Tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar. El personal super amable y atento, aún cuando ya habíamos hecho el check out y esperábamos el taxi para el aeropuerto,nos ofrecieron todo lo necesario para estar cómodos,incluso había algo para comer y beber a nuestra disposición

Excelente ubicación y gran comodidad.

La ubicación es excelente. Nuestra habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

Lovely clean well-located hotel in Milan

The staff were amazing- went above and beyond during our stay.. The location was great. The rooms were clean and there was a lift, which was important to me as I was travelling with my father, who appreciated not having to carry our luggage up the stairs.

There was a glitch in the system and I kept getting several messages and emails from the hotel about my booking, my card, my departure etc. It got annoying after a while 😑

Very nice place to stay, would stay again.

Very nice staff. Very clean. We booked 3 rooms. 2 were great.

The 3rd room was nice, but it was located on the bottom floor and the window was by the garbage trucks. Very loud, woke up numerous times from the noise even with the complimentary ear plugs.

Com muito pouco a administração pode resolver os poucos votos negativos tornando a estadia excelente

Simpatia dos funcionários. Localização central. Andámos quase sempre a pé.

É impossível tomar banho de chuveiro. A pressão da água é intermitente. Não se consegue temperar a água. Ou vem muito fria ou vem muito quente. Os duches demoram muito tempo por estas causas. A máquina do café não funcionava.

definitely will not stay in this one.

Location is good, working staff is okay.

all the room floor is shaking when you walk and the sound isolation is bad you can hear other room noises and walking sounds. the room is pretty dark you can not even see your clothes colour. lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Parece um hotel simples mas entrega mais , os funcionários simpáticos.

Café da manhã bom, o próprio café o gosto ótimo, frutas não não boas mas dava pra comer , as panquecas com maple syrup.

Camera molto ampia, letti comodi, aria relax, cabina armadio e pulizia al top. Posizione buona, Duomo in 5 minuti.

Ho avuto un problema di mancanza di acqua calda, ma prontamente risolto. Farei indossare una giacca con camicia alla reception per l'accoglienza clienti.

Stay away - worst hotel

The location

I don't know why they would call themselves a four star hotel, I would call it a motel or serviced rooms at best. When we arrived no one helped us with our bags they left us to struggle with it by the sidewalk and said "sorry we don't have a bellboy" the electricity was horrible, we would wake up with our phone charged 10%. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in so far, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Other than sleeping on a rock hard mattress, stay was good.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and no limit on what you ate.

The mattress on the bed was rock hard. Both my partner and I struggled to sleep and woke up with aches and pains from not being supported by the mattress. Asked if it could be changed and told all mattresses are like that.

Good choice overall.

Excellent location in the heart of Milan. No noise from the street since the room was facing in the courtyard. Very nice lobby and rooms. The staff was very polite.

The bathrooms even though quite recently renovated, feel a bit old. I would say they need a bit of attention and renovation. (The showerhead was a bit destroyed) Also , a lot of noise from the corridors and the room next to us, no soundproofing at all. We had a room in the first floor facing the inner courtyard which felt a bit sad, without much light.

Nu recomand acest hotel.Nu-și merita stelele.

Locația cu multe minusuri, camere mici, întunecoase, baia fără gresie și fără faianța, era dată cu vopsea gri , cabina de dus mică, ruginita in partea de jos.

Personalul dezamăgitor, neprietenos, supervizorul de la Recepție Elisabetz foarte acră la propriu, răutăcioasă, nu se putea discuta cu ea, nervoasa…. și ceilalți recepționeri coordonați de ea pe aceleași stil, triști, neprietenosi

Kleines sehr feines Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage! Würde das Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage! Leicht erreichbar vom Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen. Metro Station wenige Minuten entfernt. Dom und Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Lokale in der Nähe! Frühstück im Hotel sehr gut und vielfältig! Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación es súper cómoda y cuenta con muy buenas amenidades. Ofrece servicio de servibar con distintos productos y el desayuno buffet que puedes incluir es excelente, variado y de muy buena calidad. Su personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a apoyarte en lo necesario. Súper recomendado!!

Falta un lugar donde uno pueda poner los productos personales en el baño, como una pequeña repisa o algo así. Fuera de eso, todo es fantástico!

A recepção, todos trataram a gente super bem, não falamos muito bem italiano, porém nos auxiliaram em tudo! Quarto super confortável, banheiro espaçoso! Tudo muito limpo! Localização ótima, a 10 minutos andando da catedral de Duomo, perto de vários pontos turísticos! Ótimo
