Bright, open & airy floor plan with gorgeous hardwood floors downstairs & gas fireplace. Remodeled kitchen. Huge master bedroom with king bed & million dollar views of city lights. Kick back & relax in the garden tub in the large master bath. Check out the outdoor space with fire pit & outdoor kitchen. Grill and chill on the huge deck with awesome views of the city lights. Almost a half acre with horseshoe pit & huge redwood deck. You’ll feel like you are on top of the world as you enjoy the peace & quiet with no rear neighbors. This home is a 'home away from home.' The home is fully furnished & perfect for multiple month rental. December thru middle of March - Ski Lease available with 30 night minimum stay. 45 to 60 minute easy drive to ski resorts. Ski Lease 2025 Sixty night rental available with special rate - please inquire. Restaurants, groceries and shopping are only 2 minutes away. Reno-Tahoe is home to many fabulous events including Reno Rodeo, Hot August Nights, Great Reno Balloon Races, Reno Air Races & many more. Daily activities include casino gambling & nightly shows. Please note fire pit is operational during winter months subject to weather conditions and will not be operational in inclement weather. Guests use fire pit at their own risk and agree not to remove the fire pit cover. Hot tub on deck is not for guest use and is not included in rental. Only one side of the garage is available for guests vehicle. Driveway parking is available for additional guest parking along with on-street cul-de-sac parking. No pets, no smoking, no event parties or house parties allowed. All guests must have a 5 star review rating or better to be considered. Disclosure: there are four active outside security cameras located driveway, back yard, side yard and front.

In the middle of a neighborhood but the outdoor living space feels totally private. Very peaceful and quiet with an amazing view over Reno. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit area were delightful. The living room is awkwardly laid out and not comfortable for TV viewing but it would be difficult to organize the space in another fashion. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This house was literally our favorite rental house of all time! Exactly as advertised. Truly amazing views. Fantastic bbq. Just a great, comfortable, relaxing and private property. Highly highly recommended!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and, the view of Reno at night was beautiful. Shelly (the owner) gave us an early check in and, she even checked on us to see how we were doing midway through our stay. My wife and I would definitely stay here again and, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who plans on staying in the Reno/Tahoe area.

The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and the Views and the out door area was amazing. I even got to what some quail, and bunny running in around in the morning while sitting outside watching the sun rise. This will definitely be the only place I stay when in Reno

Had a great time at Shelly’s property. Spent almost all the time in the backyard enjoying the beautiful view, bbq, and fire pit. Very private, also has horseshoes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also, bbq and fire pit fired up nice and easy. Great location with some excellent restaurants a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting out in the backyard at night and enjoying the city lights. It is very centrally located to grocery shopping and restaurants as well as not being far from downtown. Very relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here over Father's Day weekend. We got up early just to sit out back and enjoy the birds. The views are wonderful. The kids loved the park close by. The house offered everything we needed. The only downside is the upstairs is very creaky. And we couldn't use the hot tub.

We stayed here for a week with our son and family and had a wonderful time. My grandson played in a basketball tournament and this location was very convenient for getting to the various facilities for his games. House is very nice and has everything we needed and the views were awesome form the back porch!

If you are considering a home in Reno, NV you need not look any further. This home is beyond belief for its location, comfort, cleanliness, with every amenity of home. It comes complete with every cooking item required to make you feel as if you are in your own kitchen with many extras which makes preparing meals very easy. The location is only10 minutes away from the downtown and casino area and only 15 minutes to the Convention center. The views at night of the city lights and the day time views of the snow capped mountains are incredible. The owner has put in a brand new outdoor gas grill that was easy to operate and provide us with a great outdoor grilling experience. Having the outdoor fire pit lit in the evenings was a real joy for everyone not to mention the gas fireplace in the house. The owner is probably the best part of this property as she actively involved with the home and was very accessible and prompt in responding to any questions we had on the communications with the property not to mention the home is very user friendly and beautiful. I should also mention that this house sits on a Cul-de-sac with a view and very good neighbors. It is located within minutes of a local shopping center from the property for all and every necessity you could thick of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and upon our return to Reno we would not hesitate in renting this property again. Thank you for a great experience in Reno and this use of this home. - George O.

This was a wonderful place to stay for my son's graduation from UNR and we paid less for the whole house than we would have for just the 2 of us at a different property that would have been our second choice. We had 4 of us staying there and a family/friend get together for the graduation. My son-in-law is sad that he waited to long to book it for the Air Races in September. If we have several of us going to Reno in the future, we will definitely check to see if we can stay there. The owner was very prompt in getting back to us when needed.

This home provided a great venue for a reunion with family. We slept 7 comfortably. It is a 3 bedroom home (sleeping 2 in each room) - all bedrooms upstairs - and our daughter slept on the hide-a-bed in the family room. The owner, Shelly, was very responsive and proactively checked in with me shortly after arrival via email to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked. The hardwood floors were gorgeous. The home is nestled into a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac so the view was surprising once you enter the home. We enjoyed travelling to the Animal Ark Wildlife Refuge (about 30 min drive). Highly Recommended! Also did a day trip to Virginia City and my daughters, mother and I also discovered the Junkee Clothing Exchange (a must see! - voted in top 20 in the US for vintage clothing stores). Also included was a circus circus visit for the kids and a visit to the Nugget Diner to try the famous Awful Awful burger (awful big & awful good). It was true to it's reputation. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

This was our first time using VRBO and we had several folks traveling into town for a wedding. Our host, Shelly, was very responsive, supportive, and wonderful. The house was immaculate, very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay and found some great food places within walking distance. We are very pleased and highly recommend this great home and hostess.

With family flying into Reno to attend my sons graduation from the University of Nevada we wanted to have a location were we could congregate and share family time. This house was perfect for just that. We were able to sleep 7 comfortably and be able to gather wihtout the challenges associated with Hotel stays. The home had plenty of space and the back yard provided not only great views but a secluded back deck that overlooks a quiet park. the location was perfect for our travels to campus and to surrounding activities like shopping and restaurants. The owner Shelly makes utilizing the home very easy. The WiFi and fireplace were great additions to our time spent at the home. I would easily recommend this spot to anyone with family as it provides that homelike atmosphere without any of the Hotel emptiness. My family is very appreciative to Shelly for the use of her home and also for her courteous and timely manner by which she communicated with us both before and after our stay.

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. Our son and daughter-in-law live nearby and we wanted to spend the holiday with them and their new baby. This home offered us the opportunity to visit with family without all staying in the same home. This spacious home has beautiful views of the city and distant mountains. The three upstairs bedrooms are private and roomy. I love the "great room" feel of the kitchen and family room. We shared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with our family. We will definitely return to stay here again. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Reno area.
