This was our (family of 15) second time staying at Eduardo's home. We love everything about it. The large yard and pool as well as the covered outdoor sitting areas is where we spent most of our time. CDC is an ideal vacation spot and meets all our needs with great golf and a cute beach close by. Plenty of resturants as well. Jose and Leo took great care of us!

We had an amazing family trip to this private villa in Casa de Campo. The villa was everything and more than what we expected. The golf, beach and all amenities were Outstanding. The staff at the Villa lead by Jose made our stay so enjoyable we can't wait to go back.

I have been traveling down to Casa De Campo for 33 years! We took 2 other families down, 16 people total and this house was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed up on Dye Four, but I will say the location was perfect. The house photos did not do it justice. The house was so open and spacious with plenty of room to spread out! The pool was awesome and the yard was huge...the kids loved to play catch, spike ball, football and we even had a kickball game! One of the best things about the dominican is that it really is a true vacation. The staff at the house was nothing short of wonderful! They made sure we were well taken care of super sweet. The food was so delicious..we ate almost all of our meals at the house even though Casa has some great restaurants! This is a house we will definitely be back to! Eduardo, the owner of the home was great at communication and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our spring break one for the books!!!

The house is big, open and beautiful. The living areas are big enough for a group of 13 to sit and all have meals together.
By far the best part is the staff. Jose Angel and team felt like family at the end of the week. The chef prepared food was always delicious and more than we could finish. Our only regret is that the week ended so quickly.

We have five couples who love to travel together. In the past we typically have done all inclusive resorts so this year we wanted to take another direction and rent a large house/villa. OMG this home was amazing and the staff was the BEST. Jose, the butler and his assistant butler, Leo, were so kind and catered to our every need!!! The two cooks were so sweet and amazing too! Everything was delicious, healthy, and fresh! Honestly came home from this vacation not feeling like I over ate (but probably over drank lol) The house is huge with so many doors that open up so you always felt like you were outside! The covered gazebo area was large and very nicely furnished - plenty of space to be outside but to be out of the sun! I could ramble on and on but a true testament will be . . . WE WILL RETURN SOON

Had an amazing time with family at the villa. The house and views are beautiful and the staff are great. Everyone in the family loved the trip and is looking forward to returning.

We loved the property. The house was better looking than the pictures, the pool area was lovely, the layout of the bedrooms gave everyone privacy and the house was incredibly clean.

My family and I love CDC, we have been here in other occasions and we were ready to close out our summer with a much needed family vacation. The house is incredible, perfectly spaced where a large party will not feel crowded.
The staff were so special and very attentive to our group. The chef cooked amazing meals and made wonderful suggestions for dinner. It is exactly what a vacation should be like. This is the most enchanting place to vacation. The kids loved it & we were very sad to go. We hope to come back and visit this lovely home & Jose Angel & staff.

This property is beautiful in pictures and even better in person. The house is spectacular with an open air floor plan, spacious and luxurious bedrooms and an amazing outdoor lounging area.
The staff was superior in every way. Jose the butler was everything the reviews said and more. He absolutely is priceless and made our stay one we will never forget. Every meal was prepared with love and attention. We sat down at the dining table and had 5 star service and food right in our villa! Our rooms were kept clean and they even did laundry for us.
This property is close to everything in an ideal location. Frankly, after our one week vacation, we did not want to leave!

We just finished up a week with our family of 5 and another family of 5. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, open air floor plan, and the pool area was absolutely incredible. However, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff at the property. Jose and the team were just incredible at taking care of everything we needed. Definitely a place w plan on returning for another visit.

Our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 grandkids ages 5-14) spent a week and had a wonderful vacation. The bedrooms worked perfectly and the house was amazing with a great pool and outdoor area. Jose and the staff did a fantastic job taking care of laundry, breakfasts and lunches. We opted to eat dinners out at the great restaurants on property. We had 3 golf carts that were our transportation to the marina and market, beach area which was great, resort, and El Chevron old town. Other than initial groceries which were purchased for us, we made trips to the market for our food. We required more cash than anticipated because some of our extra expenses for the house (food and tipping and Covid tests) could not be paid with a credit card. It was a great memorable week for our family.

