Clean hotel with a good location from main streets. It was a short walk away from the station.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a matcha experience as well as complimentary drinks.
Bathroom was spacious, clean and of high quality.
Not enough wardrobe space. room was very tight.

I loved the aesthetic of the hotel and how big our room was! There was so much room including a sofa and extra large bathroom. The bathtub was amazing too!
We were given two single beds instead of a double

Very comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi and a great location.

Good size room for Tokyo with large bathroom which was a bonus.
Selection of complimentary coke, calpis, beer and water daily in our fridge. Nespresso machine.
There was a window we could open and was nice to get some fresh air - not often something you find in hotels.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
There was dust around the floor and an area on the ceiling near the A/C vent that seemed to look like there was water damage or mould. The vanity sink also had a bad drain smell but think this could be fixed with a deep clean in the drain and overflow.

- The aesthetics of the hotel is simply 👌
- Helpful and friendly staff
- In room bath was divine
- Doors weren't that soundproof, can hear people returning to their rooms late at night
- Some dust in the room (in understandbly hard to reach places like ceiling vents, but would've still liked to see them cleaner)

Good quality bedding, towels and cups.
Big Hinoki bath leave a scent to whole room.
The windows of the room we stayed are facing to the next building's wall makes the room very dark all day.
There was big stains on the celling of the bed room which wasn't good.

I loved how cozy and simple my room was! The space was used quite well. Wish the view was not a wall, but it was otherwise great room.
The bath on the second floor was wonderful ❤️
My view was a wall, and I found a lot of salmon bones in my breakfast the second night, but it was delicious

We liked Tsuki very much. Great location and a decent modern design with character too. Nice attention to detail in the room. Good lighting, high quality fittings with some charm too. Staff always do their best to help and speak reasonable English. We would certainly stay there again.
We also really enjoyed the sushi restaurant right next door too. Good value, expert preparation and friendly service.
Breakfast is a little odd. It’s a bento box with a choice of either salmon or chicken. Seems more like a lunch choice. No pastries on offer.
No desks on the rooms so not really a great choice for business stays.

The room, facilities, location & hospitality are superb. Near to Ginza & Tsukiji Market as well.
There is only one elevator and it takes quite long to use it. Please be patient when you stay at Tsuki.

We stayed in a deluxe double room and our favorite part was the hinoki bathtub. It has a mild good fragrance and preserves water temperature very well. The location was central. Very cozy place for a short vacation stay.
