Great location, very clean house with everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds, easy check in/check out.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. What was there was very nice--the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, etc. But it was very frustrating because there were so many little things missing that would have DRAMATICALLY improved our stay. For instance, 3 bedrooms were either missing window blinds or the blinds were broken, which meant that it was difficult to sleep with the exterior streetlights, and frustrating trying to get dressed in front of open windows. In the master bedroom, the window area that was covered by a blind was underneath a slanted ceiling, so you couldn't stand up, and you couldn't get dressed in the bathroom because the door couldn't fully open or it would hit the sink. So you had to get dressed in front of the uncovered window that was visible to the outside while not falling down the random stairs with a board nailed across a door halfway down.
The kitchen had plates, forks, spoons, and cups, but lacked anything for baking. So if you want to bake anything for dinner, or make cookies or brownies as one often does on vacation, you're out of luck. There were no large bowls and we ended up mixing a salad up in a trash bag. No large pots, so we boiled pasta in two smaller pots and again, mixed it together in a trash bag. There was no utensil holder in the dishwasher, so we tried to balance utensils in the dishwasher so they wouldn't fall through the racks. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty when we arrived and we had to hand-wash everything and dry it with paper towels (there was only one dishtowel provided) before we could eat. There were no hot pads or oven mitts, so it was difficult to move hot dishes from the stove.
The place was listed as sleeping nine, but only four towels were provided. I communicated both with the property manager and the number posted on the wall for housekeeping; the property manager was quick to respond but was never helpful, just confirmed things like there was no utensil holder or pots and pans. I texted the housekeeping number to see if we could find towels somewhere and never received a response.
There were also a number of issues that could be potentially dangerous. Pieces of floor were missing on door thresholds (most notably the master bedroom), molding was coming away from the wall constituting a trip hazard, the fan in the master bath didn't work and will lead to mold growth, etc.
Bottom line: if you're just sleeping here it's fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

This was a great apartment for our weekend stay in Cleveland. The location was good. We easily walked to restaurants. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed, beds are all comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and well-stocked.

Loved this property. Comfortable beds. Basics like paper towels, TP, dish soap, coffee, and more, were provided. We liked it so much, we tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately, it was already rented. Bad parking and the stairs were the only drawbacks.

This property is the upstairs unit of a duplex. No curb appeal whatsoever, but inside is fine. Home next door was under construction during our stay, but not at all noisy on the weekend. Neighborhood is cute and quiet and we felt safe. Not a problem for us, but be aware that you will need to carry your luggage up stairs. Property appears to be newly remodeled. Paint was fresh and unit very clean. Photos are accurate. Unit is quite spartan without a cozy or warm feel, but it really was just perfect for our weekend getaway. There are four bedrooms with super-comfortable queen-sized beds and nice linens. Pillows plentiful and comfy. There is a sofa bed in the living room, but we didn't use it. Two bathrooms, one inside the largest (master?) bedroom. Plenty of towels. Hot showers. Shampoo, body wash and liquid hand soap provided (no bar soap). Great TV watching options including Netflix. Restaurants and shopping just a mile away. West Side Market a little over a mile away. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame about three miles away. It was very easy to drive (and park) anywhere we wanted to go. It was generally quiet during our stay except for a barking dog next door which woke some of us up every morning (those sleeping in the bedrooms on the side of the house where the dog lived). Lots of dishes available. We did not cook, but did eat our breakfasts here. We didn't use the coffee pot, but it was available along with coffee and filters. Dish towels and soap in the kitchen. The heat in the unit worked well and we were plenty warm.
The value for this property was excellent; we paid a very good price. Best deal (for the most space) we found when searching AirBnB and VRBO options for our weekend! Why stay in a hotel when you can stay here with lots of space and a kitchen? Very easy entry with the keypad. Security system. Would likely stay here again.
Suggestions: It would be nice to have lamps by the bedsides for nighttime reading. Add some comfy chairs to the living room. The home could easily sleep ten (there were only three of us) but there would not be enough seats in the living room for that many. The couch is not very comfortable to sit on. The blind slats were broken in one of the bedrooms. The silverware basket was missing for the dishwasher. Cleaning supplies visible (vacuum, etc). We would have liked to have information left in the unit regarding nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. but it was no problem for us to find options on our own.

A few days before my arrival, I received a message from Nick saying that he had double-booked the house and that I was not going to be able to stay at this location, so I am unable to speak as to the condition of this property. Nick was kind enough to give me a discount for my troubles, though, and I did appreciate that.
