The house was a great place to have our vacation for our family of 11. There were just enough beds and plenty of family sitting areas. The view from the deck was amazing, and the out-door built-in grill/fire pit was very nice for roasting marshmallows!
8.0 / 10.0
Our stay was pleasant and the house met our needs well. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms well laid out. The common areas made for a great trip with friends. Everything was very clean, and the location is excellent. My three minor gripes are that the kitchen was poorly stocked with equipment to cook (no oven mitts for example), and the parking only allowed four cars, which was not prominently displayed on the advertisement at the time of our booking, and presented a challenge for a group of friends coming from various locations. Finally, the steps to the house were fairly treacherous - nobody has shovelled them in over a week based on snow and ice build up. If those constraints work for you, then this property is an excellent value.

Nice older house with a good location. It worked well for our group of 8 adults. Hot tub worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Lots of stairs so if you aren't very mobile it would be tough.

Seven of us stayed comfortably in the house. We loved the openness of the great room/kitchen, and the mountain views from the deck and the hottub were spectacular. A+!

The place was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities as described. Was an easy 15-20 mins to most ski resorts in the area.

Nice location but the house was dirty on arrival. Got a blanket out of the closet & it was filled with hairs & some looked like pet hairs. Floors were dirty & behind trash was a pile of something spilt. stains on couch

First time renting on this type of platform. I was not comfortable not speaking to someone, but I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Everything I needed to know was provided to me by email or text. If I had questions because I didn’t read the txt or email from beginning to end, I would txt my question and receive a timely response.

Everything was slightly dirty and old. The floors had crumbs on them in the kitchen. The kitchen sink smelled. The house smelled a little off. The windows were dirty. The porch is very shaking and feels like it going to crash down soon. The light to the hot tub was broken. There was no guest book or any idea of what to do or how to get around town. With all that said though for a party of 6 adults it was a size space and we didn’t feel claustrophobic. But it just needs to be updated and cleaned a little better. Do know if we will stay here again but if it was the last choice available and thing I would give it another try.

Great for gatherings
Everything was spotless. Beds great, too. Our view of the mountains made it for us.

Pitiful
This property was grossly misrepresented. Where the photo showed a table and chairs nicely arranged on the porch, we found a mishmash of chairs and table pushed off to the side. One of the chairs had a large hole in the seat. The paint on the floor of the deck was peeling off everywhere. The grill was filthy. In the living room, the once white chairs were dingy. The “ottoman” was sunken in the middle to that point that we could not figure what it was for. I could go on. Possibly the worst was the electrical outlet that was broken and was exposed to the point that it was a safety hazard. We were moved out after one uncomfortable night.

Location is great.
Clean but needing some repairs to give it highest rating.

Beautiful large house
Beautiful large house with plenty of space spread over 3 floors. Note that there is a flight of steps leading down from the parking area to the front door (stairs are not pictured, which is why I mention it), which does not make the house very handicapped-friendly. However, we made it work.

Good place for the whole family
This home was everything it advertised. There was enough space to play games as well as having dinner with the whole family. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that there is no AC in the home and we had to settle on using one box fan for the main room. The fan in the living room ceiling did not work either. Thankfully it wasn't unbearable, but I'd suggest at least getting few more fans in the house if you aren't going to add an air conditioner.

Beautiful view and peaceful
The view on the deck was beautiful, close to town, loved our stay a lot. Could use a little more stocking of kitchen supplies like cups and dishes. We made do

This is our 2nd time renting this home. We love the layout & amenities! It provides the right amount of beds and space that we need. One thing I would change would be the rock around the parking areas (puddles of water happen a lot) & the steps leading down are always iced over and dangerous. Our kids (and adults) are always afraid of falling! But with a little time, sun & a shovel - they get cleaned off eventually during our stay.

Great spot in Dillon
Property was as described and super convenient! Tough to communicate quickly with property management company on certain questions we had (e.g., turning on fireplace), but other than that this place was great. Super close to a ton of mountains.

This is an overall great property in a great location to multiple towns and ski resorts. Beautiful trails within walking distance. We were able to spread out on three levels and be comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and had a fantastic view. Kitchen is well stocked for preparing any meal. Multiple bathrooms work well for large groups. Two major drawbacks keep me from giving 5 stars :The flu on fireplace remains broken even after a previous reviewer mentioned this. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD. The flu can be opened but it randomly pops shut for no reason and smoke fills the room causing fire alarm to go off. This needs to be repaired ASAP. Top bunk of the bunk beds on main level is unstable and cannot be slept on safely. These are both safety hazards that should be addressed immediately and then this would be a 5 star property once these are addressed. I would stay here again if those are fixed. There is also only one trash can for a group of 11 for an entire week but we just left our trash bags tied up in the kitchen. Fix the issues above and you’ll be perfect.

Most efficient use of sqft Ever!!
We loved this house! It had everything anyone could need. This home could sleep 8-12 people. more room than we needed but it was a great use of space. It was close to shopping and stores. About a 15 min drive to copper mountain or Breckinridge. The woodburning fireplace was my favorite feature. However, the flu was not functioning at the time, it closed shut on its own. I did call to report it; so I’m sure it will be taken care of. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Went for Labor Day weekend with 3 other families. We had a great time at the house. Rented a boat on Lake Dillon one of the nights. It was a highlight for sure. Property rooms and size is just as described, had a nice layout but small kitchen. Our teens loved the hot tub. We enjoyed the master bedroom with the skylights- beautiful at night. A few minor suggestions for owners: 1-replace the outside deck lights. We couldn’t enjoy the upper deck space in the evening as it was pitch black and couldn’t reach the lights to change them.2. The house is nice but felt dirty. Fridge, kitchen, walls , baseboards, and bathrooms could use a deep clean. 3. We cooked a lot while we were there and finding things in the kitchen was hard. Very unorganized and doors not labeled. If you don’t plan on cooking probably not an issue, but just think it could have been better. Also no blender. Not a huge deal, but if you want to make margaritas and salsa, just a heads up.

Great house for a family gathering
We got together with our adult kids and couple nieces to ski and enjoy some family time. It's a great house for a big group. We cooked nearly ever night and the kitchen was OK for that, as well as the grill. Was disappointed that for a 4 night stay we were only left with one roll of paper towels and one dishwasher tab and almost no dish washing liquid, but we made do. Convenient drive to Copper, and we sure enjoyed the hot tub when we got back at the end of the day!
