We are located in the heart of Keystone Resort. Whether you are enjoying a scenic gondola ride or discovering new wildflowers on a mountain trail, we want you to feel safe and we want you to have fun.

Walk to the slope, the shops, the restaurant, and live entertainment. Wake up to a spectacular view of the mountains and all that nature offers. Sit on the deck and watch others or relax in the condominium with your favorite movie or family board games or book.

Wake up to Starbucks coffee, eat breakfast in the comfort of your condominium as the fireplace roars. Walk to the slope and enjoy the wonderful skiing day and night, and stroll back to your condo for lunch and a hot drink.

PLAY PAST YOUR BEDTIME
When you vacation at Keystone, rest assured that the fun doesn't end when the sun goes down. In the winter, treat yourself and your family to après-ski specials, unique dinner experiences, and night skiing beneath the stars.

After a full day of skiing, relax and soak in one of three hot tubs or an outdoor, heated pool and enjoy the stars and the moon as can only be seen in the serenity of the mountains. Walk to one of the many nightclubs, play pool in the lodge, sit around the fire pit or retreat back to your condo to prepare for another fun-filled day of activities.

Keystone is a family-friendly resort and condo life makes it affordable. A washer and dryer are located in the lodge for your convenience.

Keystone Resort has a free bus service to all locations within the resort. Summit Stage (pick up at Mountain House) offers free bus service to other resorts: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, as well as the towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne.

Decent unit at lower end of price point for River Run. Good location, around a 4 min walk to gondola and easy access to River Run shops/restaurants. Ski lockers are nice and convenient. Hot tubs and access to pool at Dakota also nice. Kids liked the pool table in the lounge area. Beds are comfortable. This is on the second floor - i'd recommend using the stairs as the elevators are very slow, particularly at peak times. Overall this building is functional yet dated, as is the unit. Two of the four burners on the stove are inoperable, leaving the small burners, which aren't enough to come close to boil water, so cooking anything stovetop isn't an option. We also found trash inside the pullout bed, which was...weird. Pullout bed was comfortable, but there was only a top sheet and two blankets which seemed far from clean. Overall just seems like things needed freshening and deleting - no need for all those chairs in there they just end up stacked in the corner. It's pretty cramped for 4 people. I traveled with 1 adult and two kids, and it was tight. Can't imagine this working for 6 adults in any way unless you just don't bring a bunch of stuff or are ok being jammed into a place. Overall it's fine for a quick ski weekend with the guys, but certainly not a super-nice place, so set expectations accordingly. We still had fun!

Comfortable 2br/2ba condo close to slopes. Great choice for 4 adults. Enjoyed hot tubs, outdoor grill, pool table, proximity to shops and restaurants. Convenient underground parking. Unit was clean, nicely furnished and included everything needed for meal preparation. Would stay there again!

River Run Village is the place to stay at Keystone, which is where this unit is located. The property is in good condition, though a bit dated. We found the unit to be comfortable, though the carpet was pretty dirty.

This was our 9th trip at the River Run and this place ranked best on our list for location and pricing. Owner was resourceful and assisted with lighting the gas fireplace.

This condo was close to everything! The Aspens were in their full glory -YELLOW. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and having Netflix available was an added bonus. We enjoyed it when we got back to the condo after a long day exploring. Hope to stay here again.

It is a nice unit for no more than 4. If you are one who wants to cook, there's not a lot of space or cooking equipment with which to do it, but plenty of fun restaurants within walking distance. Having a gas grill was a plus. The deck is a nice quiet space, the hot tubs are well maintained. Overall it was a pleasant few days with family.

We liked this cozy place, we really enjoyed how close it was to everything! The lobby with a pool table was great and so were the 3 hot tubs just outside, with clean towels. The mattresses were super comfortable and the kitchen had all key needs including a crock pot. There was Netflix which I appreciated a lot especially since Netflix started limiting logins away from home. Showers were clean and hot and when my skis went missing from a community ski rack property management was super helpful. The unit has some wear and tear, for example the dishwasher rack was partially broken, as well as one of the stove burners. Also it’s close to the Keystone bus stop. We were lucky enough to get snow every night, which was great! But also meant 6:30am we heard the beeping of the snowplows for 20 minutes. We had a sound machine and that helped. I would stay here again for sure :)

We’ve stayed in River Run Village condos on multiple occasions and love the location. This condo was very comfortable, great beds, well stocked. Minor issue with humidifier and tv remote were taken care of immediately. Would def recommend.

Our family (2 adults, and 2 kids) has a great stay at this place. The condo was clean, and spacious enough to enjoy our 5 nights together. The property is convenient to everything in the Keystone resort. Just a few notes, the hot tub jets were broken, but I think that's typical with pipes freezing in this type of climate. I'd recommend using the stairs more as the elevator is pretty slow. The condo backs to the road where buses load and unload so bring a noisemaker if you're a light sleeper. Some curtains would be nice in each bedroom and lights from the street and parking lot get through the blinds. A nightstand drawer got stuck and would not close, which had me worried that my kid would hurt himself getting out of bed, but it didn't affect the stay. I did communicate this with the owner, and they tried contacting me, but the issue wasn't resolved while we were there. Overall, though, a great place to stay and I would stay here again.

The unit was actually better than advertised with good level of amenities and premium location. Right in the heart of River Run Village and close to everything. The check in team seemed a little confused on some of the unit details, included the wifi password. But a quick message to the owners resolved the issue.

The unit is super comfy and clean. The owners are over the top and attentive. There was a problem with the locks in our unit. It was difficult to reach the management company and get attention. However the owner was more than attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay but it was challenging to get access to the room upon arrival. Directions were confusing and not clear. There's no front desk for the building, I had to go offsite to get a room key, it wasn't clear which offsite location to go to. Luckily the phone number provided helped but they were even a little unclear on the situation. It would be much easier if an address was provided for check in rather than detailed directions about counting stop lights and looking for certain signs. Although the check in process could be improved everything else about the stay was wonderful!

Plenty of room for the 2 of us. The condo is perfect for those wanting to be in the heart of everything. It was nice and quiet at night as it does not face the courtyard. Within Walking distance of many activities. Comfortable beds, warm and powerful showers. Kitchen is fully equipped (except for scissors) to prepare any home cooked meal. We appreciated the automatic ice maker, coffee pot, and coffee. Hot tub area was quite relaxing. Though one of the tub’s jets weren’t functioning, the water was still warm and relaxing. We didn’t use the pool as we had no idea where it was and didn’t take the time to try and find it.

We spent a long weekend in the condo and it was perfect for a couple days of skiing. A small walk to the gondola and great access to River Run Village. Unit had all the necessities. Mornings were a bit noisy with the shuttle bus, etc driving by.

It was our first time to Keystone and taking the kids skiing. The proximity to the River Run Gondola, Ski School, and restaurants was perfect. We didn’t have to get in our car the whole 4 days we were there. The bus picks up right outside of the front door to take you to the other lift at Keystone. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. All around, this trip was amazing!

This will be our second time staying at this same property…and we love it! It is right at the base of River Run gondola for easy access to skiing (esp when you have kids). The place is always clean and well appointed. I did give a low score this time for check in process but only because we went and got our keys but when we got to the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guests…I think there were definitely some communication issues with the Guest Services group but shouldn’t be a reflection on these owners. Next time we are back we will be staying here again!
