About this house rental
Luxurious beach house located in the heart of Avila Beach. Beach Dreamer is located on a private drive and offers panoramic ocean and mountain views. Your favorite central coast activities are just a walk or bike ride away – make a splash at Avila Beach, tee off at Avila Beach Golf Resort, take a walk on Bob Jones Bike Trail, or sip on local wines while boutique shopping. 3,348 sf, sleeps 14.
The homeowner has graciously married beach décor with a soothing crisp color pallet. The great room, game room, dining and kitchen flow from one living space to the next in an open floor concept. Take your place on the oversized couches while watching TV, or pull up a lounge chair on one of the three exterior decks to soak up the warm Avila Beach sunshine.
Each of the three master suites are decorated with comfy pillow-top beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries. The larger of the master suites has a king bed, private patio, mini-kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This master suite's bathroom includes a large vanity, double sinks, over-size shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and full bathroom suite. The third master suite has a king bed and joining master bathroom suite. The fourth bedroom functions as a bedroom and private office, and easily converts into an additional sleeping area with a pull down queen-size Murphy wall sleeper. Additional sleeping includes two (2) queen sleeper/sofas, one (1) twin/sleeper ottoman, one (1) twin/sleeper chair.

When an opportunity to make a weekend LaCrosse game an extra long family weekend vacation there was only one place we wanted to be. Our fantasy home away from home. Beach Dreamer. This home was perfect for our family vacation. This home is very well equipped - great kitchen w/lots of pots/pans/dishes to serve cooking needs - even a slow cooker! All the beds were comfy and having a master on the main level made for easy access for my older parents. The decks were fun for people watching and just enjoying the sound of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

The house sleeping situation is designed for three couples and children. It should not advertise it sleeps 14 unless it were to say 6 adults that are coupled and 8 children. There are three amazing master suites each with high end bathrooms. We had 7 adults, half of what it says it sleeps, not all couples, and only 4 people had a nice sleeping situation. The Murphy bed is fine but in a tiny room with no bathroom. There are not “two queens” in the “fifth” sleeping area - there is one pull out couch and a twin pull out on the stair landing with a plastic mattress pad on it clearly designed for a child. The house kitchen and appliances and finishes and TV’s are all top of the line! The house is a 5 min walk to the beach and has beach towels and lots of beach equipment. The rooftop balcony and the main floor deck are fantastic! Unfortunately, the house overlooks the really big public beach parking lot on one side and is on the very busy Avila Beach Dr on the other side. Every morning at 5:30am there is significant noise from large garbage trucks in the parking lot below. It is awesome the garage is made available because the overflow beach parking takes up all the street parking. The house was very clean and well taken care of. It is odd for a $2500/night home to have everything single item labeled assuming renters would steal things. Hard to imagine people who pay this much to rent would steal a plastic child’s plate. We were celebrating a graduation and had wonderful family time and meals together and greatly appreciated the high end kitchen and patio/deck.

Had a wonderful time staying at this amazing property. Highly suggest for larger groups or families staying in the Avila beach area. We had a chair break during our stay, but fortunately we bought the optional insurance which covered it. The process was easy and worth the extra 50 dollars to cya.

Terri was very helpful in choosing a property to rent. The only complaint I have is that the Murphy bed in the game room did not work. That left us short a bedroom. One of the couples slept on the pull out couch in the great room, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient for the rest of us. If we had known this before we drove to Avila, we could have brought blow up mattresses or arranged to have another bed put in the room.

We contacted seven sisters (one ph# didn’t work, emails had to be followed up with a phone call) when contact made they promptly came over.
