Beautiful views of the mountains. Short convenient walk to downtown Estes which was a huge plus with all of the construction and limited parking.
The owners are amazing! The books with tips, favorite places, maps, everything you could possibility need for a wonderful time in Estes Park. The little details the owner put into this place that we didn't use but were so thoughtful to include like pull ups, sound machines in the bedrooms, bug spray and sunscreen under the sink and so much more.
Also when we stayed, we did experience wildfires close by. The owner reached out to let us know about the wildfires and updated us with new information.
I highly recommend staying in this magical cottage! I know we will definitely book again!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience staying here while in Estes Park! We stayed here with our infant and toddler and the fenced in outdoor area was perfect for all of our down time. Our toddler thoroughly enjoyed playing outside and we ate all our meals on the patio with views of the mountains. WiFi worked great, comfortable beds, extremely convenient to downtown-only a few minutes walk- and very communicative and accommodating hosts! We hope to stay here again in the future!

After 3 days of hiking in the backcountry, we needed a great shower, relaxation, and wonderful beds. This place was perfect. Located in the perfect spot; close to downtown but far enough away to relax. The house was adorable, and perfect for our family of four. We could not have found a better place. Hosts were wonderful and check in was super easy.

This very clean, well maintained property is perfectly located steps away from downtown Estes Park and a quick drive to the RMNP! Michele is a great host who offered up useful tips for reducing costs in town and avoiding traffic while getting around! We couldn’t have asked for anything more

This home was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and spices. Shower was great . Loved the deck outback. We saw some wildlife such as elk, rabbits, chipmunks and a territorial hummingbird. Hummingbird kept us amused. The owners were quick to response to any questions we had. Within walking distance to the town. Great location. Hope to return in the future.

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. The home was well stocked with amenities and a great location just off of downtown Estes Park. It was easy to navigate to RMNP and a super short distance walk for anything we wanted or needed in Estes Park. Donna was suoer helpful setting up our stay. We will be back!!

Generally happy with this property, location is excellent, it has all the features described and everything worked. The only issues were related to the bathroom; the sliding door got stuck on its runners and there wasn't any way to lock the door. Also the shower has been tiled in a dark color and the light was quite dim, so one had the feeling of showering in a cave.
All issues are relatively minor, but I would hope they were resolved fairly soon.
I would definitely consider a repeat stay, should I visit Estes Park again.

Had a great week stay here! The house was very neat and cozy with everything we needed. Probably the best stocked kitchen with cooking supplies that I've seen in a rental home. Excellent location walkable to restaurants & shops downtown. The beds were reasonably comfortable with plenty of extra pillows & blankets. Had a slight snafu with getting the door code to work at check-in time, but was quickly resolved with a phone call. This was a nice quiet place to come back to relax each day after hiking & exploring the national park.

We loved the property-would stay again. Only reason I left 4 stars on cleanliness is there was a wet towel, washrag and used bar of soap in shower.

We have traveled to Estes a number of times, this is the first time we have stayed in a residential rental. We actually loved Bond Park Place. The house was within walking distance to downtown (within a block). We came to go hiking at Rocky Mountain National Park and it was within a couple of miles. The neighborhood was quiet except in the am at time when we could hear the elk nearby bugling, a treat. The house had every amenity that you would need and arrival and departure directions were clear. We will definitely b look this place again on our next visit.

We wanted a place right in downtown Estes Park. This was one block above the Main Street and a park. Very convenient to a lot and easy waking to it all. The home was nice and as advertised.
Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. As of 9/3 I recommend entering Beaver Meadow as Fall River is undergoing major roadwork. Though at night we went back into RMNP via Fall River without a problem, as there are Sheep Lakes which had two make moose. Elk in many places.
There were unexpected visitors in a good way - elk roaming through the town and right up the street the house is on. September is the start of rutting season for elk.

This cabin built at the same time as the Stanley Hotel is very nice in that the location is close to town and the views are lovely. My favorite part is the porch swing in the yard.

This is a great location. There is lots of information and books on things to do in the area especially hiking. There are lots of movies and a TV in every room. The kitchen works well. It's a little warm in the summer so you need to open windows in the evening and use fans. Overall a wonderful place.

This 2 bedroom home was perfect for our family of three. The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the downtown area, but far enough to be out of the hubbub. House is in great condition and immaculate. Communication with the host is excellent and the entire process was seamless. I appreciated the book of suggested hikes which came in handy one day when high winds caused us to rethink our hiking plan for the day.

This house is the perfect location for walking downtown Estes Park. The traffic can get heavy downtown so being able to walk to everything is an absolute must. The house had everything we needed , we were very happy there.

After spending our day hiking in the RMNP, we really enjoyed being able to park our car and walk down the hill to restaurants and shops. The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet! Michelle and Derek have thought of everything you need! Perfect house for an Estes Park vacation!
5.0 / 5.0
Michele was so helpful and shared information about getting permits for RMNP, activities I was interested in, hikes her husband likes, and information like the aerial tram hours had changed to only run on weekends during our stay.
Everything you need is at the house, including tissues, even a washer and dryer! We loved that there were some little items available like spices and sugar so we could just focus picking up the food items we wanted to eat. As others had left a few snacks and cold bottled waters, we left behind some water and items we couldn't take home with us.
The beds were comfortable and the living room gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. The DVD library is immense!
My son accidentally left a necklace at the house and when I called Michele she had found it and offered to mail it to us. We were still in town, so she thoughtfully left it somewhere secure for us in a little plastic bag so it would be safe for me to pick up.
We loved the little house, the great location, easy check in, and all the thoughtful touches. It made an impromptu family vacation stress-free. Which was so wonderful for helping keep me (the planning Mom) more relaxed than I expected.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to RMNP! The house was perfect for our family that includes 2 young kids. We loved watching the hummingbirds from the deck. Michele was wonderful and answered all of our questions timely and throughly.
If we ever find ourselves back in Estes Park we’ll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage
We have visited Estes Park for many years, and this cottage was one of our favorites. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch and looking at the mountains. The location was excellent--close to downtown but also quiet. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Cute house in Estes Park
Cute house in Estes Park it’s close to shopping dining and the Rocky Mountain national Park. The House had everything we needed it was clean and well organized. Michelle kept in contact beforehand about when we could get into the park which I really thought was very nice of her, mostly because it was very hard to understand what we needed to do to get the tickets to get in, but she sent links to us regularly. Thank you for that Michelle! We especially liked sitting outside in the evenings I love the bench swing it’s really comfortable and we used it a lot!

Close to Downtown
Bond Park Place is wonderful gem located fairly close to two RMNP entrances, and really close to downtown Estes Park. The front deck was used every morning to enjoy coffee and a sunrise during our 5 day visit. There’s also a patio and several backyard seating areas that were used to view all the wildlife. Rabbits, chipmunks, birds, hummingbirds, Elk and deer were viewed multiple times.
Some of the amenities include iron, hair dryer, toaster oven, grill and everything you’d need for cooking.
Two bedrooms, one bathroom (with an amazing shower), living room and sliding door to a deck and patio.
We had such a great time here. The host was very helpful. She explained and reminded us about the passes and permits needed well in advance of visiting RMNP. We would definitely stay here again.
