive to our needs to fix minor issues that arose during our stay. Right across the street from the most beautiful beach with easy access. Just a great experience for us!
