The house is in a great location, close to several beaches on a quiet dirt road. It was perfect!

This was a wonderful property with everything you could ask for. Walking distance to bay side beach, quiet and nice neighborhood, close to everything on the Cape.
Highly recommend.

We chose this property as a vacation spot for ourselves, our daughters, and grandchildren, and had a great week! We were a 15 min walk to the beach, and a 5 min drive to the National Seashore. We visited the Shark Center in Chatham, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History-the kids loved the animals, and the Pirate Museum in Yarmouth. We spent a day in Provincetown where the guys went fishing thanks to Captain Craig’s Charters. We enjoyed the house and yard-patio area and lawn games, and had a fire to make s’mores. The house was comfortable, easy to cook and do a little laundry. Small convenience store within a mile or two; large grocery store a 10 min drive. Recommend Fairway Restaurant in Eastham-we had breakfast and dinner there.
Also-Arnold’s Lobster and Clam Bar-their ice cream is delicious too! Easy to check in and check out. Tara was prompt and helpful with any questions. Thank you for a week full of great memories!

This being my first VRBO experience, I had some reservations. This property surpassed all my expectations. The outdoor property is very peaceful and private. The home itself, has really everything you need. Plenty of cutlery, dishes and cookware. The layout of the home is open yet rooms have privacy if needed. My biggest concern was cleanliness and the home was very clean and easy to maintain cleanliness during our stay.

This home was spacious, plenty of room for our large group to stay comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic dishes/cookware you could need, including spices! Tara was very responsive and the check in and check out process went smoothly. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and especially enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit. Highly recommend, and will certainly keep this place in mind for the future!

This property was an immaculate, accurately described, well stocked, and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the bay beaches and a quick jaunt to the national seashore and the cape cod rail trail. Perfect for our large family gathering for a week on a cape.

The rental property was perfect. We had plenty of room for our family of 7 and friends who visited.
It had everything you would need and and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Looking forward to returning next year! Thanks so much for everything and sharing your beautiful home!

This house was great for a family of 10 plenty of space, great back yard with a large table where everyone can eat together. It is great proximity to wonderful beaches. Only downfall is having to bring sheets and towels.

I stayed here with friends and loved it! The house was perfect for our large group. We especially enjoyed using the outdoor space. Tara was very communicative, helpful, quickly responsive, and accommodating.

Spacious & comfortable house in great location for 9 adults & 2 babies.

We had everything we needed at this property - including a 5 minute walk to the beach. What a treat. Tara was extremely quick to communicate and everything was very clean.
One thing to note, is that you will have to pay an additional fee for linens and you will have to make all of the beds yourself, as well as strip the sheets upon departure. One thing that could have been a bit clearer would be the rules/expectations for trash pickup! The house in off of/on a dirt road, too - so make sure your car can travel on the dirt road.
All in all, we had an AMAZING time and would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and was perfect for our gathering of friends and family. Tons of parking, great outdoor space, close to beach and stores. We went into Provincetown one night and it was a quick 30 min drive. Owners were responsive and check in and out was seem less. I will definitely be keeping this property in mind for future bookings.

My family, along with two other families, were lucky enough to enjoy this property the last week of June. The house and location did not disappoint the 6 adults, 6 kids (ages 12, 10, 9, 7, 4 and 3) and 3 dogs. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained with the layout being perfect. There was more than enough room and the loft area was a perfect place for the group of kids to sleep and hangout. The air conditioning was perfect for the heat wave we experienced during our stay.
The outside area was fully equipped with a great sitting porch, two grills, firepit, hammocks and lawn games galore. The outdoor shower was great as it was a convenient way to clean up after a day at the beach. The beach was about a 10-15 walk from the house and was wonderful at both low and high tide. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The house and yard were fantastic. I had a ton of questions for Tara, and she was always so responsive.

My friends, family, and I were thoroughly impressed with the property and loved the location. We were close to a ton of the great beaches and activities the Cape has to offer, and also spent a lot of our time relaxing at the house with our kids. The yard, deck, and entertainment space inside were perfect for letting the kids enjoy themselves as well as having huge meals together. We'll definitely be back in the future!

We loved our time at this property. We planned a family vacation for the first time to Cape Cod after not being in the area since my husband and my childhoods. There was a ton to do of course (even in the pre-season) and the house was a great landing pad for us in between excursions. We joked that the house layout was better than our house "back home" with separate spaces for different people and lots of options for relaxing and even entertaining (we have friends who live year round in Eastham and we enjoyed hosting them for dinner). Great kitchen with all that you would need to cook your own meals. My kids appreciated the wifi and games (we did not get to use the basement). Thanks too for the beach supplies -- that floating unicorn was a hit for my 5-year old. We hope to be back soon as my daughter now asks "Can we go back to Alice Road?"

This property is a true gem! A small group of friends wanted to reunite after our year of quarantine, and this house fit all of our needs. The house is expansive, with the bedrooms well spaced from the communal spaces that having some go to sleep earlier than other was never an issue for the noise. Two ovens were key for a larger group at dinner time. The back porch and outdoor space is beautiful and well-maintained- perfect for yard games and relaxing by the fire pit. The owners had both new washer and dryer and a grill for the season, which were excellent! The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, relatively easy incline. I could not recommend this stay more!

Had some trouble booking the property initially as it had the wrong rates and incorrect availability. The property itself is well maintained and perfect for families. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condition, everything work, lots of amenities, fairly close to bay beach and National Seashore beaches. Definitely the nicest property in the immediate neighborhood.

Bay Breeze is a beautiful home, excellent for large families. It was perfect inside and out. The house was stocked with everything you need. We had our thanksgiving dinner here and did not have any trouble finding kitchen items to cook with. While we didn’t use the summer gear, it appears fully stocked for beach activities which was just down the road. There was just one downside to our stay and that was the trash situation, we had to take it all with us. But I believe this is a fall/winter problem only. Luckily for us we were driving to Bay Breeze and was able to take it all, if we had flown from out of state I don’t know what we would have done, but overall it was an excellent stay!

One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Tara's house provided the space for our family to enjoy and relax no matter how we were feeling. For those of us who were looking for a more active experience the ping pong table and short walk to the bay beach were just what we wanted. For others who wanted to relax and read the house is beautiful and accommodating inside and out. Access to the traditional cape cod outside shower, the master bedroom with the jacuzzi, the loft with games and books to enjoy for all; we wanted for nothing.Sunsets at Cooks Brook beach were incredible every night and only a short walk from the house. Even our pups were in heaven with the beautiful walk and nightly run at low tide. We could not be more thankful to have stayed at Tara's property which is truly a Cape Cod treasure. Absolute fun for the whole family, pups included. We look forward to coming again in the future and highly recommend this stay. *Also a shout-out to the cleaning crew for making us feel safe traveling during COVID.

Beautiful home on quiet street. Beach was a bit of a hike and pizza box was left outside but overall no complaints

Our family group ranged from 32 to 84. We enjoyed meals around the huge kitchen table, played games at the dining room table, celebrated a birthday on the deck, sat around the fire pit, fixed breakfast on the huge outdoor griddle, watched The Finest Hours on the big screen after touring the real coast guard rescue boat, washed off sand in the outdoor shower after hunting for sea glass along the beach, and prepared delicious meals in the double ovens. The location was close to many activities- beaches, lighthouses, and trails,. Plenty of space to relax for our family of eight! Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our three families who got together for the week. The house is spacious with lots of living and dining space both inside and out. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, all the games and toys for young children, and the beach chairs and umbrella. The house is in within walking distance to a quiet bay beach and it's just a short drive to several ocean beaches. We had a great week and we'd love to come again!
