Our 1930's craftsman home is located in the heart of five points, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in athens! Tree-lined and quiet streets are close to the action of five points restaurants, cafes, coffee houses and more. Walk to sanford stadium on game day! Two bedrooms (each with a queen) and two bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 4 people. Open, updated, well-stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, spacious living room, and two porches to choose from for evening relaxing - the front offers rocking chairs and the screened porch offers ample seating for enjoying company. Hardwood floors throughout. Wifi and flat-screened tv with cable included. Pets accepted with prior approval and deposit. Driveway can accommodate two cars for easy, off-street parking.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property! This home is walkable to great restaurants and the stadium for gameday. Neighborhood is quiet and the screened porch on this house makes it extra enjoyable to listen to the birds read a book. Vicki is a wonderful host! You won’t go wrong choosing to stay here. Wonderful stay!

Even though we were in Athens on business, staying in this beautiful home felt like we were on vacation. It is one of the most comfortable homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying. The location is superb, the hosts are very kind and the yard is heaven for a dog. If it was possible we would have given more than 5 stars

Wonderful older home with lots of character. Lovely side screened porch and large front porch. Charming neighborhood…we loved our stay. Owner was extremely helpful in finding some resources we needed in the area. This home would always be my first choice to stay in when visiting Athens!

We had the pleasure of staying in this 5 points home during a construction project at our house. This home is very charming and was a lovely respite for our family. Every amenity we needed we found there and the screened in porch and front porch were our favorites! It is thoughtfully and well restored. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. We loved our 5 points in-town "vacation"!

We stayed for a football game extended weekend. The accommodations were perfect. The serenity of the neighborhood was relaxing. Vicki was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

This house is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. The rooms are all very spacious with high ceilings. And the outdoor spaces are practically as clean as the inside. We loved getting to bring our dog for the weekend to celebrate our UGA daughter’s birthday. But you would never know another dog had ever been there. Vicki was very attentive and kind. Great location, too!

This is a must rent property! The home is absolutely fabulous. The owner (Ms. Vicki) was so very nice and made sure our stay was the best. The location is with minutes of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Not sure when we will return to Athens, GA but 167 Highland Terrace will be our first choice of place to stay.

Everything about this house is wonderful. The location, the yard, the porches - all of it. My husband and I live in Atlanta and wanted something that felt like home while we worked in Athens for the weekend. This was it! We slept well, brought our dogs, had a couple of friends join us, and it really made the things extra special having somewhere like this to stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us - I would come back!

The home and the setting are beautiful and serene. Spotless, perfectly maintained and updated home with great areas to sit and visit and comfy beds. The outdoor porch set amongst beautiful trees was our favourite. The owner was so friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend .

We were there for my granddaughter's graduation from Law School and had a wonderful time - house is amazing - has everything you could ever need - felt like we were at home. Neighborhood is so convenient and nice - good place to walk. Owners were great - can not say enough good things about our experience there - we made lots of good memories.

My family and I stayed here for our daughters graduation weekend. Vicki and Hank were so accommodating. They wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. They’re house was perfect. It’s a quick walk into 5 points and that screened in porch is to die for. It was fully equipped with whatever you would want. This was by far the best Vrbo experience we have ever had.

The Heart of Five Points Craftsman Cottage was the perfect location for our stay while attending the UGA Commencement Ceremony. The home was incredibly charming and impeccably clean and outfitted with everything needed for a perfect stay. It is located just minutes from campus in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The owner was proactively communicative and very responsive. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

My son, his wife and I stayed here plus my mini golden doodle to visit family for Thanksgiving. This craftsman cottage is absolutely beautiful! Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and totally fenced yard. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.The restoration is incredible. Such nice owners. Hope to stay here again.

This cottage was WONDERFUL!! SO clean! Great neighborhood. We so enjoyed walking our fur baby and looking at all the beautiful properties. So quiet, house was warm and inviting! Ten minute walk to 5 points and 30 minute walk to the stadium. Loved the book with the photos documenting the renovation of the house. So much history in those beautiful walls! We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this comfortable home celebrating a UGA graduation. The house is perfectly situated. Close to campus and within easy walking distance of Five Points. The neighborhood is quiet and the property has off-street parking for 2 cars. The house offers a great front porch, fenced yard (perfect for a small breed doggie to have some freedom) and a lovely side screened porch. House was well appointed. With a port-a-crib, the master bedroom’s walk-in closet seemed big enough to double as a nursery. We enjoyed our stay so much, we may have to create a reason to return to Athens

This is the perfect 2-BR house for a stay in Athens! Our family stayed here fir UGA graduation and we walked to shop and eat in Five Points and walked to the stadium for graduation! The house has wonderful porches for reading or relaxing, in addition nice inside space. Fantastic location and hosts!

Charming cottage in fabulous location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops in Five Points. Although we did not try you could easily walk to campus. This house is perfect for 2 couples or a family. Well maintained and very clean. The screened in porch was a bonus. Cannot wait to rent this house again.

What a gem this place is!!! It is a PERFECT little place for a weekend stay in Athens. Everything you could possibly need is here!!! It is totally updated, clean as a whistle, and so nicely decorated!! The yard is fenced in if you have 4 legged babies or small humans, and the landscaping is so lush and natural. Love the screened porch for evening relaxing. Nice breeze and the property is well shaded. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. She made sure we had everything we needed well ahead of time. We had 4 adults and 2 young children and the size was perfect. One mile walk to stadium, and even shorter walk to great little restaurants. SUCH a charming neighborhood as well. Quiet and quaint. Highly recommend!! And we will be back!!!
