Great for a weekend escape!
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house is very spacious and the 4 bedrooms are big with Queen size beds. It has a very cute little porch with a bbq and a huge pool area. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very attentive and timely in his answer to all my questions. It only takes about 15min to get to Southampton Main St. where there are a lot of nice restaurants and little shops. Would definitely recommend staying here!

5 Stars!
I recently stayed in a spectacular house in Southampton and all I can say is WOW. This was more than just a place to stay while visiting the Hamptons…this place was a vacation of its own with all the amenities a traveler could need. In addition Southampton is much closer to NYC then the rest of the Hamptons, this reduce our commuting time and allowed us more time to enjoy our summer vacation.
The house was immaculate, with spacious rooms, and super comfortable beds. One of the most incredible parts of the trip was the private salt generator swimming pool, as a parent I can honestly say, no more red eyes for our children! The spacious deck right outside the beautiful French doors, it a great place to relax and enjoy a nice barbeque meal. Plus, the owner was very easy to work with. What an amazing home!

Hidden Gem!
What a magical and beautiful home, minutes to everything the Hamptons has to offer and so close to NYC. We have stayed in East Hampton and Bridgehampton before, but Southampton is so much better, we reduced our commute by over an hour, what a great location.
We had a wonderful time with my son and extended family, it was very relaxing by the pool! The owner was a dream to deal with and very accommodating. The description of the home and amenities were perfect to the tee.
Highly recommend this place for a great family vacation in the Hamptons!

The house exceeded our expectations!
The house exceeded our expectations! The photos were totally accurate in describing the house. Cozy, neat, and clean with more than enough amenities to satisfy our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and serene with friendly people. The owner was beyond helpful with any request. The location was perfect, close to all restaurants, beaches, museums, wine tasting, and shopping makes this home the ultimate Hamptons escape. We have rented before in East Hampton and found that Southampton is just as nice but a much closer by drive, especially commuting from NYC. We loved our time here, and will be back soon.

Hampton tranquility, but close to the action
I've been vacationing in the Hamptons for over 40 years, and this house ranks as one of my favorites. It is wonderfully secluded, with a back yard opening into woodland. The deck and pool are perfect for entertaining, or just relaxing with the family. There is a wood burning stove right in the den for chilly nights. The kitchen / den/ dining room are all open to each other, so the cook can participate in all the fun. The house is all on one level, which my parents really appreciated when they visited. Best of all, you can be on a beach, in Sag Harbor, or in Southampton in about ten minutes. Fantastic getaway, and Tom was very responsive to all my questions and needs. I highly recommend this house.

Home away from home
Beautiful pool, comfortable home on a quiet street close to Sag Harbor and Southampton beaches and nightlife. Home away from home when you want to enjoy the summer and all the Hamptons has to offer.

The location is perfect 10 minutes to everything in the Hamptons. Really enjoy going to the beach, wine tasting, and shopping. The new salt generated pool with the stone deck was a big plus. We will be back soon!

AMAZING 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND!!!
We stayed in the house as a group. We had a wedding in Southampton and it was definitely much better renting a house all being together rather than getting separate hotel rooms. It is also a perfect distance from town and the beach.
The house has a very “Hamptons” feel to it. All white and wood. The kitchen is a nice open space. We all hung out there most of the time. The rooms and beds were perfect for our group.
The weather wasn’t ideal when we went but having that outside area, barbaque and pool was great. We were able to use it one day and it was really nice. There was a terrible storm on Friday which messed up the pipes. When everyone went to shower on Saturday there was no cold water. We called Tom and he told us to reach out the handy man. He was at the house in less than 15 minutes to fix the issue.
Our stay was awesome, the house is awesome and so is the owner =) I would most certainly consider staying out there again.

CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!
The house was in a nice/quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean, all appliances/equipment worked and the owner was fantastic. The photos and description in the listing were very accurate and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
This is a charming home and was a wonderful summer rental for us. The relaxed atmosphere provided the perfect antidote to frenetic city life. The owner was very accommodating-- which added to the overall warmth of the home-- good karma! The grounds and pool are lovely!

5 STARS BRILLIANT!
This place was perfect all around. Our 2 families thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the large yard/pool area and making S'Mores every night in the fire pit.

GREAT HOUSE EVEN BETTER THAN THE PHOTO'S!
We had a wonderful stay! The house and pool are lovely and set in a beautiful wooded lot. There's great access to nearby beaches and towns. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The previous tenant left the place is horrible condition, but the owner did an amazing job getting it up to par, by the time we moved in.
We've been 2 years in a row and loved it both times!

Very disappointing.
While we enjoyed our Summer in the house, two photos on this website are not a true reflection of the house. The pool is nicer, but the master bathroom is no where near as nice/new. The taps in both bathrooms need to be updated as the water pressure/temperature cannot be stabilized.
Dealing with the owner while going into the house/lease went smoothly, but trying to get our bond back became tiresome and contacting the owner became difficult. The bond was not returned within the 15 days agreed going into the lease, and then we were charged $828 for oil, and despite asking for documentation to back this up, it was not provided.

What an amazing time!
my family stayed here last summer and we still talk about what a wonderful time we had. The home is so cheerful and clean. We just loved the short drive down to the dock where you can launch the kayaks and take a peaceful ride on the lake or just sit back and enjoy the quiet and beautiful sunsets. All in all, we had a great time!
