About this cottage rental
This is a beautiful and sunny second floor Cottage, just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. IT INCLUDES ONE OFF-STREET PARKING SPOT, A RARITY IN DOWNTOWN REHOBOTH!
There is a queen bed in the bedroom with a queen bed in the great room opposite the sofas and sleeps up to 4 guests. We DO NOT provide linens. You must bring your own linens and towels. Linens for additional cost in Off Season.
The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can do your own cooking and serve your meals in the dining room. Netflix, ROKU TV & a DVD player/Smart TV is included. In addition to the bathroom shower, there is access to two enclosed outdoor showers ( Season Dependent). Complimentary Beach chairs INCLUDED (Season Dependent).
You can walk everywhere: the boardwalk, beach, attractions, amusements, and so many restaurants and shops. Jolly Trolley to get to Dewey Beach.
OFF-SEASON rates are FROM $195 per night with a two-night minimum
PEAK SEASON SUMMER rates Vary. Rentals between mid June and Labor day are 7 night stays from Saturday to Saturday

Family of four stayed in the upper cottage. Well stocked kitchen air conditioners worked great, which was appreciated because it was hot, Location is fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Very nice to have beach chairs accessible in the courtyard. Would stay again.

We had a nice stay! The cottage was the perfect size for me, my husband, and our small dog. Helen met us to check in/out and is an absolute gem! Delightful person! Parking was not an issue - even with a bike rack and bikes on the back of our medium-sized SUV, we were able to park well within the space and back in and out with no problems. Location is perfect - central to Gordon's Pond, the beach/boardwalk, and the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. Note that there are quite a bit of "rules" signs throughout the cottage (necessitated from past stays, as Helen filled us in), but considerate renters will be fine 😊 The renovated bathroom is so nice - the shower feels luxurious! There's a little bit of shared outdoor space between the cottage and the main house, but we preferred hitting the beach/boardwalk or walking around Lake Gerar Park.

When I arrived, I discovered how perfectly the property was located to experience Rehoboth. The check-in person was friendly and knowledgeable and she made the process fun and easy. I met the hosts, who were friendly and fantastic. I plan to return later this summer and will stay here again if it is available.

Cottage was quiet, cozy and very clean. The location is perfect, especially if you have a dog. Close to the beach and the boardwalk, close to Rehoboth Avenue and close to the park for dog walking. The new bathroom remodel is beautiful! Cottage is fully stocked with everything you might need. Helen is a delight for check-in and check-out. We will be back again!

Really liked the location but place was a little small. Overall everything went well and in the offseason I would stay there again if only with one of my kids.

We enjoyed our weekend staying at the upper cottage. Check in/out was super easy. Helen is fantastic - welcoming and so nice. The cottage is comfortable and charming. Very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We walked everywhere the whole weekend. Highly recommend!

The upper cottage was so perfect last year that we stayed here again. We have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness (especially for properties that allow pets) so the fact that this was our second stay should let you know this place is clean! Perfect location and although we were here in the off season, the importance of the parking spot for in-season stays should not be ignored. Everything is as advertised and the property manager Helen is the best!

The location of this upper cottage was perfect!
It was an easy walk both to the beach and the town center.
It was a cozy place for my husband and I that had everything that was needed and many extras for a delightful stay!
The bed was really comfortable and everything in the kitchen was plentiful.
We appreciated the quick response from Becky and the wonderful support from Helen.

i had the cottage and yard all to myself with my dogs. use of beach chairs and a beach cart are a plus. shared ice maker is great. i had a great stay. helen realized i left something behind on our check out so i was very thankful. walkable to everything. cottage was comfy. we used the charcoal grill ( didn’t think the gas was working ) but bring some coals! i didn’t cook at all but appeared to be fully stocked kitchen.

The Upper Cottage was whimsical and cute! We had just enough room for 3 adults and 2 pups. The neighborhood is super quiet and we felt at home with all the available amenities the cottage has to offer. We have been coming to Rehoboth for summer vacation and Sea Witch festivals for 30+ years and crazy enough this is the first time we rented a house. Sooooo much better than the hotel noise we normally have to deal with. The hosts were great communicators and the ladies who met us to check in and out were a delight. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Loved our stay in the upper cottage at the beach retreat. We loved that it was dog friendly and the beds, couches were super comfortable! There’s a nice outdoor space that is shared with the main house. We loved being able to walk to everything in the main part of town! It’s a second-floor apartment in a carriage house type cottage behind the main larger property. Everything was very clean and very well taken care of. There is one bedroom that is accessible through the bathroom, which was absolutely fine for our family, but might be a bit awkward for groups of friends (there are pocket doors). There’s not a lot of privacy because the other bed is in the main living area. It was terrific for us, and we would definitely return. Rehoboth is a magical place!

This was our third week long stay here. You can’t beat the location! It’s right in the heart of everything but very quiet because it sits back off the street. The fact that it’s just steps away from the preserve is great for our dog too. We love the 2 outdoor showers after a day at the beach and check in and out with Helen is super easy

My husband and I spent a spring weekend at the cottage, and we couldn't wait to book it again! It is the perfect location...beach, restaurants, and wonderful neighborhood to take walks. Becky was so kind and helpful with our stay. We had paid the pet fee for our doggy, but we had to say goodbye to her a week before the trip. Along with some thoughtful, kind words she reimbursed us for our pet fee. We can't wait to get back!

This property is adorable and perfect for a small number looking to stay close to the beach and have all kinds of accessible comforts. Everything is clean and well-kept! Helen handles checking in and out with such warmth and friendliness! Having in person contact is such a welcome touch! My daughters and I would love to return to this place again and again!

I have to say of any vrbo properties I have stayed in, this by far the best one yet. The place is so clean and then location was great. I didn’t move my car at all. My pup loved it too. We walked every where including beach. They provided everything and more. This cottage has everything you will need. And lastly, the lovely Helen, what a great host to this vacation. Her contagious smile, happiness, witty personality I needed to see. She’s an inspiration. An awesome vacation the kids still talking about it. Thank you!

We had so much fun In Rehoboth. It was our first time there. Becky gave us a ton of suggestions for restaurants and things to do while we were there. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It was perfect size for us and our teenage son. We even brought our two tiny dogs and had no issues. Everything you need for a low key relaxing beach time. It’s also really nice to have a parking spot since parking gets so dicey around there. We hardly moved our car because you can walk anywhere. We will definitely go back.

Great little place in perfect location
This was our second stay here. We like to bring our dog and it is hard to find a clean place to stay that allows pets. You’d never know a dog stepped foot inside! It couldn’t be in a better location and has a ton of natural light. Owners and property manager are great.

The cottage is adorable and the best prepared place that I have ever rented. Location fabulous. Key hostess wonderful and owner really nice. I love the cottage and really hope to return. My doggie got to practice social skills on beach and board walk and even had doggie ice cream at Salty Paws. Great Weekend!
