About this house rental
One of the few homes in the Isles that is pup friendly, our home has a fenced in area along the shady side of the house to let your fur baby enjoy the great outdoors while saying safe and secure! This home is ultra modern, yet super cozy , a true home away from home in a PRIME location . This home is actually IN THE ISLES, with a 6 minute walk to Fisherman's Village, a unique waterfront destination which includes specialty shops, 7 restaurants and a 98-slip marina. You can also reserve several different boat tours from Fisherman's Village.
There is a dog park (Hounds on Henry Street) on the corner of our road literally 9 houses up from ours, that separates the big breeds from the small ones for a little exercise or socialization. Our central location will make accessing a network of more than 18 miles of paved trails with amazing views quick and easy for your cycling or walking pleasure. Our prime location will also allow you to walk through the quaint and historic part of town within 15 minutes or to the pickle ball courts. Let the pictures of the interior of our home speak for themselves, with a new kitchen that is truly the heart of the home and 2 separate living and dining spaces for enjoying time with your friends and family. Designed for a whole lot of outdoor living, the lanai space offers a generous amount of space under cover of roof to enjoy in any kind of weather. Two of our three bedrooms lead out to the lanai as well as one of the bathrooms. The dock is over sized if you are a boat owner or renter with a quick boat ride to the open water within a mile of town center ~ not just a "Punta Gorda address". This house is our home , not just a business. We would appreciate your telling us a little about yourself and your fur baby's size and breed prior to making a reservation request (kind of like introducing yourself to a new neighbor?) We actually will not accept a reservation request without some type of introduction prior to your putting your credit card information to make an actual reservation request. Our take on this whole house sharing thing is that you are our houseguest and we are your host - more personal than business truly.
Please note that Punta Gorda Isles is a DEED RESTRICTED neighborhood that does not allow boat trailers to be parked on the roads or in the driveways at any time. It will be necessary for you to rent a space for your trailer during your stay. RVs are also not allowed to be parked on the roads or in the driveways except by permit from the city with a limit of 7 days on that permit. Please make all of the necessary arrangements for your boat trailer or RV/motor home well ahead of your arrival.

Christine (owner) was responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions prior to the trip as well as during. Very accommodating! The property location was perfect for us along with the layout of the home. Loved being able to sit outside and watch the boats periodically go by. The sliding window by the kitchen sink that opened up to the pool area was very convenient in refilling peoples glasses. :-) A very relaxing and memorable trip for our family!

Beautiful property, neighborhood and location!
Nice dog park nearby. Short bike ride to downtown Punta Gorda. Bikes are in excellent condition. The area has many fine restaurants and often there is music and outside dining.

The location of this property was great. The heated pool was wonderful. The home was roomy and comfortable. We loved the lanai and canal. All in all, a perfect month in Paradise. The hosts were so friendly and nice to work with.

Kristina runs a topnotch VRBO home. Kristina was always available for questions and asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for an easy walk to Fisherman's Village. We spent every night enjoying the Lanai while relaxing over looking the pool and canal. The two living rooms, two bathrooms gave us (two couples) plenty of space. We definitely recommend staying at this home while in the Punta Gorda.

Stayed here to be close to my brother and because I wanted a safe quiet place for my 7lb puppers! House had everything we needed. She even put a Christmas tree up! It was such a lovely touch. Warmed my heart when I walked in. Might stay again next year and will bring my sister. Book this place!

We loved our stay at Christine’s lovely VRBO in Punta Gorda. Location and neighborhood are excellent with Fisherman’s Village a short walk away. This home is the cleanest rental we have stayed in! Also very well equipped, used the Ninja blender to mix Pina coladas and margaritas while listening to Jimmy Buffet on the day he passed. Sad day.
We only used the main BR and the bed was quite comfy while the attached master bath was convenient.
We used the pool daily and enjoyed relaxing in the chaises afterward.
Spoke with Christine when we arrived and she walked us through a couple things. Needed to text her about 2 very minor questions and she responded quickly. Would highly recommend this lovey rental.
Also is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed her stay as well!!

This was a perfect location for us in Punta Gorda. Our lab loved the proximity to the dog park and great walking paths to fisherman's village and the Harbor walk. We especially loved our time in and around the large warm pool. Christine & Paul were great hosts! They checked in often and were quick to address concerns. We would happily stay again.