Our family had a wonderful visit at Las Lomas 5. The staff was great and the meals and tropical drinks were amazing! The villa location was fantastic and in close proximity to dining, golf and the beach!

Great house, location and staff. We have stayed at casa de campo before but this was by far our best experience. I would recommend this property at twice the price!

We had an excellent time! We were a group of eight adults enjoying two weeks in Casa de Campo. The home is enormous, beautifully appointed, and offers terrific outdoor space. The meals were delicious, the staff was great, and the location is within an easy golf cart ride of everything that Casa de Campo has to offer.
We were all really happy with the whole experience!

From beginning to end, this was an amazing family vacation! Liliana was extremely helpful with regard to logistics such as the airport transfer. When a hurricane seemed like it might interfere with our travel plans, she was extremely gracious and offered us the guest rooms at her home. It was an extraordinary gesture.
The house itself is spectacular. Even in July, we spent much of our time outdoors as the patio and pool area is lovely. The bedrooms are all quite spacious with generous closet space. We were a party of eight and had several bedrooms and bathrooms to spare. The layout is perfect for a multi-generational family as my elderly parents took the main floor bedroom which only involves a step or two to enter.
Having previously rented other large villas at Casa de Campo, I was extremely impressed by the value offered by Eduardo and his team. A complementary golf cart is provided which is a nice touch and not an insignificant savings. Additionally, the staff is both extremely competent but also plentiful. There are two housekeepers, a chef, an on-site house manager and his assistant. Villas that are far more costly do not offer anywhere near the same level of service.
It is also extremely important that the house manager, Jose Angel is extremely diligent and completely focused on the guest experience. The chef, Miguelina is fabulous! She has a wide repertoire and went out of her way to make sure that all of our dietary restrictions were accommodated.
In terms of the resort itself, the Casa de Campo experience is unique. Although it would seem impossible to describe a 7,000 acre resort as intimate, the description is apt. The pace is leisurely and the atmosphere is not at all stuffy or pretentious.
All in all, it was a phenomenal trip and I wholeheartedly recommend Lomas 5! I promise that it will it exceed even a jaded traveler’s expectations.

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at Las Lomas 5, the staff were wonderful. Jose Angel, the house butler, was patient and cheerful with our young children and he made us feel very welcome. We ate all our meals at the Villa, we had no desire to leave this special place. Chef Michelina made something for everyone at every meal with a local flare. We loved the fact that if we needed anything we just hopped on the golf cart and headed to the small grocery store at the Marina (only 8-10mins, maybe by cart). We had planned a vacation with our extended family at this home. Sadly due to COVID-19 our family of 5 was the only family that made the journey, Eduardo the villa owner and Jeanette the manager were very accommodating for us for our stay. Due to flight cancellations we had to return home to Canada early and the hosts were very understanding and helpful. Las Lomas 5 is a beautiful, large, tastefully decorated home. My husband made the comment “why would you ever want to leave this place” . Las Lomas 5 is a great home to spend together time with a large group but not be on top of each other, there’s lots of spaces to get away from the group and read or rest. My husband played three rounds of golf with our children, one at the Links and two at the Teeth of the Dog . If your a golfer play the Teeth of the Dog while your there you won’t regret it. We did go to the beach once (for literally 5-10mins) it was busy at the time and with Covid19 on our minds we preferred to stay by the Pool at Las Lomas 5 :) We hope to return again.

