We have been coming to 30A for 9 years now. The location, tram, pool, food trucks, shopping were all wonderful!!! Things to note: Parking is very limited!! We had a few hiccups with wrong remotes in rooms and dead batteries, but we managed to figure it all out and did without remote in a room. The TVs are older and do not allow you to stream through your personal accounts. I would also note that there is no salt, pepper, vegetable oil or cooking spray. You will also need HE detergent pods. There were guests above us that could have been the gymnastics team preparing for Paris, but that cannot be helped, although it was at times annoying late at night/early morning.

Great location! Lots to do around the area. Live music each night right outside the place, tons of shopping and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The condo has everything you need for a great trip. Easy checkin and check out process. Great communication with host!

Great location plenty of restaurants within walking distance, close to pool and beach access. I would recommend for the owner to provide more information in the condo in regards to beach chair rentals. Overall condo is clean and comfortable would highly recommend

The condo was in an excellent location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, we didn’t use our car once during our stay! The condo was very very clean and was decorated cute. Very spacious. During our stay there was live music and a super cute farmers market set up on Sunday. Very cool spot, we will be back!

This condo is in a nice location, close to restaurants and the beach. If you’re coming during Spring Break, be prepared for lots of teenagers and college age kids running around. Even with a curfew and noise ordinance in place we could hear yelling and screaming late into the night. Seacrest Beach is very nice but the area you can sit with your own beach gear is small and gets packed quickly. I would come again just not during spring break.

Good beds, had everything we needed…nice location to beach, restaurants, and other fun things to do. The rating of stars for neighborhood cause of the craziness that took place with teens on Spring Break the first two weeks of my three week stay. Lots of rowdy crowds hanging around the property and first responders trying to control the massive crowds. Third week was wonderful cause Spring Break was officially over.
Note to self if I return to 30A will not stay during Spring Break.

We had a great time. Condo was very nice. Area was extremely convenient and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Loved tram to the beach. Only suggestion, need more blankets and larger coffee cups. Overall we had a wonderful time and will return.

From booking to check-out, everything about this property has been first-class. The location is amazing—easy access to the beach, two pools, along with great restaurants and shopping (boutiques and souvenirs). We loved sitting on the balcony people watching while it was raining (and when not), which was tidy and had an outlet! The condo was so clean, kitchen well-stocked, and the bathrooms were roomy with plenty of towels. The condo was comfortable and perfectly decorated. We absolutely loved our stay and there were no unexpected surprises. We’d love to come back! Thank you for ensuring we had a wonderful time and vacation.

We loved this location for our family vacay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. There is so much to do to keep all ages happy. The restaurants and live music every night were amazing. Cannot wait to come back!

Loved the stay in this condo. The location was great and the 2 pools on the property were a hit and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We used the shuttle a few times to go the the beach and had a great experience. My only complaint is the beach- it was so crowded and the beach rules are very strict—no tents for example. I’m not sure if we just picked a busy week or if it’s always like this but we ended up spending most of our time at the pool. The area is absolutely beautiful and lots of great eating places and family friendly.

We took our two daughters and 2 granddaughters ages 7 and 8. They loved the area and local shops. The only downside was that the rental chair and umbrella company took over 90 % of the private Seacrest beach and everyone else was crowded in to a small space. We had to stand at the ocean to watch them because there was no room to put our chairs even thou we were there at 8 am. It is hard to believe Seacrest and the Village allowed them to take over the beach! We went to Inlet beach but that required a drive. I have stayed at Seacrest twice in the past but the last time was 6 years ago.

It was exactly as described in the listing. The place had everything we needed and more. It was only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels (which is much appreciated) not just two per person like most rentals. Communication from owner was awesome. We hope to return next year. Highly recommend.

We've been coming to Seacrest for years and love staying at Peddlers. This condo was super clean and convenient. Owner gave us updates while staying which was really helpful. Would stay again!

We loved this condo so much! We would totally rent it again just not for Spring Break as the access was so crazy we could barely get a seat on the beach. However, we loved the condo, loved Peddlers, and how everything is so close no car is needed. I accidentally broke the pot for the coffee maker on the last night & she was so amazing about it as I was stressing out while trying to pack to leave. I will for sure keep this in mind for the future!

This was our 2nd time staying in this property and it’s now our home away from home. We love the Seacrest/rosemary area. It’s our favorite. The condo is so spacious and just perfect for our family. Love making memories there and can’t wait to make more next year!!!!

