A really good place to discover Bari and Puglia with a very nice owner

The owner is really nice and helpful. It is breathtaking every time you enter this beautiful old building. The accommodation is really nice you can see that the owner really likes what she does. There are little lovely accessories in every corner of the flat. We really liked the terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee or eat something in privacy. The location is really good, you can reach it easily by public transport as well. It's within walking distance of the center, but in return, you can get a taste of true Italian everyday life. There are small shops and cafés nearby where you can easily get a heavenly breakfast and coffee.

Maybe the sofa could have been a little more comfortable. But apart from that, everything was great.

Owners- no words to describe how friendly and helpful, even offered us pick up transfer from airport to the apartment. Love at first sight!

The apartment is on un extremely beautiful historical building. it’s on the ground floor but on inside part of the building. Has it’s own private small terrace/yard where in the morning you can have a breakfast. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay at Bari and it’s very clean and furnished with a style. Has coffee free of charge, dishes, salt, sugar, olive oil if you wish eating at home. I would like to say thank you to Ivanka for the very warm welcome. She is very helpful and every single minute was on our support when we asked her. We had a late flight and she let us to leave our luggage at the apartment and use our whole day without looking for a luggage.Thank you once aging for the hospitality, Ivanka! Hope, we will see you soon again! ❤️🇮🇹🌷

Place that feels like home!

I felt wrapped in care like in a warm soft blanket even before I checked-in the apartment! The hospitality and kindness of Ivanna is beyond all my expectations. It really felt like being home. Thank you a million for that! Apartment itself is located in a unique historical building that is fantastically beautiful, with good sound isolation high ceilings and spacious terrace that is just ideal for morning coffee. You can feel that the owner equipped and decorated it with great taste and eye for detail! Apartment is about 10 minutes away from the shopping streets and central station, all other attractions are also within walking distance. It felt quiet and safe there. I can defiantly recommend Dimora Acanto for a stay and going to book it again during my next visit to Bari!

We liked the apartment a lot. You have everything you need for a pleasant stay even with a kid, it feels like home. It is clean and very well-equipped. Ivana (the host) is very friendly and helpful. We even had an accident and she helped us immediately. I am recommending this location to everyone. We will come back for sure! Thank you!

Everything was perfect!!! Chic and very cozy! Ivanka was very sweet and kind and made a gift to my son-a Nutcracker puppet that was in the apartment. My son loves it!!!!

Charming apartment in the beautiful historical building.

The apartment is quiet although located on busy street which is near to the train station (only 8 min.). It is situated in a beautiful historical building with high ceilings. The bed is confortable and the whole apartment is good equipped. There is a bit problem with hot water but it is justifiable by the historical building. The host is super friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere, location, the wonderful host and recommendations – it was a very nice experience! We've arrived a little bit later than the check-in and the owners were so kind to pick up us at the station. After coming we felt in love with the wonderful atmosphere and the historical building of the apartment. The host prepared all for our comfort stay and also made a surprise-compliment. So, every detail was just perfect! If we ever be in Bari again, definitely choose this apartment to stay, 100/100 :)

The ideal base to explore Bari

The property was a pleasure to stay in - it had everything we needed and was very conveniently located close to the train for the airport (this was important to us as we were arriving late at night and wanted somewhere easy to walk to). The apartment was spacious, spotless, cool (despite the hot weather outside!!) and had a lovely mix of modern and traditional features. It was also in a less touristy area so we found it excellent value for money to get a coffee, drink etc., while still being an easy walk to all the sights of Bari.

Ideal place to stay for travel to/from airport. Clean comfortable apartment

Elio & Ivanka were extremely kind and attentive. This despite us being late on arrival due missed train connection. We really appreciated Ivanka recommending a lovely place to eat, just a short walk away, where we had a very tasty meal.

Everything was perfect! Ivanna was so kind to allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment hours before the check in and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes walking by the old town of Bari and the building is piece of art. We had everything we needed in the apartment and we had wonderful time in Bari. We highly recommend Diamora Acanto apartment.😍

Authentic Italian experience.Bari old town 8-10pm.

Lovely decorated apartment in architectural heritage building. Kitchenette for light snacks only.Excellent beds. Very convenient to old part of city and more upmarket university area.
