Pelican Isle is a great place for beautiful views while spending time with family! 609 unit is in need of a new mattress, it has a huge dip in it and unit needs a cleaning. It is spacious but wouldn’t not stay in this unit again. We do love staying at Pelican Isle and booking with Brooks and Shorey.

We loved our stay at Pelican Isle. We had absolutely no issues. The unit was clean and beautiful. One of my favorite things was the share bin at the boardwalk where we could borrow sand buckets, shovels and beach toys each day to play on the beach! When we left, we put our boogie boards in the bin for the next family to enjoy. What a fantastic idea! Thank you!

We stayed here for one week. We received a call that our condo was ready an hour and a half before our check in time which was a great start to our vacation. The entire trip went smoothly. We had absolutely no issues. I do wish the sliding doors to the patios had screens so that we could leave them open at night to hear the ocean while going to bed. The condo is directly on the beach. Location, location, location, it's perfect.

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. The balcony was awesome. The only improvement I would suggest is the master bed. It needs a topper or to be replaced. We used the hide a bed mattress as a bed topper. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

While the location of this unit is excellent, it fell short of others we have stayed in on Okaloosa Island. For an expensive condo, this was furnished on the cheap. Had several maintenance issues, but that's hit or miss depending the crews hired to maintain the unit. Since this was on the upper end of cost for similar units, we just felt that we didn't get the same comfort level staying in this unit. We love the area, but will stay elsewhere next time.

My husband and I spent our 9th year Wedding Anniversary at the Pelican Penthouse and it was so nice. Off Season is the best time to stay here. We meet some local residents and they were so nice. I give this place 5 stars. Definitely would love to come back to stay.

Search no longer for a place to stay. This place will check all your boxes. Location, views, beach access, helpful staff, easy check in and out. The unit was so nice, spacious and updated. There were so many restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were so helpful. We have already started making plans to return to this unit.

Nice condo. Owners need to finish updating. Couch was very uncomfortable and had a foul smell. Mattresses were uncomfortable and you could feel springs. No mattress pad was on bed which might have helped. Also had ants in various places but mainly in living area.

Magnificent view, Peaceful , Perfect!!
The six floor unit was absolutely perfect for our visit this year. This is our second year at Pelican isle. The kitchen is well stocked the beds are comfortable and the living area is comfortable. To lay in the master bed and hear the rolling of the surf is incredibly peaceful and comforting. The beach is right out in front of Pelican Isle and the pool and the hot tub are clean and refreshing. The only issues we had, was our last day the air-conditioning went out. The unit itself was clean but the furniture needs to be pulled away from the walls and dust needs to be vacuumed. There is dust on the walls from the air condition vents and mold on the corners of the bath. Nothing that really affected our stay. The first day I spoke with Stephanie about the dust issue and it was my decision to wait until after we left to have it cleaned. The last day the air conditioning went out I called Brooks and Shorey and spoke with Becky. On a Saturday morning a tech came and looked at the unit and within two hours Alpine air was out and took care of the problem. This management company really cares for their clients. And takes action when needed. Thank you Brooks and Shorey for another wonderful vacation!!

The property was as described. It was pretty clean. I am extra particular about kitchens and bathrooms, it could have used a little more attention but not terrible. We had no issues with anything while there. Check in was easy and actually got in a little earlier than we expected.
