Homely, cosy and comfortable, a place to relax

Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly, professional, went out of their way to ensure my comfort and an enjoyable stay. A huge choice of breakfast options. Freshly cooked hot Jamaican breakfast delivered every morning. The room had all the facilities I needed. Rooms were thorough cleaned every 2 days and complimentary juice and water is provided. The adjacent plaza had shops restaurant, mini mart, pharmacy, post office, everything for a Pleasant stay. I had a most enjoyable time.

Dust from building works which was not disclosed when I booked. The stairs were challenging but works are taking place to provide accessible rooms on the ground floor for disabled people.

A Special Stay at Sea Shell Palms

The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful[ allowing me to leave my bags in a safe place and return later, as I arrived well before check-in time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the property is close to a small restaurant and shops for all supplies. It's not far from Dunn's River Falls if you want to visit the place by route taxi it's very easy.

The property is far from the nearest town, so you are limited for food and entertainment options if you don't have transport.

Great location, property and services offered at an unbeatable price.

Great price, clean and comfortable room. Stayed for breakfast this time and the meal was delivered at the time requested still warm and was delicious.

It was ok but not memorable.

I did not have breakfast as it was to be served after 8.00 am and i wanted to leave at 7.00 am.

Office stff to check me in at 6.30 pm instead of a security guard.

Bon prix !

Le staff était vraiment gentil, accueillant, chaleureux et aidant. Security Green et Brooks sont là en alternance 24/24h donc c’était très rassurant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, le prix payé était encore plus bas que celui affiché ! Le petit déjeuner servis à la chambre est très pratique avec plusieurs options. A proximité des chutes / du parc de Dunn.

L’emplacement de l’établissement n’est pas très bon. Il n’y a rien autour, pas possibilité de se rendre à pieds à quelque part. Nous avions une voiture donc nous pouvions nous déplacer. Ocho Rios est à environ 15 minutes de route, mais cette ville n’a rien vraiment d’intéressant à visiter.

El personal del hotel es muy atento y te ayuda con cualquier duda para que tu estancia sea la mejor, de igual manera la habitación y el baño son muy cómodos con amenidades como aire acondicionado, nevera, agua caliente, ventana, y mas.

La ubicación no está en Ocho Rios, si no a unos 15 minutos en Tower Isle.

Excellent value for the money! I will definitely be staying here again!

This is the ideal location for a quick trip into Jamaica. It is easily accessible to Ocho Rios and or St. Mary. Very quite and nice! Friendly and helpful staff. Suite was clean and very comfortable. Really exceeded my expectations. Security on site made you feel very secure. Richardo was an excellent help to us and made us feel right at home! We loved having breakfast on property and had excellent choices to select from.

Would have like to have a television in the bedroom as well as the living room. And a fan in the living area.

This was an aim to surprise my hubby for his birthday. We enjoyed the staff and the environment.

Sea Shell Palms - it was my first time staying at the hotel. While I enjoyed the experience. I was also disappointed that our room was not decorated as requested prior.

The pool and no access to a POS machine for ease of transaction . Improve also needed for the food aspect.

Perfect location, you must have a car,quite,very friendly and safe area.

They owner needs to fix the road of the plaza before the entrance to the hotel and little upgrade on the surroundings will be a perfect place

Good choice to stay if you have transportation

It was quiet, perfect distance from attractions if you have car. Security guard was very helpful, showed everything, including shops, place to eat and overall took good care of me. Breakfast gets delivered to room, there are many choices and it’s good. Overall, I would recommend it if you have car especially.

There is nothing much around, I arrived on Sunday and everything, but small shop was closed. Checking took some time too, but worked out well.

Terrible, wouldn’t recommend or stay again

Good air conditioning, good refrigeration and amenities in the room. Reasonably close to local supermarket and stores

Wifi was absolutely terrible, did not work at all in the rooms. Would connect for about 1 minute then drop out completely. Breakfast was also meant to be included but we missed out on breakfast on one of the days as it wasn’t delivered by the suppliers. There was absolutely no refund for this which was disappointing considering we paid for it as apart of the accomodation. Staff tried to call us to have the breakfast for lunch instead but we had plans that day and were already out for lunch. Massive turn off and would not recommend this place at all. Mattress’ were also rock hard, like sleeping on the floor.

Accommodations too expensive for the way it was presented on the website. It was dirty, rain coming in the walls at night running down behind the mirror close to the Roku TV. No water to flush toilet nor wash hands during the night. The breakfast was horrible. The items selected on the menu was not all sent. Both mornings the breakfast was late, presented unattractive, and food items were uncooked. Upon entering there were individuals sitting on the wall near to the entrance by the gate. There was an overwhelming smell of smoke.

My stay was great!!!

I love how it was very clean, quiet, secured and peaceful.

I had experience the water going away two nights which was a bit uncomfortable but also understandable I’m assuming that management will consider maybe getting a bigger tank, as even when the security advise me that he turned it on ,water was barely trickling. But just to add that this would not stop me from returning.

Every complimentary drink and breakfast made my day. Every greeting made my day. The location was perfect for my Blue Hole tour. Made my day. The shopping centre was a 30-second walk away. Made myday

Great and safe location, friendly staff, very helpful security personnel. Clean rooms and great breakfast options. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the impromptu decorations accommodation.

Sweet Little GEM in Tower Isle

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Food was also delicious. Damion was amazing! So was our Lady chef who delivered breakfast. And all the securities were great and courteous.

I liked everything. Only thing I would change would be the corridor floors which appear a bit dated.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent! Beautiful super clean rooms and nice big apartments! The customer service was top notch both checking in and out. Good security and great location. Very good AC and hot water. And oh! Good jamaican breakfast every morning. You get up to 5 sides and 1 meat option. It's alot of food served on time with room service
