Polo Beach House is a unique 3500 sq ft property with singular direct beach access to Polo Beach.

Walk out of your oceanfront yard over a short lava rock path to put toes in the powdery sand, snorkel, boogie board and sand castle. Come back to jump in the pool, enjoy a hot tub, barbecue and watch the sun set from your private lawn and lanai.

Spectacular views of Molokini, Kaho’olawe, Lanai and West Maui. Ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen sink! Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. This is a beach and ocean lover’s dream.

Walk across the sand to the Wailea pathway and access resorts and restaurants. Guests can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, and snorkel gear at the opposite end of the beach or arrange for drop off with the property manager. The Shops at Wailea are a 5 minute drive away.
Nearby are Maui’s best golf courses including the Wailea blue course, the emerald course, and the gold course.

Remote work is possible in private office with gorgeous views over Polo Beach, reliable high speed internet, sit/stand desk and Apple Studio Display, or use the fitness equipment while watching a show.

Janna is the quintessential queen of hospitality. This home had it all. The home is beautiful, perfectly situated right next to the beach with seclusion as well. My 10 year old granddaughter loved having the yard to play in. The two of us spent hours on the cushy lounge chairs gazing at the stars every night. The whole house surround sound system was used daily. Hot tub and pool were well maintained. The home, and grounds were immaculate. Janna took care of arranging concierge for activities and had many suggestions on how to enjoy our visit. Finally, I have to say that the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. For me, this one thing can make or break a vacation. Perfection isn’t adequate enough! Mahalo from the Gogals

We just spent 10 wonderful days at this home and enjoyed every minute of it. Very private but good availability to the beach and near to lots of attractions and shopping in Kihei/Wailea area. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for large groups and has high-end appliances. Our son is a chef so he really enjoyed that. Janna is by far the best host/property manager we've ever had on the island. Johnny on the spot when you need her, but unobtrusive otherwise. Looking forward to next year..

This property was so beautiful. We had the real Hawaiian experience. Beautiful view, amazing property and very helpful managing team. We spent 2 weeks at this property, one week included 2 kids, and everyone had a blast. They have the best water toys that we were fortunate to use. Everyone had the best seat to view the sunsets and watch the humpback whales. Best property we have ever rented.

Absolutely fabulous stay! The home was comfortable and the location amazing. Easy beach access and we enjoyed the 1.5 mile walk to the Wailea Shops. We hardly ate any meals out because enjoying dinners in the beautiful back yard was hard to beat!

The property was beautifully decorated and located in the perfect location next to Polo Beach. Our family enjoyed the shopping and nearby restaurants as well as surfing and snorkeling right outside our back door. I gave the property 5 stars for this reason, however, we found the toilets stained and the pool and hot tub needing cleaned during our stay. The pool was cleaned mid-week. Overall, we had a lovely vacation and would return to this property.

This house was perfect for a family trip. The proximity to the beach was the best on the entire strip. The pool is more of a soaker and not for swimming, but it was heated and clean. The house itself is fully stocked and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of bathrooms, towels, amenities, etc. Lasy, Janna, our host is amazing. Easy to contact and very responsive. She even personally came to empty our trash! This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at and will stay again!

Woke up every morning went down to the kitchen and looked out at the ocean and said to myself - this just never gets old. Great location close to beaches, shopping and of course whale watching. Kitchen had everything you need, beautiful furnishings, just hands down a beautiful luxury property . Janna was great to work with. Would return in a heartbeat.

The early morning reflection of the moon on the surf through the palms was breath taking. It’s a fabulous place, and we are so happy to have found it! The property was even nicer than the online description. So well appointed. Great kitchen, TV, electrical appliances. Quick hike to the beach through the rocks. Great beach with boogie boarding waves. A+ experience. Janna and her associate Carolyn were accessible and incredibly pleasant to work with. We’ll be back.

Property is everything advertised and very well located close to all the top spots in South Maui. We had 8 adults and the set up worked out well. The highlight of our trip was the recommendation of Janna to bring in Chef Kristin for a very special birthday dinner at the house. Highly recommend Chef Kristin. Access to the beach is close by but be prepared for a bit of a trek across a rocky trail to get there. Sunsets and ocean views are amazing from your back deck. The house made our first trip to Maui very memorable.

There was a problem with our original rental property and before we arrived Janna determined that it was best for us to check in to another property. This was done very efficiently and without cost to us. The property was exceptional and perfect for our family of 3 couples and 2 babies. Janna and her staff were very responsive and helpful for the few issues that came up. We would love to make this a regular family vacation location.

The pictures don’t lie, but it’s even better in person. Wonderful home and great location! We had our adult family of 6 here for a week. We rented 2 paddle boards for the entire time and had a fun time with them. You have easy access to the sandy beach on one side and watched the sea turtles come in toward the rock beach on the other side. If you want a beautiful ocean view when you wake up and every time you go outside or look out the window, this is the place. It was so nice to go sight see or out for dinner then come back home to relax without the crowds of a resort. Next trip to Maui we will definitely stay at Ocean Bliss. Janna and Amy were wonderful, so if there’s something you need I’m sure they will be able to help!

We recommend to everyone once u get to this location availability, stop searching for any other place, this house is perfect for a family. Our family spend a week in the villa , 7 adults and a baby, we had wonderful time, beach front location and Privacy (the next door house was not occupied ). The beach is right there , spakuzi with amazing view of the sea and sunset , the house was very roomy, clean and kitchen and rest of the house is very well equipped with everything one need. Janna the manager, was wonderful to work with. We had amazing time .

We woke up to the beauty and calm of the ocean every morning and relaxed every evening outside with drinks and tiki torches while taking in the sunset, salt air and delightful tropical breeze. Our family works so hard during most of the year, and the environment and property location allowed us to relax and reconnect with great conversation with each other. The property manager Janna arranged a catered dinner for our arrival as well as home massages by the pool! Mahalo Nui Loa - We loved every minute of our time on Maui!

Put this Beach House on your "Bucket List"!

We rented this beach house for a week in July. We had a great time. It is just as nice if not nicer than pictured. We are from California and with the time change, our kids were boogie-boarding by 6:30 every morning. Nice tide pools by the house. Great BBQ. Great Jacuzzi outside. We were happy to find boogie boards there and bought three new ones and left them. They also have beach chairs and sand toys. Easy walk to some great shopping and restaurants. Starbucks within walking distance. We will rent here again for sure! Worth EVERY PENNY.