The condo was very clean and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the pool and having the food options downstairs was super convenient.

Very convenient to Peddlers Pavilion and eateries. Loved the live music and happy vibe each night and being able to walk to anything needed. Unfortunately the pools were under maintenance while we were there—the host offered us an alternative and communicated everything in timely detail. Beach access takes a little work, but it’s not overly crowded.

Clean & Convenient
Our family had a great vacation at this property. With 4 young kids we really enjoyed the walkability of the area as well zero entry pool. We parked the car and did not touch it for 7 days. If you are going to use the Seacrest beach access save yourself the hassle head down after 4:30. The rentals start packing up and you will have the whole beach to enjoy.

Best value in Rosemary Beaxh
This property is the best value for the money in Rosemary Beach. Condo is roomy, clean and has everything you need to enjoy a family vaxation. We used the kitchen several times as we like to eat "at home" when we are out to save money and contol diet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable. Balcony is great as you can sit out on the nice pollywood furniture in the evening and enjoy the live music on the square below while you have a drink, you even have a partial water view. Master bath is big and roomy. The owner is fantastic. Communicating with her was like talking to a family member. She is genuinely engaged in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again.

Decent property, owner not so much
We enjoyed the property for the most part. However, dealing with shady owner marred the entire experience.
First part is about the property:
The condo is nice, nothing special, just your run of the mill condo that you will have seen 1000 times if you take these trips often (which we do). I would suggest bringing your own coffee maker, the one provided had a funk smell. When you get there, stop at Walmart and pick up some cheap knives. The cutlery leaves a lot to be desired and if you plan on making any of your own meals, what is there isn't going to work, trust me. Bring your own streaming device as well. We didn't watch TV much, but when we did, we spend half the time dealing the multiple remotes and a cable system that looked like it would be at home in an episode of stranger things. Don't expect much from the "wifi". Painfully slow and quit working altogether a couple days in. There was a sign with the number to the internet company so this seems like it is a common experience. I was on vacation and not about to spend any of it trouble shooting the owners internet, just bring a hotspot. Finally, and this is important, it is not "beach front". I would argue that it isn't really even "easily beach accessible". The "tram" that the ad states is basically a couple guys with golf carts randomly driving people around. My wife and I left the beach at the same time, I walked and she waited for the tram. I got home, put things away, and had finished making lunch before she showed up LOL. It says "5 to 7" minute walk. Yeah, more of a 10+ minute walk down the street to another complex, then through their complex to the beach. I only mention this because there were several people who were not as mobile and had severe difficulties getting to the beach. My own girls weren't even willing to make the trek to the beach and stayed at the pool all week.
Part about the owner:
I have to admit that my wife did most of the communicating with the owner and I only got involved at the end. The fact that I had to get involved at all should tell you everything you need to know about dealing with the owner. While I wouldn't go so far as to say she was rude (my wife would), she definitely didn't have any "southern charm" . She also tried to charge us $360 extra for cleaning "stains" for which she wouldn't provide any evidence for.
Overall, much better properties for the cost at Seacrest and you might not have to deal with shady owners.

We love the convenience of Peddlers Pavilion and all the shops and restaurant options being so close!

Love Seacrest
Condo is very clean & very convenient to Seacrest shops & restaurants. The beach is a little hike, but you can usually catch the tram at least coming back. Will be back next year.

Will Stay Again.
Clean, convenient condo. Only thing that it could benefit from is new mattresses and sleeping pillows. They feel like the old spring type king beds I used to jump on as a kid. Not ideal but this is only a personal opinion as others may love it.

Great stay
Everything was as stated. Great location.

Great family vacation
The condo is in a great location, convenient to shops, restaurants, bike rentals, and the pool. The tram to the beach access is great if you have small children and for hauling beach gear. Otherwise, the beach is not a terrible walk from the condo. The condo is very nice and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo in the heart of Seacrest
The condominium was just as advertised. Very clean, updated with all the amenities. The balcony overlooked the town square, which gave us the option of listening to the live music while in the comfort of the condo. A great place to stay. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo in the Center of the Village
Clean, comfortable condo with great view of the Peddler Shops. We listened to live music from our balcony every evening.

Spring Break Trip
We enjoyed our trip, the condo is conveniently located to the beach, shopping and dining.
As we were headed to bed, we could hear loud and rowdy teenagers around the property. I’m surprised the Village doesn’t have security to keep this under control.
