This spectacular remodel is gorgeous! The upscale kitchen is fully equipped and features custom rustic alder cabinets by Heirloom Artisans, gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel high-end appliances and tile flooring.
The elegant and warm living area is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun, and is tastefully furnished with a 42' LCD flat screen television with DVD component, cozy gas fireplace, and a queen size sofa sleeper, complete with a high quality memory foam topper. Enjoy the full sunset from a balcony that boasts whitewater/harbor views nine months out of the year(spring to fall), a private gas grill and tile counter-top, the ideal intimate setting for your evening meal, cocktail or coffee while you observe the colorful sky, ocean waves, surfers and harbor ships.
The guest suite features a luxury, top-of-the-line king mattress furnished with Tommy Bahaman bedding, a granite/rustic alder vanity with separate bathroom, and a 32” LCD flat screen television with DVD component. Of course, high thread count linens, bedding, towels, beach towels and the like are fully provided. We even offer you free telephone service for local calls, a small printer and free high speed wireless internet access, encrypted for your protection.
Ours is a 1st floor, one bedroom luxury end unit within the building closest to the ocean and is fully stocked with Boogie boards, beach umbrella, ice chest/coolers, sand toys and beach chairs, plus a selection of popular board games. Coin-operated, laundry facilities feature top of the line machines and are available in our building. Moreover, our rental covers a designated parking space in a gated, underground parking garage close to our unit. Additional free parking is available on the complex if arrangements are made with the security office. No Smoking and No Pets - Strictly Enforced at all times!

Would recommend this location. Everything was as pictured and promised. Communication was smooth and prompt. Easy access to amenities and the beach. Nothing negative to report.

This was a clean and cozy place to stay with a lot of little extras to make it feel more like home.

Owner provided excellent communication and was easily accessible for any questions. The property itself was ideal for all ages providing close proximity to all beach activities and central to pool, hot tub and games room. The unit was well stocked with anything you could need. The pillow topper for the pull out couch provide an extra comfortable sleep for our family with two teens! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely the best condo in NCV. Everything as diacribed but more. This is kept how i keep my home. I usualy pack everything from xtra toliet paper to fabreez. This owner has thought of it all. Very clean and Great views on top of it all

I planned this vacation with 8 other families, and this location was perfect for such a trip, we were all together yet had our own space! Although our family totally lucked out scoring your condo!! I can not tell you how much your attention to detail made our stay above and beyond compared to the others!! Between the amenities, supplies and all of the game gear you had stocked up we were prepared for any activity... it blew us all away!
The location of the condo was perfect both for what the property had to offer and to town and all of the nearby activities and restaurants! I am pretty sure we all agreed this would be a repeat vacation!

The condo was beautiful and had everything imaginable there for your convenience and enjoyment: games, household items, boogie boards, surf boards, beach towels, office supplies, you name it it was there. I felt so at home and would definitely recommend to others.

Dennis seemed to have thought of everything. The unit was well appointed, organized and beautifully decorated. His communication was timely, cordial and helpful in every respect. We came for R & R and this unit served our needs well. We have stayed in various units in this complex over the years, but this was my favorite in all respects.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Clean, quiet & steps to the beach. I’ve stayed at many rental properties and this one is #1 on my list. His place is loaded with everything you would need to cook, play or just relax. Comfy bed, great tv’s, surf boards, beach chairs and games. The property has a great gym and the gas grills are exceptional. I will most definitely be going back.

Superb host! Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, newly remodeled condo that is fully stocked with everything you can think of.
Great location! Just steps to the beach and a short walk to the harbor village, and pier. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are beautifully kept and feels like a tropical paradise. We would definitely come back and stay at this unit again. Thank you for having us Dennis!!!

Great vacation. Property felt safe with family and all the kids
were happy..so many options for play & relaxation.
One issue was air mattress did not hold air and the ants
were also happy hanging out in the kitchen...

This is a beautiful condo with the perfect location! The pictures are exactly what you can expect. The condo property is extremely well kept and only a 5 minute walk to the beach or boardwalk!
Dennis is attentive and quick to respond if any questions. He has done everything to ensure you have a wonderful stay and we did!! We would definitely return!

Unfortunately, after returning from our vacation, we were extremely busy with a number of projects that were awaiting us, including my graduation. Nevertheless, I was intent on leaving a review even if I’m a little late in doing so.
The place was superb, clean, elegant, and romantic. Everything you could ever need was there. Fully stocked, truly meant fully stocked, including seasonings. :-). There was also a complimentary glass of wine awaiting us on arrival. The room is situated in a very convenient location. Close to the beach and elevators.
The host was very nice and accommodating. He made us feel very comfortable, even after a slight mishap beyond our control that could have ruined our trip. I can’t say enough about the host’s hospitality and this property. What you see is what you get. The pictures do not lie, although seeing it is so much better.
The only recommendation I would make is to have a standard iron board rather than a small one on site. I would recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay there again.

Beautiful condo
E-101 is a gorgeous condo, very nicely decorated. Dennis is a very accommodating host, generously supplying plenty of towels, bed linen, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. Even a lighted magnifying make-up mirror! only had to bring our clothes & food. We enjoyed our stay ,only wish we had warmer weather for our 2 wks. Jan. stay.

Your condo was beautiful and very clean. The condo grounds are very tropical and beautiful as well loved it all. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh air and listening to the ocean as we had our coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening THANK YOU for the bottle of wine that was waiting for us when we arrived it was a very nice touch. Dennis was awesome to work with he made it all so easy for everything. We will definitely be going back hopefully soon. Thanks again to you Dennis and you family for sharing your wonderful condo it was a very wonderful stay and very relaxing.