This home was perfect for our winter getaway in Florida. The home had everything we needed. The pool was bigger and deeper than most pools I have seen and the lanai was spacious with comfortable furniture. The location was ideal - walking distance to Fishermen’s Village. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Excellent home in Punta Gorda
My husband and I have stayed in Punta Gorda homes for several years and this has been our best stay yet. This home is everything the owner states and then some. The pool is larger than most and is really heated, unlike some who are advertised as such, but are actually quite chilly.. It has character and several fascinating surprises, including interior design and the "Elvis" bedroom. Christine is an excellent hostess who quickly responded when we reached out to her. Great stay and Thank You, Christine! Hope to come again soon...

Beyond expectations!
We loved this home, the neighborhood was so peaceful. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Pocket doors make it easy to split into two separate living areas with a share kitchen if needed. The lanai was huge with a lovely view of the water way and the pool was warm. Having the little dog yard was so convenient. Christine and Paul are fabulous hosts and have provided bikes and beach chairs etc as well. The restaurants are fabulous ,, the kayaking was wonderful, manatees included in so,e waterways .we hope to return….highly recommend !

Perfect location
My husband, dog, and I wanted a quite but easy place to take a relaxing get away.
This place met all our needs. From golf near by, pool during the day, and plenty of restaurants to choose from to visit with friends.
Christina was fantastic to work with. Any questions I had, she was quick to respond. Very helpful and the house was everything and more then we needed.

The perfect Escape to Bramasole
My husband and I needed a getaway that was peaceful and nearby to beautiful beaches and fun things to do and see. Bramasole was our ticket to zen. Punta Gorda is a beautiful place full of great restaurants, fishing galore, and lovely homes and surroundings. Everything is an easy drive to great places to fill your stay with adventure.
We went kayaking in old Florida waters nearby with Its Time Kayak! We visited great beaches in Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. The Fisherman’s Village nearby is lovely for shopping and walking. Punta Gorda’s Harbor Walk is a delightful after dinner walk. Boating opportunities to take advantage of….don’t leave without taking one!
Best sunset? The causeway Beach at Sanibel. Then drive home to Bramasole and take a night swim in the pool.
The home is well stocked for your stay. Pay It Forward supply stock is a system that clearly works well. Great concept! Home is elegant and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep to end any day. Cleanliness is like godliness here…and it is divinely CLEAN. Pool and lanai is amazing with a gorgeous canal view. Quiet neighborhood too.
Christine has an amazing opportunity available here. Instructions all clear and easy to follow. Check in/Check out easy breezy! You will want to return again…..I promise

Peaceful and pup friendly.
This is an incredibly clean and quiet place to stay. It’s in a residential area with most of the residents being full timers. This place is perfectly set up for those who want to bring their pets. You can easily shut pocket doors in the house to keep your dog from going in nicer areas, like the formal living room. The instructions are listed in a book when you arrive inside and are incredibly accurate and descriptive. The back porch was our favorite place to relax in the afternoons, swimming and sitting on the lanai. There is a little side entry fenced off area specifically for your pups, just large enough for them to do what they need to do, and small enough for you to easily keep clean. The owners have done an excellent job of making sure you have a stock of supplies that you might need while you stay there, and also ask that you pay it forward if you use the last of it, which I think is more than fair. The three bedrooms are decorated beautifully and I especially loved the “Cuba room.” So creative! The artwork is lovely throughout the house as well. Having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful, because I like to do a load every single day and it really saves on how much you have to pack for your trip. If you’re bringing a boat like we did, make sure that you understand that you cannot store a boat trailer anywhere in that neighborhood due to local code/HOA rules. This means that you will need to rent at one of the storage facilities nearby for your trailer. We chose People’s Choice RV storage, and the owner of the storage place, Rocco was extremely helpful. We put the boat in at Laishley boat ramp and navigated to the home using Fisherman’s Village as a waypoint/GPS coordinates. You will need to plan your arrival and departure logistics carefully since you cannot have the boat trailer at the home. On check out day, we chose to pick up our trailer at the RV storage and grabbed one of the bikes that were in the garage. Parked the car and boat trailer back at Lashley park, rode the bicycles back to the house, grabbed the boat and navigated back to ramp from the house. Add enough time in to do this on check out day as it takes a bit to make all that happen. You’ll need a shower after all that so plan your time well. If you are bringing a boat, this location is excellent for day trips to Cayo Costa and Charlotte Harbor fishing! Plan for that extra work so you’re prepared for check-in and check-out day logistics.

Beautiful getaway!!
The property is more beautiful than pictures and was spotless when we arrived! The location is perfect to walk or drive to fisherman’s village (we ate there almost every night at a new restaurant!) We spent so much time on the dock at the house catching all sorts of fish! Christine was also an amazing host and had a detailed book to help you get to know the area and things to do around punta gorda! We can’t wait to come back again!
