No complaints about the place besides the odd smell. Aired out easy. My issue is the neighbors. The put a fake snake out under a bush when I was moving in. It was 11 pm after a 10 hour drive. The neighbor video taped me noticing and acting scared of the snake, then showed it to his friends. Not cool at all!!!

We were impressed with how quaint this place was. Convenient shopping and close to where we needed to be. When we inevitably have to go back down to Green Valley, we will try to reserve this place.

A little southwest paradise central to everything you need
Charming midcentury Southwest Architecture with mature landscaping. I loved the different courtyards and meeting the neighbors who live there as I would stroll through. Very friendly and the pool sees a lot of use even after the snowbirds have flown away. Awesome host too! Thanks Renee!

Overall acceptable short term stay
The property was not as clean as I would like and could use some updating, however it was a very nice location with a lovely outdoor courtyard. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked very nice. It was close to stores and not too far from Madera Canyon.

Pleasant stay in Green Valley.
We stopped in GV on our way to California. We love the pools in GV. This casita area had its own. We hiked and bird-watched. Enjoyable stay.

Walkable, central townhouse
Great location for restaurants, coffee and groceries and easy drive to area hikes. Please note the outdoor seating/lounge area is common space and there is no private outdoor area which was unclear in listing.

Convenient location
Couldn't get LR tv working, towel rod fell off wall, 2 plastic pitchers leaked, dust balls in bed rm. Other than those things our stay was nice. Nice neighbors. Easy and close to shopping center/grocery store!

Warm and Cozy Casita
Cute little cozy casita in quite Green Valley, AZ. The weather was a bit cold the first 2 weeks of 2019. Snow on the ground on New Years Day. Fun little town with a local Wednesday Market that’s an easy walk from casita. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and hiking in Madera Canyon. All in all a fun start to our 2019!

Great place to stay in Southern Arizona
This was one of my favorite places I’ve been. A beautiful setting with a pool and hot-tub just around the corner. I met the year-round neighbors and they were helpful in pointing out some local activities, including the exciting Wednesday Market. This place was a great point to stay, with Tucson just 25 miles away, the beautiful village of Tubac just another 20 minutes south. I would definitely go back to this place.

month in green valley
Our experience renting this casita was a positive one. The casita itself is not extravagant, but more than adequate for one or two people, including washer & dryer, and a dishwasher.
The location is excellent, easy walking distance to a shopping center
complete with groceries, a couple restaurants, across the street to a
gvr center.
It's also fairly close to a main street access and freeway should you
decide to explore. The casita common area has it's own swimming pool and hot tub, in
great condition.
It also has a courtyard, right out the front door, making it easy to be
as social as you would like.
While close to all of the above the casita was quiet, we hardly knew
we had neighbors.
Enjoy!
