About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bath Two Story Beach Front Town Home. There is Elevator access from the Garage Area to all the Third floor where you can access the unit. On the First Floor you will find a large open concept Great Room with Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room. From this area you will find access to the massive Ocean Front Deck with Outdoor Furnishings and natural gas grille. The first level Master Bedroom is off the living area with a queen bed and attached private bathroom with a newly installed handicap accessible walk in shower. There is also a half bathroom in the entrance foyer. The living room is furnished with 2 queen sleeper making the property sleep 12 comfortably. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped and has seating for 12. One the Second Floor you will find Three bedrooms and a hall Bathroom. Two of the bedroom are Ocean Front With access to large decks to enjoy the Amazing Views. One Ocean Front Bedroom is a suite with private bathroom. The Third bedroom is in the rear of the unit and had bunks beds. There is a private in unit Washer/Dryer. There is direct access to the Beach from the garage area through a set of common outdoor showers. You can also take the elevator to the first floor lobby which will give you direct access to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. This is a great location for family and friends to enjoy everything that the Wildwood's have to offer, reserve your escape to North Wildwood today!

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Our rental was at the ideal location, steps away from the boardwalk and the beach! Although the rental decor was outdated, the unit was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed! The outdoor decks were prefect for watching all the activities happening yet quiet and private!!

My husband, who's not a fan of Wilwood, said this was by far the best vacation he has had. The house was exceptional & the location was perfect. He loved sitting on the deck & being able to see everyone on the beach, it was that close. We will book again.

Perfect location, loved the garage with showers & the carts for moving belongings in & out. Very quiet building & the house must be soundproof because you couldn't hear the activity on the boardwalk at night. Disappointed that we couldn't use the blinds or awnings as the owner said they were "tired of replacing them". Other than that it was perfect.

Loved this condo - it's a fantastic location. Will definitely consider staying here again. There were only two minor issues: 1) No blinds on the windows so you must wake up with the sunrise, and 2) the wifi is awful. Other than that, everything was great.

We loved where this house was located on the boardwalk. It was charming and spacious. We had plenty of room to relax. The balconies were amazing, spotted dolphins every morning. The elevator was extremely helpful for our family with handicap needs. Would love to stay again!
