About this house rental
Welcome to the ideal year-round vacation spot! Lots of fun activities at the club house! This large home is part of Waterville Estates in Campton, NH. Located in the White Mountains, this contemporary house has a spacious open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large windows with beautiful wooded views. Sliding doors to newly renovated 3-season porch. Three story private home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, deck, fire pit, charcoal and propane grills. The home is fully loaded and ready for fun! Movies, video games, kids games/toys and more!
Rental includes access to multi-million dollar recreation center complete with 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools with waitress service, sauna, tennis, fitness center, lounge, restaurant and bar. (Includes four passes, additional passes available for purchase and children under 7 are free). The complex also has a swimming pond with paddle boats in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Waterville Estates also boasts its own ski mountain (natural snow permitting) for skiing, sledding, and tubing. Close to Owl’s Nest Golf Club. Fifteen minutes to Waterville Valley, and close to Loon, Tenney & Cannon Mountains as well. Come have fun!

Everyone enjoyed their stay at the house.
It’s in a quiet area.
Grandson loved downstairs bedroom and hangout room.Wasn’t musty at all.Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. It was awesome!

This was a great place to stay with family! It is right on the mountain and has lots of room if you're staying with multiple families! Our weekend it mostly rained but we still had lots to do woth the rec center and games in the house. One of the families forgot a special pillow of one of their children and the owner just happened to be coming to the area we loved and offered to bring it down! Such a special person!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house suited our needs comfortably and the location is beautiful. The kids loved hanging out in the basement and the adults loved the three season room. We had all the amenities of home and made great memories! I would highly recommend this property 🙂

We had a great stay for my niece’s graduation weekend. The house was beautiful with several areas to sit and talk and play cards. We loved the big kitchen table and the porch off the side of the house. Christina was a great host and made everything easy for us. Thanks!

Pictures were accurate unfortunately house has a big mouse problem there was mouse poop all over the house not just on the floors but on kitchen table literally everywhere. Back 4 season porch was leaking water from the roof. Property owner was great about responding and offering full refund and paying for another place to stay unfortunately there were no other options of places to stay for my family and I.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. The house was lovely and well-maintained. The location was quiet and we enjoyed the fire pit. There were plenty of activities to keep busy. We would definitely return!

We had a blast at Christina’s cottage. We have two kids under the age of 5 and she went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for the baby and the toddler. The location is great and surrounded by nature, perfect for family hikes! We loved it.

Fun escape to the mountains
We had a lovely weekend getaway to the mountains. The home is conveniently located to several trails in the whites. Cozy fireplace and plenty of space for a small group. Had a lovely time and would come back again!

This property was great! Immediately upon pulling in I noticed that it was already better than pictures could show.
The set up outside was excellent and the quiet road made it feel even more private than we expected.
Our friends and family are already looking into another trip up here for hopefully an even longer stay!

Spacious and relaxing with lots of amenities!
The property was lovely and quite spacious. We were 4 adults and one teen so it was great to have lots of room to spread out. Location was wonderful. Access to the fabulous community center was a major draw and it did not disappoint. Even with not the best weather, we had plenty to do just using that facility and the outdoor components. The unit is super close to it as well. We were within a short drive to lots of other fun attractions but this was a low-key mini vacation for us so we were content to mostly stay in the unit and access the pool, gym, pond, etc. at the community center. Definitely got the feeling that this would be a terrific place to stay at any time of year between the unit and the center.
Christina was a wonderful host - very responsive! She told me ahead of time there was a problem with the electric in one of the bathrooms which we were fine with. Unfortunately, some of the outlets seemed old as plugs did not stay in long and a number of other lights did not work. Christina was super quick to respond and even offered to deduct 1 night's stay which was very generous. She was a wonderful communicator throughout.
The place is also stocked with anything and everything you might need (except a very large fry pan ;>) - way more than we expected. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend the place and the owner.

Clean comfortable more than enough room and great location to all the White Mountains have to offer. The pools at the Rec Center are a plus for rainy days. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Our family enjoyed this house and made some great memories during our time there. The owner was helpful and responsive. The property was clean and was exactly like it was described. We would definitely recommend it to others.

My family and I rented this home over the week of the 4th of July. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 dogs. The property was close to everything we needed but also felt private and secluded. There is a ton of space to spread out and relax. The host is very responsive and we had no issues checking in or out. All questions were answered within 10 minutes. Before we arrived the owner informed us that air contitioning had just been installed (it worked great!) and there was plenty of wood for the fire pit. We were disappointed to find out that the arcade was closed for the entirety of our stay. I wish we had known beforehand, as we were looking forward to using it. Upon arrival, the house didn't look very clean (crumbs and debris on the floors as well as dirty walls/doors. We also found some toys in the couch on the main floor). The basement had a very musty smell, but the owner did let us know there was a dehumidifier, and there was seeminly nonstop rain before and during our stay. After running the dehumidifier overnight it was considerably better, but anyone with allergies should beware. My daughter couldn't stay longer than 1 night as her allergies were severely aggrivated while in the house. There are a ton of games and other things in the closets, but it just seems to be broken, old, and unusable junk. For example, we couldn't find a complete chess set, and most of the scrabble tiles were missing. This wasn't really a big deal, but the games and books just seem to be adding to the smell and dingy feeling. The kitchen for the most part has everything you will need. Tons of plates, bowls, drinkware, and utensils, all in good shape. The knives and cookware could REALLY use a refresh (pans were scratched up and dirty and there wasn't a sharp knife to be found). We also had to wash most things before we used them. Finally, I think the property could benefit from a shed outside of the home to store the trash. There is a closet off of the kitchen to store trash in during the stay, but it started to smell within a couple of days. It also doesn't seem large enough to hold the 6 bag limit per week. I did see that this is a new owner, and perhaps they are in the process of upgrading the property. If that's the case I would strongly suggest cleaning out and disposing of most of what's in the closets and running the dehumidifier before guests arrive.

Lovely stay
Great place for a group. The large living room and the sun room were perfect for relaxing. The home is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Excellent communication with the property manager made check in and out so simple. Would absolutely stay here again.
