About this apartment rental
**Please be aware that, due to recent hurricanes in Southwest Florida, the pool and elevator are currently out of service. However, this unit is fully operational with power and water. Thank you for your understanding!
“Las Brisas” is Spanish for “breezes,” and from the waterfront balcony of Las Brisas 504, you’ll certainly revel in the salt-kissed breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll relish the spectacular view as well, from both the balcony and inside the condo.
In fact, the view might be the first thing you notice upon entering this top-floor unit. The open floor plan allows you to gaze out at the sparkling white beach and turquoise Gulf waters from anywhere in the living/dining/kitchen area. Whether you’re stretched out on a sofa, sitting down to dinner, or rustling up a snack, you’ll have a front-row view. Just wait until you see how spectacular the sunsets are!
The living area’s two plush couches and armchair can accommodate the whole group. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, surf the web via the free WiFi, play Uno with the kids—in other words, make yourself at home.
The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for several more at the adjacent breakfast bar. The balcony has a small table as well. You and your sweetheart can savor a romantic dinner out here while the kids are watching TV, or everyone can enjoy an afternoon snack alfresco while watching dolphins leap among the waves and seagulls swoop across the sky.
Given how many restaurants are within walking distance of Las Brisas 504, you might not cook much during your stay. But when you do, you’ll find the unit’s recently renovated kitchen is more than up to the task. In addition to stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and tableware, there are gleaming stone countertops and plenty of storage. You can stock up on groceries at the beginning of your stay rather than have to run out to the store every day, leaving you more time to frolic on the beach. And speaking of timesavers, the unit has its own washer and dryer.
Like the living area, Las Brisas 504’s primary suite has sliding doors that open onto the balcony. Step outside late at night to marvel at the star-studded sky before slipping into your queen-size bed and falling asleep to the rhythmic surf. There’s a flat-screen TV as well, a huge closet, and a private bathroom with a combination shower/tub.
Four people can sleep in the second bedroom, which has a pair of double beds along with a TV. The third bedroom, with a twin-size daybed and a trundle beneath, can double as a sitting room. These rooms share the second full bathroom. What’s more, the condo has two assigned parking spots, great if you’re vacationing with another couple.
The Las Brisas complex features a gulf-front pool surrounded by a patio furnished with chaises so that you can luxuriate in the sunshine after your swim. If you reel in fish while on one of the many charters, cook it up on a gas grill at Las Brisas’ barbecue area, then eat up at one of the patio tables, all just a few paces from the beach.
Having the beach as your backyard will no doubt be your favorite part of staying at Las Brisas 504. Rather than have to load up the car, drive, and then hunt for parking before you can plunge into the gulf or search for shells in the sand, you can stroll to and from the beach whenever you want.
Should you tire of swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, parasailing, racing jet skis, or other beach activities, there’s plenty more to do nearby. In less than a half-hour, you can walk to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, home to restaurants, shops, and the Alligator Attraction. Numerous golf courses—and mini-golf arcades—are just a short drive away, and in a half-hour, you can drive to St. Petersburg.
Las Brisas 504 has a three-night minimum stay, but you’ll definitely want to stay longer. In fact, you might never want to leave! Make your reservation today, and get ready for what might be your best vacation ever.

I was traveling with my mom who is terminally ill with cancer. I asked the company that manages the unit if it would be possible to check in 1 or 2 hours early so my mom could rest after our flight. They told me to call when we arrived and if the cleaners were finished, they would allow us to check in early. I called at 1:30pm and was told the cleaners were still working and to call back later. I called again at 3pm and was told again that they were still cleaning. I entered the unit at 3:55pm (check in is at 4pm) and it hadn't been touched AT ALL from the previous renters. I called the management company and the person I spoke with very rudely told me I was told to not check in early. I guess she thought the cleaners could start and finish in the 5 minutes before check in time. Unbelievable. The cleaners arrived at 4:30pm and finished about 5:30pm. I was lied to each time I called and was told the cleaners were still working on the room. If someone had actually checked when I called, then the issue could have been caught before we checked in.
The floors in this unit need to be updated, they look to be peeling up. We found a roach in the bathroom. There was no water pressure at all in the guest bathroom shower and the master sink. Maintenance did show up the next day to replace the shower head, which made the pressure a little better. The elevator was out while we were there, which made lugging suitcases up and down 5 flights of stairs really fun.
Stay somewhere else.

