The 'Adventure Inn' is is located in beautiful Central Oregon in Sunriver Resort. You will find this 4500 square foot vacation home a fabulous place for family reunions, weekend get-aways with friends, corporate planning away from the office, retreats, golf tournaments, conferences and multi-family vacations. If you need additional space, we also have a 7 bedroom home in Sunriver (VRBO.com/76717) that can be rented at the same time.
The house features beautiful stone and tile fireplaces; truly exceptional interior design and furnishings; an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with large island/eating bar; all stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, two ovens plus a microwave, two refrigerators, a 5-burner gas cook top; a custom 11.5 foot by 4.5 foot Dining Room table; an extra large, private hot tub; 65 inch high definition Smart television in the Great Room with full surround sound; a TV in every bedroom; over 160 movies; music CDs; exceptional choice of board games and puzzles; free high-speed, wireless Internet access; Xbox S video game system and games; Wii video game system with games; 8 bikes and helmets; as well as a pool table and ping pong. The home is stocked with lots of extra-plush linens, including extra towels for hot tub use.
Our vacation home was designed with you in mind and includes all the luxuries you want to have. EVERY BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM, each with tile floors and countertops. The exceptional rear patio is spacious and comfortable. The patio also has an extra-large stainless steel barbecue and top-grade tables and chairs.
The Adventure Inn is theme decorated with each area featuring a different adventure, most of which you can experience in the Sunriver area: Golf, Snow Sports, Cycling, Rafting/Kayaking, Fishing, Rock Climbing, Gaming, African Safari.
There is a wide paver walkway on the side of the house that leads directly to a rear door that is only one step up into the house. This provides easy access for those that may need to avoid stairs.
NEW - We now offer FREE Level 2 EV charging using a ChargePoint charger at the house! It uses a J1772 connector. A J1772-to-NACS adapter is required for Teslas.

The home was in impeccable condition and lacked nothing! We truly enjoyed staying here. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! We’ll definitely book this home again!

WOW!!! Such an amazing home. This house had everything for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to keep the troops happy (just add food). The open floorplan is great for visiting and playing games. We spent hours playing 'ping pong - around the world" in the game room. When the temps got down to -3, the heated floors kept every room toasty warm.

This house was large with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is a cooks dream. It’s stocked very well and labeled so no guessing where things are. The pool table being in the garage and heated was a plus. I would say the hot tub is not as large as it looks in pictures but still was a nice treat. The beds could definitely use some memory foam toppers. All of us complained about the beds. I almost slept in the couch a few nights.

Our stay was amazing. Having 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, made each group very happy with the space. The home is very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It seemed like the home had two of everything. Loved the garage setup with both a pool table, ping pong, and Pacman. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is the best supplied I've ever seen in a vacation rental. You only need your clothes and some food. It was a wonderful house for our family of 13, ages 4-85. This was our second stay, and we definitely will come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Adventure Inn. The owner has furnished this house to the max, nothing was not thought of! With 5 bedroom suites with bathrooms plus a bunk room for the kids, the house easily handled 5 families with kids. I've rented a lot of homes at the coast and Sunriver over the years and this house you could tell the owner takes great pride in making sure the house is top notch. Highly recommended!!

Our large family group has stayed in both of Gordon's properties in Sunriver & love them. Location, convenience, quality, cleanliness, amenities, communication are all top-notch.

This owner knows the needs of a larger group and thinks of helpful details; such as, two dishwashers, extra refrigerator/freezer, five king size bed suits (with baths), a dining room with enough seats to match the number of people the bedrooms allow (not often found in other places), similar seating for the back patio, lots of kitchen utensils so while some are being washed others are available, plenty of passes, etc. The owner even has a loose hdmi cable to plug one's own devices to the greatroom A/V system ... who thinks of that!!! Our family of 8 adults and 7 children have signed up for a 2nd year. Good work owner!!!

There were 2 of everything which was so helpful. Dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, washer/dryers etc. On top of that, there were more than enough dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. there were so many extras included in the kitchen that it was almost too much. Tons of games, movies, and things to do. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. And on top of all that, there was enough TP, Paper towels for the week. Great house, great week. Thank you!

The kitchen was so well equipped, we had everything we needed to make our holiday meals. We felt like we had our own private hotel. Great property- we hope to come back again.

Our family group of 16 gathers annually (5 couples ranging from 40’s to 70’s; 5 teens, 1 age 8 this year). Have rented many homes over the years, & this owner’s are hard to beat. Rented Lazy G in 2019 & Adventure Inn in 2021 (2020 skipped due to Covid). Both homes are extremely well equipped, furnished, maintained, & generously supplied. Clean, comfortable, with space for everyone. Gordon is a great host who has thought of everything & more, is responsive & easy to work with. Already reserved for next year.

Yes, the kitchen is great, but there are 2 sets of washers and dryers so that we could go home with clean clothing! The owners are great to work with and very responsive.
