The house is outstanding. Listing is accurate. Has a great view of the mountains. Very clean and comfortable, enjoyed the game room.

This house was amazing for my family (three kids under seven years old). The kids loved the bunkbeds downstairs and there was four bedrooms upstairs to choose from. The master bedroom had a beautiful view out the large windows. The house sits on the edge of the little "town or village" of houses so you have some privacy. The property manager was super easy to work with. I had to call her on the last day because the ceiling fan broke. She was so nice and it really ended my trip well.

This cabin was amazing! The view out the back, the hot tub, spacious living space, comfortable beds, the kitchen, and all accommodations, could not have been better! We will keep this on our ‘return again’ list.

And the view is breathtaking.

This house was perfect for our large group. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was our home away from home.

The view is amazing! We enjoyed watching the sun set, whether in the hot tub or just sitting on the deck. We had 14 people and although it says that it can sleep 14, it was not comfortable. One loft had a full size mattress but did not fit for two grown teenagers. And the older teenagers were the only ones willing to climb up the tall ladder to get to the lofts. No one felt comfortable sleeping in the lofts due to the height, so some slept on sofas. That being said, the other beds were comfortable. It was nice to have two sets of washer/dryer for three families. We did have to search for batteries to replace the dead ones in a lot of fan/tv remotes. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room area! Communication with the mgmt team was acceptable. Kitchen was stocked as expected.

Great cabin with beautiful views! Perfect for our group of 3 families. Lots of room to spread out. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. The extra parking on the side was amazing for the trailer. We’ll definitely be back!!

We were very pleased with the home and it's location. It worked well for our family. Only negative, the cookware needs replacement. It's lost all of its non stick ability. The home was well stocked with all essentials including paper towels, hand soap, and several other items that were a nice surprise. I would definitely stay again with this company.

It was good. We have stayed here twice now, probably won’t stay again. Pay cleaning fees and still have to do laundry before we leave. Plus only two rolls of paper towels for our stay and wasn’t even a full roll of paper towels when we arrived. Nit picky things but for what we paid to stay not sure it was worth it.

Fragranced sheets and towels made all of us nauseous and stayed on our skin all week.
Still can't wash smell out of nightshirt.
Need to use fragrance free for all of us with allergies.
Shabby exterior due to lack of maintenance set the tone for the week.
Cleaning service needs to do better job inside, not as clean as could have been; also dust all over fans.
Hot tub aged and considered locked by a concrete block on cover???; also broken part for filter on inside.
Tried to heat up food, but inside oven was filthy, so we didn't use anymore.
Quiet location and okay view, NOT breathtaking.
Somehow didn't know a golf course on site, which we would have like to play.
Cost of rental too high for value compared to nicer homes we've stayed in at a lower cost with actual wildlife or lake view.
Can't believe we had to wash and dry towels after paying so much.
Should NOT be considered premier host.

This property had everything we needed and more. There was lots of space for the 11 of us, family and friends. The younger adults enjoyed the game room as this was a great escape to watch television. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners together at the large dining room table. Beautiful views and a short commute to West Yellowstone. This was a perfect place to stay!!

Our stay at Serenity Lodge couldn't have been more perfect. Our host, Shawna, responded quickly and was very pleasant! The lodge was comfy, clean, and very beautiful. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our vacation!
Our vacation destination was Yellowstone, and this lodge was perfect, as the entrance was only about 20 minutes away.
If I could give this location 10 stars I would! Thanks again Shawna for such a lovely place to vacation. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here with family. It was about 30 minutes outside the West YS entrance. Home was clean and as described. We had issues with the satellite but the manager tried her best to get it running. Kitchen is well stocked! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home with everything you need for your stay!! Very comfortable beds and room for a family to spreads out. My kids were entertained by the cows in the pasture behind us. (No smell at all). Small grocery store is about 1.5 miles away. West Yellowstone is about 20 minutes away. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect in size, cleanliness, amenities, location, and actually bigger than I had thought it would be. There’s one bedroom and bath downstairs. That bedroom has full size bunks and tv. Three bedrooms upstairs and two of those with loft sleeping areas. And another bathroom. The master bed and bath are also upstairs with a beautiful view from the master bedroom! There are two laundry areas one upstairs and one downstairs. There’s a large game room complete with tv, ping pong table, dry erase board for Pictionary and lots of board games. There are tv in main living room and every bedroom except one. The kitchen is large with a table big enough to seat A LOT of ppl. We were 25 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance. Great location!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space and a well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views each morning. Enjoyed the hot tub and stars in the evening. 30 minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone. We enjoyed our stay!
Maybe bring your own food as the grocery store has limited selection in west Yellowstone. Also consider bringing your own Roku or fire stick as access to apps was very limited.

