Just about you about 30 yards to the main beach, Brass Rail 317 is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Tybee Pier. Brass Rail Villas is located in a Mediterranean-style luxury gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area, and 2 assigned covered parking spaces close to your elevator.
Brass Rail 317 offers guests a premium vacation experience with updated furnishings and decor, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless KitchenAid appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, and dimmable lighting throughout. Enjoy preparing meals in your spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen that opens to the living area. There is a dining room table that seats 6 and a cozy breakfast bar that seats 3. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished balcony, which looks out into a grove of trees, adding an extra sense of privacy and relaxation along with a view of the pool. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom and is furnished with a table seating 4, rocking chairs to relax in after a full day of fun, and an electric grill.
The spacious primary bedroom has a King-sized bed with balcony access and an attached ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom, with an additional half bath in the hallway. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping option.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

This was my 2nd stay at Brass Rails. This condo was very clean and tastefully decorated for a beach vacation. Each bedroom has its own TV so everyone doesn’t have to watch the same thing. The complex pool was also very clean and refreshing, never over crowded. The complex itself is an easy walk to the beach, several restaurants, shops, and of course. an ice cream shop.

This condo is exactly as described and pictured. The condo is large with a fully-stocked kitchen and lots of counter space and storage space. The beds were comfortable. It was very quiet inside the condo, even when it wasn't quiet outside. There are even puzzles, books and games for downtime. It was a very short walk to the beach. The drive to Savannah was super-easy from this condo, too. Communication was good with the rental company. Highly recommend.

This condo is exactly as described and pictured. The condo is large with a fully-stocked kitchen and lots of counter space and storage space. The beds were comfortable. It was very quiet inside the condo, even when it wasn't quiet outside. There are even puzzles, books and games for downtime. It was a very short walk to the beach. Spacious condo in a great location on Tybee
Perfect condo for my family of four. With two pre-teens, having just about everything within walking distance of the condo is great. It’s one row off the beach but has direct access and half block from the main strip of shops/restaurants/pier.
Plenty of room - can sleep 6 comfortably and can probably squeeze 8 in if necessary. Elevator goes from parking spot direct to the front door which is great for load in.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property is spacious and lovely decorated. Kitchen has everything what you need. It wasn't sparkling clean like I would like but if you are not clean freak like me, you will be fine. There are TV's in every room for entertainment and books, games and puzzles for your use. Pools were open but you need your beach towels and chairs for now. North beach is 3min away from property and there are lot of stores / bars walkable distance. Savannah is 27min away and has a lot to offer as well. Defently worth to rent and visit Tybee Island!

Overall GOOD experience, Brass Rails 317 was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked for our needs. The location was close to everything and the beach and pool were wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and the parking garage and elevator were definitely a perk.
Our only complaint were the mattresses, there were only two of us but we had to hop around to each bed trying to find one mattress that was comfortable. No luck. The beds were beautiful but they All slept bad. My husband and I sell mattresses so we understand the concept of firm but these were very uncomfortable. If it weren’t for that, I would choose to return but probably in a month where the humidity was not so overwhelming.
The drive to Savannah is easy and there are many nice restaurants. If you want to cook, the condo has all your needs, but you will want to bring all your spices, even salt and pepper. Again, let me say, the overall experience was Very Good. We appreciate the Get-Away!

This was our family's 2nd vacation to Tybee Island & we can't wait to go back. We've stayed at Brass Rail both visits, & the condos we stayed in were clean, comfortable & right by the beach, pier, restaurants & local shops. We love Tybee!

The property was very nice, had all you could need!
Really liked the property but won’t be going back to Tybee Island because of the police patrol!!! Tybee Island was a nice place to stay until we were leaving. Sure left on a bad note! We were stopped along with another car in front of us, for not stopping at a cross walk which we never saw anybody there!! The cop ticketed both of us and after getting home, found out the ticket cost $352.00!! We stopped at another place on our way out, trying to find a parking place and here comes that cop again stopping somebody else in the parking lot!! We said let’s get the hell out of here and left!! Pretty bad when you leave a place on such a bad note!! First and last time to Tybee Island!! $352. hurts when you’ve just spent close to $5 grand there!!! If we had been in the wrong is one thing but getting ticketed by someone that evidently had to prove himself is another!!! Sorry the town is so desperate for money, and I hate to tell them it can only get worse when nobody wants to go there because of the police!!!!!!!!
