Staff friendly, super comfy bed. No facilities on cafeteria.
Too far out of district 1 & district 3 for tour pick up.
4.3
Great local location just out of district 1. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely attentive and always greeted you with a smile.

Thank you

Good location, friendly staff, nice room
Dead end street, had to walk to main road for cab/grab etc. breakfast was okay

The room was good, big and comfortable, had almost everything you could need, like small kitchen with a fridge and a stove. there is also new furniture and everything was well cleaned. Internet was very fast (100mb for each room) and unlimited, I was able to watch Netflix at night. The people who work there in the cleaning service and reception, they were all very kind and available to help us and answer any kind of doubt we could have, even to reserve some place in a restaurants.
The hotel is located in a very ugly street, that there was almost nothing to do around, if you want to go to the center of the city or touristic point, you will need a taxi for sure. Despite the room was very good, there was a fake window in my room, not a fully fake, but when I opened there was less than a half meter from the windows and a wall. But the worst thing in the hotel is the breakfast, only three options with only one western option, that was a scrambled egg and a toast with some cheese and ham, and the quantity of it was very unsatisfying, the juice was served by a guy that was millimetrically counting how much we could drink in the glass, we had the right to get one for free each morning and if we wanted more shall pay two dollars for another one, that was very unprofessional and sometimes this breakfast had remind me a caritas food.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Queen who provided lots of recommendations and let us check in early on our first day, Dad who always welcomed us with a smiley face and taught me Vietnamese (tho I didn’t pick it up well :/), and the receptionist who let us check out late (sorry I didn’t get your name!).
The containers used to keep shampoo/shower gel/conditioner look nice but not practical, easily fragile; the bathtub feels empty at the bottom.

Room was great.Loved the water tower which provided constant hot and cold water. Liked the way breakfast was ordered the day before. Best thing about the hotel was the reception staff, always friendly and helpful. Have booked again for our last 2 nights.
Breakfast fruits were uninspiring

Location was good for exploring, the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was fresh and very authentic Vietnamese. The room was very well equipped and even had a little kitchen area and fridge.
The only minor downside to this room was the fact there was no view from our window except for the wall of the next building - something that can't be helped with a city centre hotel.

Great place to stay! Reception support was amazing, and there were 24 hours, and I was happy to assist. Rooms are lovely and large.
Kein at reception was a life saver after my bag had never arrived from Singapore. He worked very hard with the airport to get my bag to me asap. Which meant I had someone to translate and update me on what was happening and relax and enjoy my first day in the city. His assistance provided peace of mind, and I am incredibly grateful!!
Sadly the jacuzzi isn't there any more.

Äärimmäisen ystävällinen palvelu. Huoneet todella siistit.

Very nice hotel not far from the markets/Saigon center. The room was quiet and well equipped, breakfast was fantastic - in the top floor including spectacular view.
It was not so easy to actually find the hotel - as it is in the tiny street (and Grab drivers struggled a bit)

The poperty was okay for 1-2 night stay room was comfortable wifi was working well.
The rooms were not very well isolated from noise I had some crazy couple next door and they were arguing until late at night.
Breakfast was good but stuff at the breakfast needs to be more professional. After the breakfast service finished they just sit next to me at a table watching loud videos on their phones.
4.3
The streets are busy & noisy however The Bloom Viet Chanh is tucked away & surprisingly quite:)

breakfast is gook, high quality service.
4.3
Very clean and friendly staff
Work was being carried out on roof while we had breakfast. Would of been nice if they started after breakfast had finished.
4.3
Very clean. Helpful staff
On our 2nd stay work had commenced on the roof. And the workmen started whilst guests were eating breakfast. Maybe if they would of started 30 mins after breakfast that would of been better.
4.3
Great bed good size room
And fabulous location - food culture locals
Breakfast needs work
Otherwise all good

The Bloom is a lovely hotel with amazing staff and amazing rooms. Dat, a member of the hotel staff, was particularly helpful in giving us recommendations and being so welcoming throughout our stay. We loved our room, it was gorgeous and everything we needed for our short stay in Ho Chi Minh. Breakfast was fantastic, we were given 6 choices for breakfast, 3 Vietnamese and 3 international. Our particular favourite was the pancakes!
The only negative was that the property was undergoing renovation work during our stay, which meant it was loud at breakfast and the pool and rooftop was out of service. Can’t fault the hotel other than that.

Amazing, friendly staff
Nice location, a more authentic district
Clean rooms

Everything!
I don't see anything of that sort.

Simple but great breakfast. Staff was really nice and the room was bog and clean. Would recommend

A spacious room and bathroom which was very clean. We slept well and the air-con was very welcome. Friendly welcome on check in and was also very helpful . The location was on quiet side street that was only a short taxi ride away from the main attractions of the city.
The breakfast was a pre- order system which was fine, but meant the choice on the morning was more limited. Please note; the roof top bar was not open, but that maybe because we travelled in the off-peak season.

Staff were superb, one of the highlights of the hotel and always enthusiastic to give help when needed. Hotel is very pretty, AC was fabulous and had a nice view with breakfast. Sad I didn't get to make use of the restaurant terrace or the gym facilities. WiFi worked great, which was important for me contacting family back home.
In an ideal world, the hotel could be on a main road as it felt a little uncomfortable walking through alleys at night. Some variation in the breakfast would also be good, but what I did have (the pancakes) was delicious.
4.3
The location of the hotel was really nice! It is right in the middle of Japantown with some great restaurants. It is different fron District one though as we thought there were more locals. The room of the hotel was good but the staff was especially excellent. They were all very kind and their English was also very good which made it easy to communicate. A special thanks to Phuoc, he helped us book our bus tickets to another place and was super kind. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back!

The room was larger than expected. The kitchenette was very useful to us.
The music in the breakfast restaurant was obnoxiously loud for people who just woke up. That level of noise is more appropriate for lunch or dinner time. There should be no music or very soft volume for morning time.
4.3
Amazing property, 30 min walk to all the main markets and attractions. Room was spacious and clean, lots of little touches such as a water cooler in the room. Netflix on tv, huge bathroom and the list goes on really I can’t write enough good stuff about this place.
Laundry service very expensive compared with elsewhere in vietnam.
4.3
Set breakfast in rooftop bar was very good
Swimming pool out of service , but also very small
4.3
Staff were amazing. Location was great. I loved all the restaurants and places nearby you could walk around 😊
