We had a great time at our rental in Rio Rancho, the house was very clean & in a very good location. It has very nice comfortable furniture & updated bathrooms, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Albuquerque area. We spent the week going to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, rode the tram up to Sandip Peak, visited the Biopark Zoo, Aquarium & Botanical garden. Our neighbors Jenny on one side & Chris on the other were very helpful with our rental. Enjoyed our week very much.

We spent a week here while enjoying the Balloon Fiesta. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors on either side were amazing! Thanks so much to Chris, Ginny & Jenny. The home had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable & it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen had plenty of dishes & silverware. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Albuquerque!

The location and the property we booked was exactly as described and the owner and neighbors were very helpful and accommodating.
The house was exceptionally clean; the baths were equipped with clean towels, linen, soap, shampoo and other essentials. The kitchen was equipped with newer glassware, dishware, pots, and pans; and there was a washer and dryer that came in handy as we were competing in an athletic event and needed to wash clothes daily.
The location was great with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Overall, it was a great stay at a fun and cozy home where our family spent 10 relaxing days!!
The owner, Paul, was awesome. Thank you Paul for a comfortable and priceless stay in Rio Rancho!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and while this was very clean and comfortable it lacked some basics that we have experienced in other properties. The ad read TV and Internet. TV had HD Antenna with limited channels. Internet was essentially a Hotspot with pre-paid data plan. It took 3 days to get it running, and to his credit, the owner was persistent in his efforts to get it working. The owner was only able to load 2-3 G at a time, enough to check email but not enough for our business needs. We are also used to having a few staples in the kitchen, like some spices, flour and sugar, and maybe cooking oil. This property had salt and pepper. We planned a 10 day stay and left early. Overall it was a nice property, and if the internet was improved we would consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was an enclosed back yard where our kids could play. The kichen and laundry had everything we needed for the week. The house was clean and the neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay again for sure. Would have liked to have had satellite and wifi, and the master mattress wasn't great.
Overall we had an incredible stay and the owners were kind and helpful. They neighborhood was quiet and had tons of parks near by. I would certainly encourage anyone to stay here if they were in the Albuquerque or Rio Rancho area.

The house was very clean and comfortable! The property managers, neighbors, were very friendly and extremely helpful. Internet service and better TV channel selections would have been nice. The house is out away from things. It is seven miles to the nearest grocery store and multiple restaurant selections!
