We had such a wonderful stay!! The house was very clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable in the house and loved the proximity to the pool and playground. Courtney was a lovely and accommodating host! We can’t wait to return!

My family and I stayed at Greg and Courtney’s beach house and loved everything about it. My kids loved having tennis, basketball and the pool a quick walk away. The beaches were an extremely close car ride and we always found a spot. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. There were grocery stores nearby and plenty of places to find a nice and quick bite. We all had a fantastic summer getaway and will definitely look next year to see about visiting again! Thank you! :)

We loved this property! It was clearly newly renovated and was clean/spacious. The central air also made very comfortable during what was an extremely hot and humid week. Great for families with a great location.

We had a lovely time in this rental. Very clean and comfortable, close to beach, stores, restaurants and loved the pool. I hope to rent it next year.

Everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay while visiting for a wedding was available in this home. Our group of 5 ranged in age from 15 to 76, and all of our expectations were met. The home was immaculately clean and spacious, and we took advantage of the deck and barbecue grill several evenings. We found lovely nearby restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We would definitely recommend.

We have stayed three times here. It’s a clean and comfortable home in a great location on cape cod. Courtney is the best host. Flexible and responsive. Definitely we will be back.

The house was clean and comfortable with cute nautical accents. It is in a great neighborhood just minutes from several beaches and a quick drive to Main Street in Falmouth.
We enjoyed the community pool and found the neighborhood welcoming with such friendly people.
There was a great assortment of dishware and serving platters and the water pressure was fantastic, even in the outdoor shower!

We very much enjoyed our time at the Cape Escape! The Clubhouse was everything we hoped for. The kids loved the outdoor pool (kiddie float night!) and the various outdoor and indoor table games. The close proximity to the kayak launch, basketball court and playground also made it easy for the parents to partake in solo activities while taking turns watching with the kids. The house itself was clean and had plenty of room for our family of seven (5 adults and 2 kids, 7 & 4yo). We had a few rainy days, but there was a well-rounded selection of board games for all ages in the den room that we took advantage of, and we also caught a matinee at the local movie theater which the kids really enjoyed. The den room was a nice reprieve from the front of the house, but the futon was a little tough to get in and out of. We also did a decent amount of cooking and baking and found there was adequate kitchen tools and cookware. The checkout time is pretty early (especially given the # of to-do's that have to be completed), so we chose to complete it on Friday to beat the Cape traffic on Saturday morning.

This summer I needed to find a place to stay that was suitable for me, my elementary-aged kids, and elderly parents to stay for a week. This was perfect! Will absolutely come back again. The planned community is a great place for the kids to ride their bikes with more freedom than our urban home, we can all go to the pool together, and it is close enough to the beach to get there in the car. People there are so so so friendly. The kids and I put the bikes on the car and drove to the bike path one day as well. This summer there were community whiffle balls and bats out at the field, and we went and played there most days as well. We did the Wednesday family BBQ and floatie night too. Be sure to check the Great Harbors website and the calendar at the pool to know what events are happening. The house was immaculate and very very comfortable. My parents stayed in the king room on the first floor, and only had to manage the porch stairs. The downstairs bathroom was theirs (though it is a tub-shower, so not totally accessible for disabilities). Plenty of room upstairs for me and the kids. AC worked great. Living room/kitchen were quite comfortable for the 5 of us. (May have gotten cozy with more, so it's good there is a TV room to spread out as well if you have a larger group). The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, including plenty of dishtowels (though as with all rentals, bring your own knives if that is important to you, also bring your own oils, salt, pepper, etc, coffee filters are #4). The grill was clean and worked really well, extra propane on site which is nice. Laundry worked great. I have no idea how people keep basements so clean and organized, but they do! Easy to find flashlights if you need them. Outdoor shower was lovely. Big yard in back in case your kids want to bring a soccer ball, and they can also play at the field. Only thing to note: Check in 4 pm, makes it tough to do a grocery run and get dinner on the table for kids after getting there. I had groceries delivered for check in time but they were late too, so better to just plan for take-out the first night. Check out is 9 AM with a pretty rigorous check out list including an empty dishwasher and all plates etc put away, floors swept, bathrooms wiped down. This made for a last night focused on packing/cleaning and an early fast-paced last morning to get breakfast done and cleaned up, so if you have a larger group and/or young kids it is good to know to plan ahead.