Everything everyone else said. I don’t want to tell u but I do. I’m still dreaming of this house. I don’t think there’s another like it. Truly u live outside but it feels like inside but it’s outside. Like a micro mini village. There’s nothing not to like. I will go there again and again until I can buy this home! Jose was so nice. And the staff will help in anyway, they r so cheery. My best tropical vacation and I’ve been to many places. Tell them Carol said hi! All the rooms are so spacious and most have wonderful outside inside or vice versa showers. I’m in love. Just go already and TAKE ME. There’s enough room I promise and I’m serious!! You won’t regret it. Everyone who went w us was impressed- and they are spoiled and not easily satisfied. We are already telling all of our friends so, it will be completely booked soon if it’s not already. Also the beach club was new and very swanky. Just beautiful. We went on a short horse ride at the stables and they were so nice there too. Everyone loved the golf carts. Ask for the faster carts though if possible. U don’t have to take so many clothes, they will wash anything immediately if u ask. All u need is a bikini and cover up anyway. I had a fitness trainer, Wilkin come to the house for $40. It was great. Ik i’m rambling -just trying to think of everything. Drive ur golf cart 5 min up the mtn to the village, beautiful views. And very safe- no worries. And no one was sick in the least. Also at the marina we rented/took a catamaran out one morning . So fun. They took us to a little island w a bar. Just fun being out on the water. The hammocks between the palms were so pleasant too. It’s all good. - Enjoy! PS I have my bag packed and by the door, lmk!

This home is beautiful with plenty of space. Great pool area with outdoor eating areas and plenty of places to hang out. We had 4 families with a total of 18 people and there are plenty of rooms.
Most importantly- the staff is spectacular. The butler-Jose- speaks english and is always there for you. We will come back.

Las Lomas 5 leaves nothing to be desired. The house is immaculate, perfectly furnished, and enough space to find time alone or entertain large groups. We were a group of 10 adults for a business retreat followed by some down time. The best amenity of Las Lomas 5 is Jose, who attends to every need and Michelina who cooks every meal from the heart. Jeannette was over the top with how she coordinated our activities and stocking the pantry prior to our arrival. Highly recommend Las Lomas 5 if you want an effortless vacation in a beautiful location.

We chose Villa Isabel based on the pictures we saw on VRBO which reflect the beauty and luminosity of the house. When we got there, we thought that the photos didn't make it justice. In person, the house is much more beautiful and bigger. The perfect place to spend a quiet and nice vacation with your family. We were a group of 15, of which 7 were small kids. What did we do all day? Nothing, but everything. We spent a wonderful time with our kids at the pool, gorgeous garden and also ate like kings!
Miguelina was fantastic with every single meal, Jose Angel a real "Angel" providing impeccable service, always with a sincere smile on his face. The rest of the staff was also great. Jeannette was very resourceful, she even helped us get a birthday cake to celebrate my mom's birthday.
We highly recommend this house for a perfect relaxing family vacation.

I want to say thank you for a great new years vacation.
The house is beautiful (fits about 15 people), and the service is impecable. We had a dream like holiday.
The chef Miguelina was absolutely wonderful and Jose Angel the "butler" was great too.

Wow. Even more than we expected. We were a group of 15 (4 families with children). The house was amazing. Immaculate, spacious, private yet comfortable. Absolutely fantastic pool. The staff was there when you needed them, and not when you didn't, and extremely responsive, humble, and happy to help. Food was incredible. You must have Miquelina's Tres Leche for dessert - trust me!. Some advice. We typically eat out a lot on vacation because we like to go out, so we did not purchase food in advance. We would do it differently. We ate out the first two nights, and then the 3rd night we had Miquelina make dinner. We stopped eating out. Her cooking was as outstanding, if not better than any restaurant we went to (and we did go to some expensive ones). Eventually, we ate in 4 of the 7 nights, and it should have been 5 or 6 nights. The staff was always happy to stay as late as we needed, and we just paid for their cab ride home. We felt like we might be imposing, but absolutely not, we were told it was common to stay later. We made sure the tip reflected our appreciation. Golf Carts - make sure you have enough to accommodate. We had too few at first, and making multiple trips to move the entire family was a mistake. We immediately requested more, so that we could move everyone at the same time. The beach, outstanding. Clean, private, beautiful water (although a staff member attempted to charge us for chairs - which we later had to correct). Learning - you will get charged 28% total for using a credit card. Be advised. This either means you carry around a lot of cash, or you pay a lot in taxes (does not include tip). Jeannette was incredibly responsive to any requests we made, and extremely professional. She lined up excursions for us, and nailed it. She is very trustworthy, reliable, and easy to work with. She took the 'worry' out of things. The rest was an awesome adventure.

