Surfside has 2-lighted tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball court, exercise facility, beauty salon and onsite massage spa. Golf course right next door. Unit is on the preferred poolside with fantastic Gulf View! Staying at our unit includes a free beach service set up of one large umbrella & 2 chairs during March 1 - October 31. This is a SAVINGS OF $55 A DAY!!
There is a balcony off every room with wonderful ocean views. Surfside has 24-hour security with all hallways inside the building leading to units. Approximately 1200 square feet. King-size master bedroom with has its own walk-in closet and private bath with WASHER & DRYER. The second bedroom has a two double full size beds and is next to bath off hallway. Living room has full size sleeper sofa for 2. Master bedroom also has a sofa to watch TV comfortably in addition to the living room area.
Eat in kitchen table or plus formal dining room table. Kitchen fully-equipped to cook a holiday meal. Extensive use of mirrors and plenty of natural light. Professionally decorated. Three TV's and two DVD's. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included March 1 - October 31stays.

Had an amazing stay here at Surfside with my family of 7. Master bed was super comfortable. View of the ocean is beautiful! You can also see the pool area in case you want to check on your family while you’re in the condo. We didn’t cook much but there is everything you need if you
want to.Safe access to the beach with bridge. The condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable & safe. Sylvia was very attentive & quick to respond for everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Surfside was the perfect resort for our family vacation. Sylvia was a great and very accommodating host. Very accessible and answered any questions i had. The unit was very clean and had an inviting beach theme. The view was amazing, over looking the pool and beach to the ocean!

Love that we could get our things moved in prior to the 4:00 check in and use the pool/beach with wristbands! Very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms etc. Appreciate the cleanliness of the condo, including the windows! Will definitely stay here again!

This was our 9th year coming to the gulf coast for our annual family beach vacation and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was ready early and we were kicking ourselves that we weren’t yet in town to take advantage of that bonus but it was easy to access once we arrived. Parking was great, close to the exits and in the parking garage, it kept the vehicle from baking in the sun. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything you could need or want and easy access to shopping and grocery delivery (we got ours from Walmart) with plenty of space to put our food and drinks in the fridge and freezer. The space easily accommodated the 4 of us, a/c kept us comfortable, and the hot water was steaming and plentiful in the showers. The condo faces East and you can enjoy sunrise from your balcony which is another great feature… no need to rush to the beach first thing. We did that though and the proximity to the beach is close so the walk was short and easy to make at street level. We were blessed with exquisite weather and crystal clear emerald waters so we spent most of our days relaxing on the beach in the chairs provided and a couple we brought with us. It was a divine vacation. Thank you to Sylvia for providing a home away from home for us. Your place, and you, are gems!

Wonderful location and perfect amount of space for my husband and I, our 2 boys and my husband’s parents! Condo was clean and had a ton of supplies which was amazing! Sylvia provided detailed information and followed up to ensure we were having a great time. Great place to stay!

The condo was great and spacious enough for our family of 5. The balcony of the condo provided great views of the beach. The Miramar beach was fabulous with the 2 chairs and umbrella provided with the condo. The pool and whirlpool was great as well.
The only issue during our stay was an elevator broke down, which then took a while for us to get to the lobby and our condo as Surfside was very busy. Obviously, Sylvia had no control over the elevator issue.
We hope to come back and stay again!!

We had a great time at our stay here. Everything was wonderful other than we would of like the bedrooms cooler when we slept. They got a tad bit warm. Everything else was wondering. Owner very easy to contact and talk with. Would stay here again!

I could not imagine a better place to stay with a family. The unit was beautiful with everything needed for a great vacation. The views were wonderful, the location perfect, and the owner was great to work with. I especially liked the bedding as we were even able to squeeze in my daughter who asked to come at the last minute. She slept on a couch in the master bedroom (which I have not seen in any other unit). As a bonus, the unit comes with a free umbrella and chair set up on the beach! All this was with a very reasonable price. 5 STARS!!

Right on the beach, bar and grill on the property, two more on the beach restaurants approximately 1/2 mile either direction. What more could you want? Sylvia was very attentive and informative from the moment I booked months ago via email, text, and phone call. Great place, my new beach spot.

This unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. The view from the balcony only added to our relaxing time, beautiful morning sun. Great area to go for walks and close enough for restaurants, shopping and beach bars. we will definitely be returning next year. it was also nice to know if we had any problems Sylvia would respond in minutes. thanks again Sylvia

Beautiful two bedroom condo with four-door walls overlooking pool and ocean view. Fully stocked with everything you could need whether you are cooking a meal or heading to the beach. We drove down from Michigan and could not find a hotel the night before we were scheduled to check in. We called the owner and she allowed us an early check-in at 11:30pm, after we drove straight through. She only charged us a very minimal rate and we were very grateful. It was a wonderful week.

It was our first time renting and staying in Destin and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the condo! It fit well with our family outing! It was spacious and everything we needed was in the kitchen. We loved the walkover to the beach and the amenities of the resort. We had a very pleasant stay! Also, the condo owner was nice to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely come back!

The unit is older but has been updated where it counts. The floors, and tile work in showers has been updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is amazing and the views can't be beat. I would stay again.

We loved our stay in this Surfside cozy condo. The two bedrooms perfectly suited our group of 4 ladies. We totally enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony where we spent so much time relaxing having coffee and drinks. The beach setup with an umbrella and two chairs plus the chairs in the closet was a definite plus! Sylvia was a great host!

3 adults and 2 kids stayed here this past week. The condo was clean and the beds slept great. The view from the condo is breathtaking! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The master bedroom is very big and spacious. Even though we weren’t right on the beach the walk isn’t far and easy to haul all our beach stuff. Also the beach access was clean and the guys who work out there are the most helpful (especially kurtis). There was bonfires on the beach a few nights while we watched the sunset. We will definitely book this condo again for future beach trips.

Perfection
We were initially excited due to the view in the photos. Once you arrive, the photos don't even do it justice. The ocean is right there, with a convenient little crosswalk right over the road. There were plenty of towels and blankets. I failed to realize the couch in the master room pulled out but that's on me. The owner was texting me to ensure that everything was going smoothly, she answered questions and was very respectful. Overall, an amazing experience that my kids and I will never forget.

Good layout for two couples
The layout is ideal for privacy with the kitchen and family room being between the bedrooms. The views were wonderful. We just wished that there were more elevators in the building. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was tasty....Pricey but good. Sylvia was very informative prior to the stay and very quick to respond with any questions.

Excellent condo for a relaxing stay
Every morning you can sit on the balcony & watch the sun come up. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Very clean beach, I enjoyed walking on it every morning. It was not crowded, plenty of room.
The condo was super nice. Had a door to the balcony out of each bedroom & the living room. Plenty of sitting room in living room for relaxing It was simply an amazing place to stay.

We had such a great time staying here. The balcony overlooks the beach area and the pool and hot tubs down below. Made it nice because we could watch to see when there were less people and then head down. Drinking coffee each morning on the balcony was also a highlight. Would recommend!!

Amazing Christmas Vacation
We had the best stay. The property was lovely and the condo was large enough for our family of five. Everything is conveniently located to the condo and the walk to the beach was so simple. The children loved the heated pools and hot tubs! Sylvia text me with ideas for things to do when it was rainy and also shared information about New Years Eve activities that were kid friendly. We honestly, can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place!
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend here. Host thought of everything as it was well stocked with just about everything we could have needed for our stay. Only complaint was that the floors were still very sandy when we arrived, I assume from the previous guests and an oversight by the cleaning crew. Everything else was very clean. Location was perfect!
