This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.
The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.
Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Fully appointed kitchen (with new granite counter tops) includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer with storage cabinets and shelves, freshly painted rooms, all with crown molding, other features include 9-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, central heating and air conditioning, a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space, guest bath with new shower curtain and shower head, separate bar sink area (including a new granite counter top). Also, brand new floors in the bedrooms (NO CARPET ANYWHERE!).

Great location, amazing condo, first class service from the owner. If you are looking for a first class experience look no further than this amazing condo that has everything you could ever want. All you need to do is pack your clothes and rest assured the owner has thought of anything and everything you need for your stay. large primary bathroom with really nice tub. The condo was ready early. It had lots of extras that we were not expecting. The Sea Chase has beautiful pool
areas and we appreciated the 24/ 7 security. We rented 3 condos for our family. Several friends also rented condos there and they were all pleased.

This property had everything you would need on vacation! Very clean and beautiful! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Everywhere we went was 10 minutes or less.

Everything was setup and ready to enjoy, relax, and have fun. Our 2 younger children (6 and 8) had a blast with all the games and toys that they discovered within 2 minutes of unpacking!
We were able to enjoy the beach, pools, and spas within 5 minutes. All restaurants (including ice cream shop) were a quick walk from the condo. We will definitely be coming back,

We have been coming to Orange Beach between Christmas and New Year's for several years. We enjoyed our stay so much this year, we have already booked next year at the Sea Chase in the same condo (first time we are returning to a unit). The unit was an overall win, from from the location, cleanliness, amenities, comfort of furniture, view is unbeatable (see both sunrise and sunset from the deck with amble space). We were impressed with the attention to detail given to what one would need when staying away from home. Thank you to the owners and support team!

Frank and Andrea’s unit has it all, no need to bring towels, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, rainy day games, etc. It has all the things! We’ve stayed in this unit 5 times and in some other SeaChase units when this one was booked. This one is by far our favorite!

This is our 3rd straight year staying and we have already reserved for next year. Sea Chase 1102C is the best property we have ever stayed at in the Orange Beach / Gulf Shore area. We rented this property in order to take our elderly parents to their favorite vacation destination - Orange Beach. We have one parent that has a prosthetic leg and were concerned for his ease of access and use of a condo. This condo not only was very accessible for his handicap, it had loads of special touches and little amenities that made our trip wonderful. Aside from the amazing balcony view and ease of parking and getting up 11 floors to the room, this condo hand more than enough towels, hand cloths, dishes, spices, kitchen appliances, games, and books. There were small USB charging stations in each bedroom that made bringing power adapters unnecessary. The room also had handicap rails at each shower, a handicap chair for showering, and elevated commodes which were a blessing. We had access to beach chairs, floats, and umbrellas that made going to the beach fun and easy. In retrospect we brought significantly too many extras for the trip because the room already had the extras we were bringing. The property itself had four swimming pools and hot tubs including a pair indoors (It was over 116 degrees heat index while we were there). Access to the beach is very easy and security was very friendly and easy to deal with at the property. Getting a second parking pass was easy (although expensive $70 because we missed the 2-week mail in window - our fault, not the owner's). We are very thankful for finding this location and look forward to coming back in the future.

You can literally pack your clothes & personal items & show up. No need to bring towels or chairs or toys or board games or fire stick…it’s all there. Beds are super comfy with fans in bedrooms. Everything in kitchen from small kettles & pans to a pot large enough for a boil and even a crock pot. Frank is an amazing host, kind, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. He even texted to check in and make sure we were 100% satisfied. It was best rental experience in a LONG time. Took his card to share with my friends and family. Thank you Frank.

This condo was amazing! They definitely go above and beyond in multiple ways. Anytime I had an issue the owner was right on top of it. Also, I have never stayed at a place that was so well fully stocked! I was amazed on how much stuff they had for us to use! The view is amazing! We would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this property. The property was very clean and family friendly. The owners left hand soap, dishes, coffee, towels and beach towels to use. They even allowed us to use their beach gear. Laundry was a plus and ice machine was a life saver during our vacation. Walking distance to nearby grocery stores as well as some restaurants. Beach views were amazing. Beach access was easy to get to and plenty of pools to swim in. We will absolutely book this property again.

Wow- not only is the location amazing but the owners had so many extras on property! Beach towels, extra toilet paper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! They thought of everything to give us a stress free vacation, we loved this condo!

This was one of the best VRBO condos we've stayed in (and we've stayed in many). The condo was beautiful, had a great view from the 11th floor, and literally had everything we could have possibly needed for our week stay. The beds were comfortable. The furniture inside and out was perfect. The appliances were new and the A/C was cold. The location of this condo is perfect for Orange Beach and close to Gulf Shores. You could get anywhere within 15 minutes up and down the beaches and to the marinas.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Orange Beach. The host was amazing and ultra accommodating. We loved chatting with him and he was extremely helpful and went out of his way for us.
If you're going to vacation in this area, you won't regret booking this condo.

We love going to SeaChase. This makes our 3rd time to stay at SeaChase but the first at at 1102C. The owners go above and beyond to welcome their guests with little details that show they want their guests to enjoy their stay. The condo was very well stocked. The Christmas lights on the palm tree was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again!

Everyone enjoyed how easy it was to get started on the best home base ever. There is so much to do close to this location. We found everything in here as good as home or or much better. Go get your toes in the sand or hot tubs or pools. All is well maintained and joy to use.
