Spacious, clean and 10 minute walk to town. The perfect balance.

We have stayed several times in Park city. This property is in a great location and has good space. However, it needs a little love. We had occasion to meet the very accessible and very friendly caretaker, but the house itself needs more than can be done in a few hours between visitors. Those things are relatively minor for the most part… carpets need cleaned, Broken door knobs, cabinets that have broken knobs or just don’t work, no mixing/salad bowl or tongs or hot pads or kitchen towels, the binder of information was old information…( We were looking for restaurant recommendations, and I called several of the places from the binder to find it was inaccurate info- but google works and the internet was excellent ). The biggest issue for us was that the basement bedroom bunkbeds were super noisy so our teenage/college age kids could not stand to sleep there. Having said that the couches were comfortable and the upstairs bedrooms, the front one in particular, are huge so plenty of floor space for kids to sleep. None of these things would stop us from staying there again, but for the cost of homes in good locations in Park City I didn’t expect to leave such a long punch list upon check out.
All that said, we would definitely stay here again

Perfect location for getting to the mountain and to restaurant and bars.

Excellent location to everything, spacious, clean, well-maintained. Great communication and service. This is 5 stars!

...But eh.
Dated. Limited towels. Bunk bed room is tiny. Only the top floor rooms (2) have their own bathroom. Walk to the mountain is GREAT, though. I guess that's what you're paying for. Otherwise, eh. Sorry.

Wonderful home for a large family with children. The home is spacious and ideally located for skiing and apres skiing activities.

The house was in a great location! The walk to lift was so convenient. Overall, we were very content with the house. The house was cute, but in need of a little TLC. The upstairs fireplace did not work as shown in the photos. The carpet on the main level was a little dirty. Also, the hot tub was not clean and had to be serviced a day or two after we arrived. Lastly, the middle floor bedrooms mattresses were uncomfortably hard.

The house was a perfect layout for our group. The young adult boys fully enjoyed the bunk room and downstairs living space. It allowed them to stay up at all hours of the night and not disturb the rest of the group. The kitchen was well stocked. Cookie sheets would have been nice but we managed. Our group enjoyed the hot tub every night! The two King suites were big and the beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to update the bedding and pillows. It’s a small thing but has a big impact.

Fantastic location to the base of the mountain! We were comfortable doing the walk in ski boots. There is a ski check at the base for $10/day. There is also boot check available, which we did not utilize. The kids enjoyed the hot tub outside on the back patio. The heated driveway was a plus and made it easy to get our transit van out after it snowed. Location can't be beat!

We loved the property! It was a great fit for the 10 of us, and we loved the quick walk to the mountain base!

Everything you need is within walking distance. The house was very comfortable, a little outdated. The linens need to be replaced.

This house is located an easy five minute walk from the slopes and a ten minute walk from Main Street. The layout was perfect for 4 couples and 5 children (ages 3-15). The pictures are accurate, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (cookware, spices, detergent, plastic wrap, and such).
Our stay would've been perfect if it wasn't for a major issue with the hot tub (the main reason we booked this house in the first place) and the communication around that issue. When we arrived, the guest services contact told us the hot tub has a broken part, and it wouldn't be available until the next day. He said a part was "overnighted." From that moment, no contact was initiated with us from him or the owner; we had to do the checking in via calls and VRBO messaging on the status of the repair. We arrived on Saturday, and the hot tub was not repaired and warm until Wednesday, the last day of our trip. No efforts were made to apologize or right this major disappointment. If anything, the communication from the owner was not only slim but curt.
There are many other houses in Park City with the same convenient location, size, and price range. If we visit again in the future, we won't rebook this house simply because of how disrespectful it felt to have such a major issue with poor communication and near indifference from the owner.

House was perfect for our family!
Close to the slopes & downtown... we only used our car once!
...& being able yo soak in hot tub after a day of skiing was just perfect!

Susan was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The home is close enough to walk to the resort; however I do recommend renting a car as there is a garage (with heated floors) and Main Street is a short drive away. It was perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 4 children and it was very comfortable for all of us. The kids really loved the bunk room and their own living room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Park City home. It was exactly as listed and had a wonderful floor plan with many amenities for our family to enjoy. The hot tub was very relaxing and the short walk to Main Street was a plus.

Nice spot, good location and house layout. Indoor house stairs are a bit tricky so watch your step. Had an issue with hot tub but eventually got it resolved. Susan was responsive.

Host was very accommodating. Place has a lot of common area for a larger group. This house for our group perfectly with a very convenient location. A quick walk down the street and your at the base and all set to hop on the Crescent and PayDay chairs. Equally convenient is town. Just a stair case down to the lower street and your in town walking past all the shops, pubs, and restaurant. The hot tub is great in the morning or after a long ski day. 5 stars!!!!!!

We had a very nice stay recently over Christmas week 2020. The property is in a great location and the space was perfect: 4 bedrooms for 8 adults and a separate living space in the lower level with 4 bunk beds for kids or teenagers (we had both). I would recommend this property to others. The property was very fairly priced given its location and it was Christmas week. Other comparable properties that I researched online were priced much higher or already booked. If there was a negative, we couldn’t check in until about 4 on the day of arrival because it was being cleaned and that was a little unsettling given we had lots of luggage and ski equipment. The property owner did let us know that it was available earlier when the cleaning was finished. I had to say something because no rental is perfect.

Everything we needed was in this comfortable home for our 10 person family and friend skiing stay. All of the communication was easy and directions, house details, etc. were accurate and complete. The price was comparable to or less than other similar sized homes in the premiere Park City area, which made it even better. Comfortable and warming family friendly home that had enough towels for everyone to shower and use the hot tub daily. We would love to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 6 children with even a room to spare. The kitchen was well equipped to cook every meal and the hot tub was fabulous. We were a short walk to the Park City ski base. The only downside which is not the owners fault is the need to take an Uber/Lyft to the grocery store. Overall we had a wonderful holiday here!
