We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was spotless, well appointed and had a great shower with tons of hot water. The kitchen was set up with everything that you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot. The owner was very quick to respond to all communication and we will certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in the carriage house studio. It was just right for two people. Everything we needed was there for us, including extra blankets and nice soft towels. The location is wonderful within walking distance to downtown and the beautiful Old Town neighborhoods of Fort Collins.

I was in town for a quick business trip and to see my son, who is a freshman at CSU. Nice amenities, great location and I really appreciated the 11 AM check out time. I was able to get to my 9 AM meeting and back to load up my car. So much less stressful, as I am not much of a morning person! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Old Town Carriage House! Very nice house that is tastefully decorated and spotless. It was conveniently located to a lot of the adventures we had on our itinerary. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We appreciated the motion lights when we arrived back after dark. The sofa and bed are both extremely comfortable. We savored our morning coffee viewing the lovely outdoor area that host a beautiful butterfly garden. We simply loved our time at The Old Town Carriage House!

This is a cozy place with everything you would need for a weekend or a month long trip! My wife and I biked for one whole day we were there with the bikes provided. Great host and overall just nice place. Hope to return one day!

Located in lovely neighborhood very close to main road through old town Fort Collins. 5 minute walk to CSU campus. Owners responded immediately to a questioning call once I arrived. Very comfortable place to stay for a week. I highly recommend this VRBO.

This is a darling little over-the-garage apt in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. It was comfortable, clean and has all the amenities anyone would need. It's perfect for someone who is traveling alone but certainly big enough for two. It has parking for one vehicle and has motion detector lighting, so it's very easy to get in and out and not be in the dark. I highly recommend this sweet little hidden gem.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Old Town Carriage House. Check in was simple. Host was responsive and provided great recommendations for breakfast, breweries and hikes nearby. The carriage house was clean and comfortable, they even had snacks, bottled water and coffee/tea available. Such nice touches. Very close to restaurants and shopping. There were even bikes for us to use! Loved our stay and will definitely book again if we return to Fort Collins!

The studio had everything we needed! The description and pictures posted online were spot on. It was clean, cool and comfortable in the heat (100 degrees outside). The studio was in a great quiet location and we could walk to our favorite spots in the FOCO downtown area. It was fun sitting on the deck enjoying our morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

The place was cute, clean and well equipped. We weren't their much because we were going to softball games. But it was a very nice, quiet place also quick and easy to find. Close to walking downtown with restaurants & shops. We would go back if it's available.

Great location! Easy to walk to downtown Fort Collins and a great neighborhood for walking or running. Perfect place to stay for a couple weeks with all the things you’ll need to have for breakfast and lunch. Very quiet with your own parking space.

Great location. Walk evewhere in old town. Clean and very up to date. Not a huge place but just enough to sleep, grab a coffee and get out and about. Just a studio but has all you need including a nice TV, movies and books if you want to just hang in one night. Sit in the patio and have your coffee or just relax before you head out. Very update and clean place! Would definitely book again.
