Bay ‘n Night is a comfortable retreat on the Cape that feels, because of its large yard, completely secluded. While some other properties offer expansive water views, this one stresses privacy. You’re barely aware of your neighbors, enjoy a private little path to the beach road, and have a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day or a comfortable and quiet space for remote work if you have to stay behind while others are enjoying the Cape’s outdoors.

This property was wonderful. Proximity to the beach, clealiness and yard size were the highlights but there was so much to love. We would absolutely stay here again.

The communication with the landlord Ryan was great. The location and overall property was great. Walking distance to beach. The size of house was perfect for my family of 5. The stocked game closet was a huge plus! Loved the outdoor shower very convenient. Nice outdoor setup. Cute decor inside. However we did have some negative feedback- We've been coming to eastham annually for over 12 years and renting and do feel that the owner could have had a few more ammenities to offer in line with what other properties offer such as cable tv. The house only had a few local channels. More beach extras chairs carts etc. newer appliances. Fridge handle was broken which made it hard to open. The bunk bed room in lower floor smelled of mold. My son didnt end up sleeping there due to smell. We saw a few pincher bugs the first day and didn't think anything of it but as our stay went on more and more of these bugs kept showing up. Everywhere. In Sinks, bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen. The rain seemed to have made it worse. It became a bit unbearable and we checked out the night before.
I did inform Ryan of the bug problem and he said he would address. Overall we had a nice time at cape but would unfortunately not visit this property again based on bug issues and the need for upgrades.

A great getaway for the family! The house is cozy and private, an easy walk to enjoy sunsets on the bay. It is also an easy drive to the seashore, the bike trails, and historical landmarks.

Wonderful house, waking distance to fabulous bay beach and short drive from CC National Seashore. Yard and outdoor shower are great bonus!

My family and I stayed here for a week in mid-June. Even though it was early in the season, we had great weather and went to the beach everyday. Although the house is not large, it’s well designed with nice touches (wall mounted flat panel TVs, outdoor shower, big deck, sun room, propane grill, etc). Given the proximity to the beach, there is a big yard. The beach is great for children. The water was warm with small waves and when the tide is out, there is a ton of beach. The place is a short drive to the Ocean beaches (Nauset Light, Marconi, etc). It is also very close to casual places to eat (e.g. Arnold’s, Sam’s Deli, Friendly Fisherman). All in all, this was a very good place for our family with young children.

We stayed here for a week in August and we had a great time. As promised, the cottage is just steps away from the beach. This was our first time in Cape Cod, so it was great that everything worked out well, so much so that we intend on coming back next year. The house is thoughtfully stocked, there is a hammock in the backyard along with a BBQ station and beach chairs that you can take to the beach,. The backyard is quite big, our kids enjoyed running around and swinging in the hammock. Ryan was very helpful and gave us tips on how to spend our week in cape cod. Nearby is the Nickerson state park, there are hiking trails and tours that you can take. There are plenty of seafood restaurants nearby, the arnold's lobster and clam bar was a popular destination for us. We also took day trips to Provincetown and nearby places, so the cottage was very conveniently located for us.
All in all, 5 stars, and we intend on coming back next year.

We had an amazing 2 week summer rental. The yard is great, fenced in for kids, close to the beach, hammock under the tree, large enough for kids to play plenty of shade to escape the sun. The home was clean, kitchen had all necessary utensils and was full of Cape Cod charm! The outdoor shower was also one of the best we've seen. Very fun house, we will be back!