Loved the size, location and beach for this property. The condo needs an overall deep cleaning, pest control and new linens. It wouldn’t take much to make this place a 5 star stay.
4.1
We loved the location and enjoyed our time here! The street side bedrooms can be noisy at night due to traffic and loud partiers(Reef restaurant?).
4.1
Beautiful beach. The condo was spacious with all the amenities we needed. Close to so many wonderful restaurants.
4.1
Close to the water - nice ocean view. Did not seem very clean & was outdated. Very basic building- nothing special. Very little water pressure for showers & sinks. Hodgepodge of decor & other things that didn’t make sense for what we paid. Have stayed at several condos in Maderia beach & Treasure Island - we will not be returning to this building.

We’ve stayed at Los Brisas 4 times over the last few years. The location, beach and facilities are great! However, the condo we stayed at is in need is some TLC and decluttering. The water pressure in the bathrooms was so low. The stove was old so it took awhile to get warmed up. Also, lots of extra furniture and stuff randomly added.

Property met all necessary requirements by my vacation party. Thank you.

This condo was the perfect cure for cold weather. Loved that it was RIGHT on the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. And it is close to shopping and food down at John's pass. I would definitely go back when I need to get out of the Wisconsin winter. It is only 30 minutes from the Tampa airport so a short getaway is doable.

Pros: Place was in a great location. Beautiful views of the ocean. The unit was very nice. Big negative: We had no water pressure for the entire stay and had to go elsewhere for a shower.

Beautiful seeing, great location and quiet place. Love it!

Lovely stay. Location great Some shade umbrellas near pool would be handy.

We had 4 generations with us on vacation this year. We had a perfect week. This condo was everything we needed. From the absolutely stunning views to the fully stocked kitchen and everything in between. We had an amazing week. Plenty of space to relax on the huge balcony to the spacious rooms. We got to enjoy the fireworks from the beach and balcony, absolutely stunning. I would absolutely love to stay here again

Great location but the condo unit needs attention.

The beach and weather was gorgeous. The place had all the conveniences of home. It was clean and very comfortable.

Would love to rent again for next year but can't seem to find something available.
We had lots of difficulty with internet service.

Very pleased overall with our stay. Condo is as advertised-- clean, good space for our family of 4 adults/3 kids, great location. The beach is very nice and the privacy is appreciated. Pool was nice but a bit chilly for little kids with wind/shade.
Wish they would have been a bit more clear on which supplies/amenities would be available (beach towels, laundry soap, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, etc.).
Only reason we wouldn't stay here again would be to get further south for even warmer temps!

Condo was very nice , well furnished and kitchen had everything. Exactly as described. We all enjoyed our stay - great property

It was def a bronze rental! Really could use some updating and paint. Bathrooms and beds were clean . We had great weather and not crowded . Would come again but updating is everything

The location is great, pool is heated, beach is perfect sized, and VTrips was very responsive.

Great location, well equipped for a kitchen or beach. Did get locked out and it took a long time and many phone calls to get back into the property. Finally someone came with batteries.
4.1
Great location and very comfortable
4.1
Great location! Appliances showed evidence of wear and tear from being used. Patio furniture could have used cushions for comfort.
4.1
The condo needs a little upgrading. Patio furniture very uncomfortable. No hot water first night. Overall ok place to stay
4.1
Very clean, well stocked, and the items provided for beach play was very appreciated!

No anxiety after we walked in and saw the unit! . Things could be updated but Things we’re clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the intensives and pans we could want. Tons of bath towels and wash cloths provided. The area was spacious, clean and directly on the gulf. My mom put it best. She said she had a “200% good time” we would definitely go back.
A few things could be spruced up. . Only one elevator and it was very slow. Outside unit property was in need of cleaning and updating. Felt a little sketchy going in at night. Second bathroom had trouble with temp and pressure but was usable. All in all a good time was had by all.
4.1
The location and views are simply stunning. It’s an older property and that’s fine, my concern was it being clean as read mixed reports, I did highlight this with the management company before we visited and the property was cleaned very well. Nice little touches like beach chairs, umbrellas to use, could use with new chairs on the balcony not the most comfortable, overall great stay and lovely apartment.