The set up of the house was great. There were four couples and we each had our own room and the shared area was great. We were disappointed by the unkept hot tub and fire pit. Pictures show them as great places but in reality they were unkept.
8.0 / 10.0
The house layout and rooms are perfect for a large group. The back deck and hot tub provides an stunning view of open fields, mountains, sunsets, seasonal flowers, and bird life. This is the perfect place to hang with your family and friends. The master bedroom presents the same view and atmosphere.
However, the house needs some TLC and upgrades. The dishwasher didn't complete the clean cycle several times during our stay (repair or replace it). The hot tub temperature gauge is off by 6 degrees (check water with your hand before getting in). The plastic cups are great for the hot tub, but you need enough real glass wine glasses and water glasses for the number of occupants. No one wants to drink good wine, beer, or mixed drinks out of a plastic cup. We tried to follow the rule about putting the outdoor fire out with the hose, but the provided hose leaked so badly it couldn't be used (I put it by the garbage can). Fortunately, I found a better hose under the deck. We were happy to keep the house swept, but the provided broom needs to be replaced given the space and ease at which dirt gets tracked in from the deck and yard. Someone needs to go around and tighten up all the hanging hooks, fixtures, and swinging doors. I had WD40 in our truck, so I took care of the numerous squeaking doors. Finally, the deck chairs were few in number and in sad shape. Either purchase nicer all season chairs or just replace less expensive chairs more frequently.
Again, this is a perfectly located home with excellent features. It just needs a day of TLC to match its potential and past reviews.

Everything worked perfectly for us . The hot tub was great at the end of the hiking in Yellowstone everyday . We would certainly use the property again !

We had a family reunion and stayed on property with 15 people. The property and home was in a wonderful location that was just close enough to Yellowstone (about 30 min drive from West park entrance) and just enough privacy to be removed from the hustle of the town. The home was large and spacious with ample room for our large group. The sunsets from the large deck were incredible. A few minor suggestions would be the addition of a few more Adirondack chairs for the back deck and some screen doors/storm doors to help w cooling the house down in the cool evenings after a hot summer day (the home does get warm in the summer). Additionally, there are lofts in all of the upstairs bedrooms but those spacious lofts could be better utilized for kids with a few more air mattresses (one for each loft, perhaps?). There was plenty of sleeping space, but our kids were excited about the lofts and we could only utilize one w the provided bedding and the rest were wasted, unused space with no furnishings.
Other than these minor suggestions, this home was lovely and well stocked with amazing views and comforts of home!

We have stayed in several different rentals. Most over-state the facility and amenities. This one lived up to its billing.

Excellent cabin for a friends and family trip!
We had a large group with adults and kids (ages 3-6) and we all loved this cabin. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen, especially, was very much equipped with any kind of kitchen gadget you could want, and we were able to cook all of our meals together. The view from the deck is simply stunning. I would absolutely stay here again!

A great place to get away
A great property in a quiet location. Comfortable for our extended family. We loved the large, round dining room table where all 12 of us could eat together.

Good place to access Yellowstone. No ping pong paddles, can't use fire pit and no back yard. Barbwire fence right up to deck.

President's day weekend snowmobiling trip
Cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed. Perfect place to snowmobile in and out. Enough room for 4 adults and 7 kids (ages 10-17). Would definitely stay again. Good communication with owner/property manager.
