A lovely 3-story beach-front home, newly rebuilt after hurricane Sandy, keeps the original charm of the Bay Head homes built a century ago. The house features beds for 11, a gourmet kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and is just a two-minute walk to the beach entrance.

DESCRIPTION
The main floor features a beautiful enclosed porch with views of the beach, a large family room, gourmet kitchen, and adjoining dining room for family meals and activities. The large family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 50” TV with surround sound, an Apple TV, and Xfinity cable. Outside you'll find wrap-around decks with plenty of lounge furniture, a large gas grill, and a heated, enclosed shower for cleaning off after spending the day on the beach.
The second and third floors have beds for 11, along with more lounge space, expansive views of the beach, and air mattresses (sleeping an additional five people in three twins and a queen). The second floor has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms; the third floor has one bedroom and one full bath.
The private Bay Head beach expanse is clean with designated swimming areas, patrolled by City of Bay Head lifeguards. Enjoy swimming, surfing, occasional pick-up volleyball games, and evening walks.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Activities in the immediate area include the famous downtown Bay Head bakery, post-office, and boutique shopping area – small, but complete. Gourmet restaurants, ice cream, a boardwalk, and amusement park are just minutes away in Point Pleasant. Full grocery and shopping centers are within 5 miles of the rental location. Should you wish to visit New York City during your stay, a commuter train is just a 10-minute walk and will drop you in Penn Station. Uber is also available in the town of Bay Head should you wish to travel here without a car.

We had an amazing time in Bay Head, and this house is such "a catch!" The location is unbeatable, as it is right across the street from the beach, and walking and biking distance to town and anything else you need. The front and back decks are perfect for your morning coffee, meals, etc. Everything inside is updated and convenient, including a great kitchen, dining area, and multiple seating areas to hang out. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and the front rooms have views of the ocean. Our week flew by and we will definitely be back!

Entire experience was amazing! We spent a week there, 6 of us plus my dog. We did not want to leave! Entire properly was extremely clean and well kept, and stocked with every thing you could possibly need (even down to chip clips ! ) Views of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house were amazing and it was a quick walk across the street to get into the sand. A plus was that the house manager, Kathy, was available and quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to rebook again next year !!

Amazing rental!
Entire experience was amazing! We spent a week there, 6 of us plus my dog. We did not want to leave! Entire properly was extremely clean and well kept, and stocked with every thing you could possibly need (even down to chip clips ! ) Views of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house were amazing and it was a quick walk across the street to get into the sand. A plus was that the house manager, Kathy, was available and quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to rebook again next year !!

We were able to have a wonderful visit with my 97 year old Mom who was for the first time in a year hug her family. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for all. A great kitchen. The mid-level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths works well for families. The upper level with bunk beds and the lounge area with bath is perfect for the louder folks! Richard and Kathy make the stay easy. One of my favorite houses and locations. The views are outstanding!

They have their own Smart TV for their enjoyment. The kitchen is fully of gadgets/ spices that will make any baker/chef happy. Further there are towels, blankets, air mattresses in the house that you don't need to bring a thing. We came here over the winter to getaway so we can celebrate with family. The garage had beach chairs and supplies that would make it a great place to stay in the summer as well. Loved the place and can't wait to go back.

This is perfection
Perfect location and perfect house. So much space and so beautifully decorated. Every need was considered. The kitchen is fully outfitted. Bikes in the garage. Could not think of one thing we did not love. Richard was so easy to work with and made the entire process smooth.

Perfect Exceptional Vacation Rental
What a perfect place for a family to stay. It is as beautiful as the pictures look. The owner was accommodating and truly nice person to deal with as was the manager Kathy. They called to see if we needed anything and I can honestly say this home has everything you need. The owner has this home as organized as possibly could be. He has everything bikes, beach chairs, and all items are high quality and in perfect condition I would highly recommend this vacation rental to any family looking for perfect home in a perfect location.

One of Bay Heads Best, Newly Renovated, Top Quality Furnishings, Simply Perfect
The long weekend stay was wonderful, the house simply amazing. The beach is a short walk across the street, 4 bikes in the garage to venture into town, if you so choose. The challenge for the weekend, figure out what they don't have at the house, tough task... A truly amazing stay, hats off to the owner for putting such a superb place together.

Spacious, relaxing, incredible ocean views, steps from the beach
My family and I just spent a few days in this wonderful home and loved it. All of us--adults, teens and four year old--felt incredibly comfortable and at ease in this spacious, well appointed property. From the second and third floors you can see the ocean through almost every window, and downstairs the sound of crashing waves fills the rooms. There is a wonderful covered deck/porch that looks out at the beach too. Great place to grab a book a read! This home is perfect for a family getaway. Great for kids. My four year old goddaughter even exclaimed at one point that this must be our new bay head home, she loved it that much. High recommended.