We’ve stayed at Great Harbors a few times, this is our second summer at this property. It is set up very well for families and friends vacationing together. Well equipped, clean, cute. Our kids love biking around the neighborhood especially, and it’s an easy bike ride to Falmouth beaches and even town and the ferry.

We had an amazing week staying here! Greg and Courtney were great at communicating with us and available for anything we needed. The house was well appointed, comfortable and very conveniently located to downtown Falmouth, multiple beaches and the Great Harbors resident’s association where our kids had a blast at the pool and playground. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks again!

Family reunion after CO VID
Everything was great with one exception. We didn’t know that sheets and towels were not included. We had them available because we live close but someone arriving by plane with no family close may not have been prepared.

Lovely home
Great Harbors is a great place to stay for families. This is the third house we have rented in the neighborhood, and our favorite. The bed configuration in the bedrooms works for families of many sizes. The streets are super bikable, in fact our kids bike more than they use the pool by far. The location in Falmouth is great, close to beaches and town.

Good Family Fun
Great house, room for all. Neighborhood is outstanding with all facilities from a swimming pool to tennis courts and base ball field. Little ones to adults enjoyed.

Wonderful house in a great location
The house was very comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and his family and had plenty of room. The location in town was good. It was close to downtown. Falmouth is the best location to stay in Cape Cod. We went to Plymouth, Hyannis and Martha’s Vineyard and chartered a fishing trip. Falmouth is very close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Falmouth has great restaurants and shopping. It is such a cute town. Greg and Courtney were very responsive to our questions. Cute house - great town!

A cottage by the sea
It was a lovely little cottage yet deceptive in size. Three good sized bedrooms and plenty of beds and living space. Seemingly larger inside than it appears.
A very good size and private back yard to play in. It was a short stroll to the beach and playground.
Everything we needed was right at hand.
We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Fall Getaway
The house was immaculate and the communication with the host was easy and very clear. The house is very well appointed, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Upon arrival the hosts sent us helpful recommendations for breakfast, dinner and tips on area beaches. The neighborhood was very friendly and perfect for walking. If you do plan on cooking meals there you are required to bring essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and your own spices. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! Also, the hosts generously left us a bottle of wine from the local winery which was such a sweet way to kick off our weekend.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Escape. Lovely home, decorated so tastefully. All the amenities we needed. Hubby LOVED the outside shower. Nearby beaches are a bit rocky so we drove a bit further to another beach. Not a big deal - we were still closer than we would have been otherwise. Great places to bike ride. Nice neighborhood location.

Beautiful Cape Escape
We loved our short stay at Greg and Courtneys home, location and neighborhood are great, a number of beaches very close, downtown Falmouth is 8 minute drive away and has many attractions. The house itself is beautifully decorated, has everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. We enjoyed the backyard after kids were off to bed. Courtney and Greg left us very detailed instructions and were in touch to let us know we can check in early. Overall we had a great stay would love to come back.

Impeccable home...Awesome location
My family and I have been spending vacation in Great Harbors for a number of years. The location is great, with convenience to everything and a quiet child friendly community with pool and playground. We have stayed at a number of homes in Great Harbors, but my family felt unanimously, that this was the best. Excellent condition and if you need a 4th bedroom, this home will do you well, as the den can easily be used as a bedroom.
Greg and Courtney were wonderful to communicate with, and actually texted me to let us know that we could have earlier access to the home when we arrived. We look forward to a return visit next year.

Our family has been vacationing at the Cape for several years. We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and conveniently located close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were big and had lots of space. And the owners were easy to contact whenever we had questions. If we need to rent again in the future, we would love to stay at this property again.
