Guests enter the home and enjoy an open floor plan that has plenty of space to host you and your guests. Inside you will enjoy a full culinary kitchen with granite countertops, billiards room with pool table, a fully equipped theater room with leather reclining chairs, a cozy fireplace in the living room.
The living room and kitchen open up to a covered patio perfect for gatherings. The patio is equipped with cozy patio furniture, an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, a BBQ grill, and a mini-fridge. The gathering area only steps away from another building we call the outdoor pool house /bar. Inside the bar, you will find stainless steel countertops, a refrigerator, television, dartboard, shuffleboard, and many outdoor yard games. The structure is attached to a deck that holds the hot tub and 32 foot swim spa. The swim spa is heated and ready for use year-round!
Next to the pool house, we have a sand volleyball court, basketball court, bocce ball court, and regulation size horseshoe pit.
And after a day's activities, just relax by the pond and enjoy the outdoor waterfall features and landscaped pathways. There are several firepits in the backyard for entertainment and relaxation.

Had a family reunion here, the space kept everyone entertained between the outdoor activities, swim spa, game room, theatre, and central space to sit and chat. The house is on a quiet and large private property, and was a nice get away where we could relax and hang out. The house was clean, organized, and had plenty of towels for our large group. It was nice to get back to Colorado and we were only 30 minutes away from most of the spots we wanted to visit in Denver. Highly recommend.

Great house/property that was clean and perfect for our Memorial Day wknd golf trip. The pool was out of commission which was pretty disappointing, but the hot tub, grill and other backyard amenities were awesome.
Property is secluded the perfect amount – can be outside late without having issues with neighbors, but only 20-30 min from airport, Coors Field and dt Denver. Ubers/lyfts were easy. Movie theater room was fantastic, including for sports.
Other than the pool, only “complaints” were very minor and likely due to the property description being a few years old. There was no sleeper sofa (we looked everywhere) and one of the bunk-beds was replaced with a normal fullsize bed, but plenty of couches so not a big deal. The pool house/bar had zero furniture and we never found a ping pong table or gameroom, but the other amenities were more than enough.
Overall great and would definitely recommend. Only suggestion is for the owner to consider updating the VRBO profile slightly.

This property was perfect for our church retreat. The amenities were second to none! The area is breathtaking, open, and inviting. The host was responsive and accommodating. She was so kind to us! The ladies had a phenomenal time and are already asking when we can go back.
It was a beautiful place to stay! I’d love to stay there in the summer. But the cold weather did not keep us out of the Jacuzzi or heated pool. I’m telling everyone about this place and the amazing host.

Had a group in Denver for a golf trip - house was perfect for us. Accurately described and exactly what we were looking for. Very secluded (in a good way) so we could be outside late without fear of disrupting neighbors. Even though you felt out of the way, neighborhood was very safe.

This was a really fun stay and we had a blast! The property was beautiful. The only things I which went different was the wrong code for entry was sent in the app delaying check in by about an hour, the towels were hard to find and finally located in the laundry room, and the cleaner came 30 minutes before check out time making it awkward. Also after paying that much money, a nice starter kit such as mini shampoo and,or conditioner would have been nice. We couldn’t figure out how to work the fireplace, but maybe it’s just for show or we were too scared to break anything. But overall it was really fun and the host was pretty responsive.

We had a group of friends stay at this house for a long weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we enjoyed some of the amenities like theater room, hot tub, and pool house.
A few minor complaints. The theater room is located above the garage so maybe too far for the Wi-Fi to work very well. There was a lot of buffering when we tried watching basketball. Also there was a roll of paper towels on the counter when we arrived, but couldn’t find any extra rolls when that ran out. Fortunately there were plenty of regular towels to use instead.

Our company was celebrating a 10 year anniversary and we had about 30 people come and go over the weekend. It’s perfect because if you have the owners set up the guest house then there is a studio apartment with three full size beds where people can just go to sleep to get away from the party. We will definitely be back during the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor activities as well. Thanks Tiffany!

This is a great property for a large group. Great amenities and plenty of beds. Very close to the airport. My only suggestion for the owner is to align the welcome book instructions on checking out with the instructions online. That said, we had a seamless experience.

My husband and I held a very small gathering for our wedding weekend here in October 2021. We got married out at Golden Gate Canyon State Park and brought everyone back to this beautiful home where we had a bar and catering set up for our dinner. The amenities are wonderful! Great space for the group we had most of our guests were able to stay in the home. The host provided plenty of foldable chairs and tables for us to enjoy our catering on the beautiful patio by the fire. The pool house was such a fun spot to place our bar. My ONLY complaint was when we arrived, the house had an open door or window which allowed at least a hundred flies in. We found fly swatters and went to work. But it was pretty gross. After getting all that cleaned up and wiped down, the weekend was easy and fun! Bed were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and kitchen has all the basic amenities you would need.

Overall this property was very nice! The hot tub and pool were a lot of fun. It was great being able to have so many ladies in the same place. :D I recommend this place if you have a large group! It was also very easy to get lyft/uber to get to Denver as well! There is great food in town as well.

Dream Come True
Stayed at this "house" for a week. It was more like a Resort! So many things to do there. Theatre, pool, hot tub, billiards, horseshoes, fire pits...and more. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We had amazing time!

The house was great for our extended family to stay and relax. The house was as advertised. Tiffany the owner was great to work with. There is some deferred maintenance needed, the dishwasher was the worst of it, filled with dirty dishes because it would start and then stop with an error. The pool and hot-tub was great, as were all the other activities and games.

Really a great house and property. Location is a bit out there, but perfect for us as we did not actually need to go in to Denver for anything.
The large swim spa can be kept fairly cool and used sort of like a pool on hot days. That was a hit.
Game room/bar was great and provided a nice late-night hangout spot.
Plenty of room in the yard or volleyball court for lawn games.
Movie theater was a really nice touch. Very comfortable chairs.
Tiffany was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process.
There are certainly a lack of private bedrooms here compared to how many it is rated to sleep (this is not misleading, just worth noting again). If you have a mix of people that are early to bed vs. late night , you will want to ensure you sort them out properly.
All in all a great house that we intend to book again.

There was enough room for all of our family to enjoy and a lot of things to keep our teens busy. We were central to many Colorado activities and were able to enjoy ziplining, white water rafting, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park. Tiffany was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful home that accommodated our family of 24 well. Good location with easy access to the area attractions we wanted to see. Pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, theatre room and outdoor fireplace area were well used during our stay.
Any issues or requests we had were responded to quickly.
Would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!
