Immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring desert scenery that surrounds this remarkable vacation rental. With three spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting a private bath, our villa is the ideal choice for three to four couples, a family reunion, or a golf getaway with your closest friends. Experience an abundance of natural light streaming through the Southern-facing wall of windows, illuminating every corner of this stunning retreat.
As you enter this property through the private courtyard, you'll be intrigued to see what awaits through the back wall of sliding glass doors. You are pleased to see a meticulously maintained green space, adorned by the captivating view of a shimmering lake and the majestic San Jacinto Mountains providing a picturesque backdrop. Step back into the great room, tastefully furnished with Hollywood glamour in mind. Relax on the extra-long sectional, positioned in front of a cozy gas fireplace. Separating the living room from the kitchen and dining area is a fully functional bar, creating the perfect space for entertaining. The kitchen showcases elegant black quartz countertops and is fully equipped with an extensive array of large and small appliances, as well as utensils to meet your every culinary desire. Open the adjacent slider and step onto the back patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The master bath is a true sanctuary, featuring two spacious vanities flanking a mirrored partition, alongside two walls of closet space. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in; and training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. That is to say, when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Excellent Experience!
The property, home and amenities are all exceptional. The home we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and had absolutely everything we could need on our stay, from luxurious beds and baths, to a fully stocked kitchen - minus food of course. The property is private but not at all isolated, with lots of green, a beautiful patio with a BBQ, dining table and lounge chairs with a view of the pond with ducks and the mountains behind palm trees. The swimming pools are just steps away. Grocery stores, Starbucks and all a short drive. Plenty of delivery options. Felt like a resort experience in a private, luxury home. Highly, highly recommend.

This property is superb.
Located across a small lake from the Dinah Shore Tournament golf course with the majestic Santa Rosa & San Jacinto Mountains in the background. A waterfall adds relaxing sounds to the stunning view. We particular enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the covered patio watching the ducks and egrets frolic in the lake as golfers challenged the tournament course. Dining in or out the views are magnificent. The villa is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for those dine in evenings. An added benefit is the attached garage that made unloading groceries a breeze. Dan and the Greenday crew are wonderful and if needed, always available. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation get away. We will definitely return.

The house is awesome!
The house is awesome especially the view and the pool was so close. The communications was top notch. The house was very well supplied, beds and furniture were very comfortable. The extras were a plus. I would highly recommend Greenday to friends and I hope to come again next year!
