The largest unit at Heritage Corner on Settlers Way is a sumptuous, 2,500 sq ft, tastefully spread over 3 floors with open concept cathedral ceilings and a loft.
With so many rooms and alcoves there’s ample privacy or mingling / chilling space for everyone. Games and fun in the basement; cozy fireside down time on the main floor or peaceful and quiet upstairs seclusion for parents / couples in the master. Sleek, designer bathrooms throughout so no one's waiting. And cozy, warm toned bedrooms and linens you’ll never want to leave. A party sized BBQ and wood burning fireplace enchants and nourishes mind, body and soul. The main and lower ground levels offer great common areas for games and socializing. Except—not with your pet(s) unfortunately. Due to allergies, we’re unable accommodate any four legged forever friends.
Newly renovated in early 2022, we installed all new carpeting and flooring under a fresh coats of bright paint. Fresh new linens too.
The coffee maker’s a Keurig—but since we can’t possibly anticipate everyone’s individual tastes or preferences, we ask that you bring your own pods to optimize your enjoyment and mitigate a cherished but missing flavor / bean type.
As stated elsewhere, other in-house amenities include a lush, cedar paneled, 6-person Hot Tub (frequent or prolonged use may result in lingering chlorine odors—all perfectly safe. But fresh air will do the trick and chase away the pungent scent, so crack a window— just remember to close it after!) Brand new washer dryer, 2 outdoor storage lockers, fireplace, private patios, one with BBQ, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, central AC.
Entertainment: Large new TV, full size foosball table and pac man arcade game, free. Wifi internet and local calling.
Master bedroom (QUEEN) with ensuite bathroom, separate bath and shower, and walk-in closet.

2nd bedroom on main floor - QUEEN bed

My family stayed for a week and were very happy with the house overall. It was in a great location, just a couple minutes drive from the village. It was a very quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the hot tub and games in the basement and there was ample space for the 5 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and the inclusion of paper goods, soap, etc made it easy. Our only complaint was that it was a bit chilly in the basement, even when the upstairs was a comfortable temperature. Would nonetheless stay there again.!

This lovely property was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. Having tennis courts, swimming pool and playground easily available was great for the kids and they especially enjoyed the Pacman video game in the basement. We had lots of room to spread out.

Would book again
Nice quiet complex, private end unit. Easy walk to the Village. Had everything we needed. Great, quick communication with owner. 3 storey layout was ideal for our group. Nice beds and bedding. Hot tub was a fun perk.

Excellent spot
Great location and excellent contact and service with Greg! We were a group of 5 mins and our kids getting away for our annual ski weekend. There was an issue with power outage when we arrived - blue mountain wide - but there was emergency lighting in unit so didn’t effect us. Great was excellent to deal with! Would highly recommend.

beautiful location close to everything
The house was exactly as described on VRBO and was very clean when we arrived.
The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, china and cutlery.
The only disappointments were the couch in the living room which was very uncomfortable and needs replacing, and only one tv which was on the basement level.
Even so we really enjoyed our stay for a week over Thanksgiving and will book again next year.

Quick getaway!
We had a great stay at Greg’s cozy property. The house was clean and Greg was quick to respond to my questions. We especially enjoyed the master bedroom’s balcony, the hot tub in the basement and just hanging out by the grill. We recommend this place, and we would certainly come back next time!

Perfect Place
This is the place to stay if you're visiting blue mountain, whether with family, friends or a couples retreat. Greg was very helpful, so responsive, a pleasure to communicate with. His place is in the perfect spot in Blue Mountain, steps away from the village. Super clean, and maintained. Everything in his listing/description is accurate. We had loads of fun and would definitely stay at his place again when we comes back to visit.

Loved it!
The property was big enough to accommodate all 7 guests comfortably. It was a 15 minute walk to the village which was super convenient for us not having to drive and find parking everyday at the village. It was super easy to communicate with Greg and he responded quickly. I would definitely rent this property again!

Super Roomy
The chalet was so roomy. Everyone got their own bedroom and the kids loved having their own area in the basement with tv, hot tub, and foosball table. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We were surprised to find a nice spice selection and thank goodness there was flour in the cupboard as we had forgotten to bring it for our turkey gravy. We also really enjoyed the fireplace. The only reason I didn't give 5/5 stars was because the basement shower wasn't cleaned when we arrived.

Perfect for Large Family
We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend with our extended family. It was spacious, well-located and provided us with what we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfy and the condo was quiet. Greg's communication was quick and informative. We would certainly rent this property again.

Labour Day Weekend Get away
We have a tradition of going to Collingwood/Blue mountain with friends. This year we stayed at Greg's place. It was perfect, lots of room, close to village.

Blue Mountain is a great location for a vacation in summer
Great location in Blue Mountain with excellent recreation facilities that are part of the condo group. We enjoyed swimming and playing table tennis at this location. Accommodations were clean but a little tired (kitchen bar counter was leaning and some broken chairs). Mattresses were comfortable and the master bathroom has a great shower. Exits lights in the master bedroom and loft bedroom could not be turned off and affected our ability to fall to sleep. If you can sleep with blindfold type eye cover, bring them. There was some confusion on the linens; the listing stated we had to bring our own, but this was incorrect, linens are supplied (we were able to get this sorted out before we arrived). We tried the hot tub 1 night and it worked fine, but it would be a better experience if this was outdoors instead of in the basement. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and not functioning too well (missing stoppers for the kitchen sinks and the frying pan handle ready to fall off). For the price of the rental and the cleaning fee I expected more. This was the first VRBO that I had to pay an advance damage deposit - which is fine, it’s just that VRBO holds onto that deposit for 5 days after the owner has told them to release the funds.

Great location & spacious place.
Property was located in a great location for enjoying the village & everything the area has to offer - golf, beach, etc. Few hiccups along the way but Greg was very response & took care of things quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay
My friends and I had an amazing time staying at Greg's place. He was super helpful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. There was a minor incident upon arrival, however was very quickly fixed. This is a great location to stay at, less than a 10 minute walk to the village. Would highly recommend this place to others.

We had a group of 6 staying here and it was great. Very close to the hill for skiing and the place had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice stay in Craigleith
Great location and well represented in description. The only issue we had was getting linens and it sounds like a communication glitch which was quickly rectified.

New Year Eve Stay
We went for 4 days over New Years and had a great time. The condo was clean and spacious as described. Very close to the mountain and village. John was prompt when we arrived, really helpful and full of great tips.
Only draw backs: it was a bit drafty, and without the fire place it could be cold; the chairs in the kitchen are not the best quality, some were broken; a lot of lightbulbs were burnt out.
Overall it was a very comfortable space and made the trip great.

Great long Weekend
We had a fantastic time at the Condo. We showed up and the unit was clean, the appointments were up to date. The upstairs shower is great with the rainfall shower head, hugh bathroom.
Downstairs had a great rec room with a hot tub inside. What a great place to spend a week. It is outside Collingwood, and within walkin distance to Village at Blue. The Village was great, Bars and Resturants were excellent.
Thanks again Greg for the great stay