This listing was unfortunately misrepresented when I booked. In January the pictures look great, clean but when I arrived it was not as pictured or described. There were visible soiled areas that looked like food and tons of sand on the couches. They were extremely worn out. You could tell the unit had been tidied up but not cleaned truly in a long time. The decor is awful, there are fake flowers with dust on every petal. The furniture is very piece milled, tacky, old, and dusty. Sticky residue left on the table, the countertops on the kitchen and cabinets knobs. There was hair in the shower drain as well. We found a flea that we killed in the 1st bedroom on the right with a day bed. The sheets on that bed were not comfortable at all either. The beds nor the pillows were comfy, they felt cheap. The toilet paper and paper towels are dollar tree quality. Walls were filthy. The fridge was nice and clean fortunately. The towels were new and hadn’t been washed so they left the white fuzzies all over your wet body.
Balcony is nice but furniture is metal and not comfortable, rusted and old. The beach was nice but there were sketchy people around the building and a man sleeping on the sand outside the pool area when we arrived. We attempted to contact the owner since the cleaning fees are really high and the place had obviously not been cleaned. No response at all. We ended up having to find last minute accommodations due to the uncleanlinesses and lack of feeling safe in the unit with a different company and rental. The door should have a working deadbolt. Also, unsure why but the bedroom on the left when you walk in has a deadbolt on the outside that is not accessible from the inside of the room. Anyways, it was rather pricey and I was extremely disappointed. With COVID going around again (I am over it) the place was clearly not sanitized at all. It actually smelled dingy when you walked in. I’m not one to typically leave a bad review but this was up surd, a waste of time and money. This was the worst property I have even stayed at.
Tried contacting VRBO and they were absolutely zero help!!!
Don’t even bother with this rental or property management company, complete waste of time and money.

We stayed here for a week long family vacation. The condo itself is in a great location and the place itself worked for what we needed. The communication with VTrips was terrible. I never received the email about check in, I had to call and call and call, emailed, sent messages. No response from them. A couple days before we were supposed to leave I called and sat on hold until I got someone and to get the information. The internet at the condo was down basically the entire time we were there. We called and they couldn't come fix it until the day before we left. They only leave you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tabs and 2 rolls of paper towels. . No hand washing soap, no dish towels in the kitchen. We had to go to the store and buy more. The kitchen is very basically stocked, but it worked for what we needed.
Other than that, the area was wonderful. The beach was great, the pool was nice. Restaurants close by we could walk to. Overall a great vacation. I just don't think I will use VTrips again.

Our girls weekend was great ! Love the beach access and a nice view from the balcony. Close to John’s Pass Park Boardwalk and great location for restaurants. The condo could use a nice coat of paint inside and a good clean on the bathroom floors.

The views were great. Access was easy. Kitchen was nice. The Property Manager was prompt at helping us with the wi-fi issue. However, the rest of the place could use some updates. A nice coat of paint and scrubbing could do wonders for the condo. Also, the patio furniture is so uncomfortable - wrought iron chairs with no cushions and 2 other chairs that feel like they are going to collapse. My husband and I love to sit on a patio and watch the sunset, but....it was too uncomfortable. I had to wash the blankets on the daybed since my son thought they were smelled bad. The unit was nice and large and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us so that was a bonus. Pool was great. I think if they would put some TLC into the place and get some decent patio furniture it would be worth staying in. When I first booked this the reviews were great, but I see they have gone downhill in the past few months. Hopefully the owners will make some updates.

The check-in was a breeze and the location was ideal. We spent our entire stay on the beach during the day and the balcony at night. The view is exceptional. The condo is stocked with just enough for basic cooking. We were glad we grabbed some extra paper towels and toilet paper. The condo is nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed.

Las Brisas 504
This property was right on the beach with easy access. One elevator, that was very slow. Stairs were very dirty. The condo itself was very roomy and had a beautiful ocean view.
I never received the email with check in instructions and had to call day before to have the email sent. Communication throughout with Vrbo was not smooth. Anytime I had questions it would take days to get a response.
I would probably find a different condo next time closer to Johns Pass so we can walk.

So the renting and checking in process was easy but the place was dirty and outdated. Lets start with the fire alarm going off during the day and at night. I think the batteries are dying and need to be changed. The firniture on the balcony is super dated, uncomfortable and dangerous. My friend was rocking and she fell back, she did get hurt but nothing serious. Last but least the place was not clean. Yes, clean sheets and towels but that's it. My feet were black so I dont think the floor was sweeped and moped, kitchen was not very clean more so the fridge, dust on all the furniture and alot not just a weeks worth of it. The cleaning fee is very high so I ecpected it to be very clean and it was not. It would be nice to get some of that cleaning fee back. :(

Good location, really needs to be updated. Loose tiles on floor, junk in all of the closets, broken beach chairs, dirty walls etc.
