Luxury Greensboro Lake Oconee Condo with a 14-minute walk to the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee! Each bedroom has bathroom and king bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. This condo is also easily accessible to grocery and restaurants, including Publix and CVS. With a location close to shopping and entertainment, the Village Condo is only minutes from the movie theater and shopping complexes.

This condo measures approximately 2000 sqft of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is equipped with high-speed internet service, Smart TVs, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and marina access with optional pontoon boat rental (Lake Club Marina).

The condo was actually better than listed!! Very clean, well stocked, and had brand new flooring and furnishings throughout the living and dining rooms! Jordan was very helpful and easy to contact with any concerns. We only had one hiccup during our stay, the elevator was inoperable and we had to carry all of our luggage for our two week stay up 2 flights of stairs. Fortunately it was fixed that evening. Unfortunately, it broke down again four days before departure and again we had to use the stairs when we left. Despite this, we would come back (we rent 4-5 times per year at Reynolds) as it is a lovely condo with a fabulous view!

The location is a short 7 minute walk to Taylormade Kingdom. The condo was clean and spacious. Great views.

I was in town for a quick stay while doing some business in town and needed a nice place to stay overnight. The condo was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the You Tube tv and the comfortable sofas and family room. It was quiet and relaxing. The view from the condo of the golf course was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this condo for any family staying in the lake area.

Condo was clean and well maintained. Instructions for lighting fireplace were missing and remote doesn’t work. The 55 degree starting temp was a shock and took about 6 hours to get to 68. Other than that it was great.

Our only complaint is that we did not know that we could not get on any golf courses. BIG disappointment. In a golfing community seems like there should be a disclaimer. Otherwise very pleasant.

We had the best stay at this condo, super clean, they provided all the appliances (even a coffee maker!), and it was just a peaceful environment to stay in. This condo has it all and the next time we are in town, we will definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice place. Our only complaint was there wasn't any kleenex in the condo and they did not offer a starter of "Kcups" for the first morning cup of joe. Even Motel 6 offers coffee. Aside from that, this is roomy, a great location and responsive agents who helped us check in.

It was a cold week, the fireplace wouldn't light, after quick communication the owner or manager came over showed me how to light the pilot. It continued to go out while burning and give me a headache so we decided to pass and unfortunately we were not able to use the fireplace for the week. This unit is on the third floor and was out basically after we got there, fortunately it was working at first but not after and moving out was a real stress, carrying all the stuff down the stairs. Otherwise its a nice place.

The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our short visit. We were there for a wedding, so didn’t spend any time in meal prep at the unit. Located very close to the tennis courts. Very quiet at night for sleeping. There was shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom and hand soap and a bar of soap, which was unexpected since they said to bring my own. I would stay there again. Very nice unit.

Lovely condo in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was as described. Wifi was spotty at times but we used our phones as hotspots when we needed to. Management was very responsive when we had an issue with the fridge.

The property is great in so many ways. The only concern I have is lack of toilet paper and shampoo. We had to go to the CVS and pick up supplies. It would have been fine if we knew that going in. But it was a great place.

This condo was perfect for my family, cozy and warm, nice furnishings, clean and neat. A few burned out light bulbs and no functioning fire place did not spoil the mood. Perfect location , within walking distance to fitness center and other family residence.