We had an incredible stay here, it is hard to put in to words how perfect everything was. The house is beautiful and spotless and the staff took excellent care of us, Jose & Miguelina were fantastic. Janeatte and Sandra helped to make sure all of the details prior to our arrival were arranged and had all of our requests met. Needless to say we didnt want to leave and will definitely go back!

I can never say enough about our week at Villa Isabel or Las Loma 5. We are a group of 10 golfing ladies, leaving our husbands and families to fend for themselves while we return year after year to the same house with our great friends who take care of us for a change. Our concierge, Jeanette, takes good care to make sure all of our needs are met prior to arrival. Jose, Chef Miguelina, and maids, Yve and Saundra are truly the reason we return year after year as they make the trip more than special for us. We have certainly developed a friendship with them after all these vacations and we pledge to be back the next year. As the reviews all state, they do take care of everything. The food is wonderful ( we eat all meals in because Miguelina is such a good cook), the maids do a great job and Jose is the man we all want to take home with us because he doesn't stop making sure we are happy. We love you Jose and Miguelina! I promise I will know more Spanish by next year! Wait for us, we will be back next year...

My review is far over due, but the last two summers my family has made a trip to Las Lomas 5 and have had amazing times. I come from a large family of 10 children and 17 nieces and nephews; unfortunately not everyone is able to travel but we were able to get 15 of our family together for a week for our most relaxing week of the year...
On top of being at a beautiful home, what really made the trip great was the staff...From Jeannette organizing pick ups/food etc to the on site staff, everything was comfortable and fun.
Great trip, great home, great staff, great memories...

We recently stayed at Las Lomas 5 with three other families (8 adults, 6 kids) for a week. While I planned for 6 months to make sure all of our trip details were correct, I still was worried something would go wrong when travel day arrived. Rest assured travelers - the staff associated with Las Lomas 5 has you covered.
Hotelbeds (Dominican Airport Transportation) met us at customs in Santo Domingo & quickly ushered us to our private transport. After a quick stop at the Villas Owners office for check-in, we were greeted by our staff (and newly-found friends) in the open foyer. The villa manager, Jeannette, arranged for a snack of Dominican street food as well as drinks served by Jose, the villa butler, under the open air palapa. Meanwhile Miguelina, the villa chef, was busy preparing our first meal consisting of fresh Mahi Mahi accompanied by maduros, rice and beans. Within an hour of arriving, everyone was already relaxed and in vacation mode.
The villa was huge and pictures do not do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone as well as areas to lounge around both inside and out. The 3 golf carts we had rented for the week were delivered within the first hour of our arrival. Coffee was served each morning on the veranda, followed by a sit down breakfast. Our beds were made while we ate, and our laundry was done/placed back in our rooms by the evening. All of our meals were outstanding, especially the lobster/shrimp in spicy marinara, a Miguelina specialty. I can't say enough about the staff - they were truly outstanding. They made every effort to ensure our needs were met and exceeded expectations daily (i.e. Jose getting us extra Presidentes from another villa when running low on the golf course). Upon returning home you realize how much they freed you up to enjoy Casa de Campo without having to perform daily tasks like cooking, shopping, cleaning; it was a treat and their hard work daily should be commended.
The resort was very safe, easy to navigate. Golf was excellent, especially La Romana CC (private course which can be played weekdays in the morning upon request at TOTD clubhouse). We ate out at The Beach Club & La Casita, both excellent meals aside from a few cases of GI distress. La Minitas beach was average, Altos de Chavon very unique with an excellent chocolate shop & handy minimart for daily supplies & restocking drink supplies.
Bavaro Runners zip line adventure fun but not for those who scare easily - would pass next time
