About this apartment rental

For smaller groups this is one of three remodeled upstairs condos with hardwood floors and hickory cabinets, full kitchen, washer and dryer, with a beautiful view of Flathead Lake and the series of mountain ranges going up to Glacier Park. Besides this unit there is another identical unit along side this condo plus another two bedroom unit in back that does not have a view. This condo and the one next to it have a connecting deck where you can sit, enjoy the unobstructed view of Flathead Lake and the sunsets. For larger groups, on the main level, there is a 2,500 square foot unit that has 19 beds (ten of them queen beds). All condos are completely furnished; everything including all bedding and towels; full kitchen with pots, pans, and plates; washer and dryer. In the living/dining room there is a sofa that can sleep a small adult or child. This unit is 950 square feet so there is a lot of room.

All outdoor amenities are available. This unit has across the street access to the lake where there is a day use dock. Two marinas are within four blocks of this location.

We had a great time in polson. The owner is SUPER nice. Answered any questions we had promptly. He even borrowed us a cooler for our trip up to Glacier NP! The view is amazing, evening cocktails on the dock are a must do.

This is the second time we have booked this apartment to go back home to Montana where we grew up and will book it again!! I stayed with my sister and brother-in-law. Dale is a superb host and the apt. Is well situated right across 93 from a huge expansive section of Flathead Lake. The dusk hours in summer show off all of the little islands and land masses in water color silhouette. Grab your drink and sit out on the deck and watch as the sun sets and the views continue to dazzle. Great place - fully remodeled and equipped - at a great value!

From the moment we were greeted by our host Dale, we felt at home. Not only was the view spectacular from our deck, The accommodations were awesome and perfect for our family needs. Dale was very accommodating and fit right in like he was part of our family. We cannot thank him enough for his hospitality and introducing us to sweet Benjamin. We will miss them but we will return to visit them again.

Relocating to Montana was made easy with being able to book this two bedroom condo across from the lake. Beautiful views of the lake and convenient access to town and shopping! Our Host/property manager was very kind and readily available to any of our needs. We would definitely recommend this property to all!

It was perfect for accessing a farm 15 minutes away where we were participating in a clinic. Close to restaurants, groceries and a great view of the lake (and dock for sunsets!). Just what we needed.

Great updated space. Tons of extras including laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel along with many kitchen conveniences to cook and eat in. Dale was extremely helpful with suggestions for our stay. Perfect view and private dock to use across the street.

It was on a busy street. The condo itself was stylish but a bit small. No central air but the owner did provide portable unites in bedrooms and living area. Overall, the unit met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was adorable inside but very run down on the outside. Dale was an awesome host! Was quite noisy if you opened a window because it's right on the main highway. View was beautiful though. The floor shook alor when neighbors were walking because building is old. But again, Dale was a gem and the inside was adorable. Newly renovated.

Great location with a gorgeous view of Polson Bay! Great property! Great host! Dale was so awesome - met us at the property with the keys and gave us a such a great welcome to Montana. His guidance and advice for where to go were superb! Best stop in our 10-day road trip - by far! We're already wanting to make future plans to return. We had a great time in Polson! Dale was an amazing host! He is there at every turn, offering great ideas for places to go and things to do. We took him up on his restaurant and theater suggestions and we were not disappointed! The condo was very clean and the air conditioning felt amazing in the 90+ degree weather we had. Just what we needed

Great place to spend a few days & to unwind. The views are spectacular! Easy walking distance to shops, coffee & food. Private dock great for watching the sun or jumping in the lake. We cooked in & well equipped to do so. After a 4 day camping trip we were embarrassing thrilled with the washer & dryer. David is a great host! This is a place we will definitely come back to again.
