This rental cottage is in a prime location, within walking distance to parks, water, shopping and restaurants. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could ever need. Although it is a small in size it is designed to take advantage of every bit of usable space and is very comfortable.
Our only complaint would be that the other half of the shared cottage is rented by a sculptor who uses an air gun and other equipment creating thumps and bumps and other noises throughout the day. This is something that should have been disclosed in the property description of this rental.

Quiet and clean. Nice kitchen and grill if you want to cook. Abundant eateries close by. Not a far walk to many things. Was a pleasure speaking with the owners and watching their work. For a 10 day stay, this is far superior place and experience compared to a traditional hotel. Thanks.

This Olde Town Cottage is Perfect
This adorable Cottage is very comfortable, clean and just right for two people! The bed is so comfortable, as well as the sofa and chairs in the living room. My husband, a contractor, was very impressed with the workmanship and details of its construction. It's location is perfect. We took walks down by the May River, rode our bikes around Olde Town and found many wonderful restaurants and art galleries to explore. We will definitely return!

Great value. Private. Excellent decor.
The place was perfect for a quiet stay, yet 2 blocks to the very center of town. Every room was decorated perfectly. The bathroom was great. All surfaces are non-slip. We would look to rent this again on our next visit to Bluffton.

Perfect Getaway
The cottage was the perfect location for our vacation. Very happy to find a beautiful, clean cottage within walking distance of most of the venues in Bluffton. It’s just a short drive to Hilton Head, and about a 40 minute drive to the beauty of Savannah. Loved it! Well worth the expense.

Quaint comfy stay in Bluffton
We loved our stay in Bluffton! This little cottage was so close to everything yet felt like you had your own private nature preserve. The cottage was comfortable, had all of the amenities needed, was stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. An all around 5-star. This was our first time in Bluffton and we had great meals (breakfast and lunch) at The Cottage Cafe and a fantastic dinner at The Pearl. We only had a short stay and would definitely return in the future. Thanks Laurel & Jen!

Wonderful Place in Bluffton
My wife and I had a wonderful stay this week at the Verdier Cove Cottage in Bluffton. The cottage is a perfect getaway, well-appointed, clean, cozy, in a great location and the hosts, Laurel and Jen, are super nice and helpful. The weather was a little cool this week, but the sunshine allowed us to get out and experience the entire region from Bluffton, Beaufort, Hunting Island, Hilton Head, Savannah and Tybee Island. Yes, we did overeat at many of the fabulous restaurants there, and bought some Christmas and holiday gifts for family in the many boutiques in Bluffton. I highly recommend Laurel’s cottage in Bluffton! Thanks Laurel and Jen for a wonderful stay during our anniversary week!

Cozy cottage in perfect location
We had a fantastic weekend in this clean, cozy, beautifully decorated cottage apartment. Within walking distance to town and the kayak/boat launch is right around the corner! We were able to kayak with the dolphins jumping up around us...and a couple of little sharks!

Quaint, Charming, Cozy and Comfy
We loved our stay in Olde Town Bluffton. The unit was even better than we expected. Everything about the check-in was perfect. The unit had everything we needed and more. The location is magical being so close to the May River and all the greenery and moss growing around the cottage. We got to see the workshop attached to the unit and learn about the glasswork done in the shop. We have already recommended the location to friends and family and would definitely stay here again if in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. Thank you for welcoming guests into your world..

The Perfect Bluffton Experience
We loved staying at this Bungalow ! I would love to stay here for a month as a snow bird. It is located in old town and is a short walk from a park right along the May River. The Oyster Co. which is a fresh seafood market is at this same park. We bought fresh sea bass, shrimp and soft-shell crabs that we were able to prepare in the bungalow. I loved walking around the neighborhood which is filled with huge old oak trees and beautiful vegetation. It is also a real town and we saw families with children playing in the parks and a school where children were harvesting greens from the garden. It is also an easy walk to shops and many restaurants. The bungalow was built by the owners and the craftsmanship is apparent in many details. The furniture was comfortable and perfect for the size and set up. The bed was very comfortable with wonderful bedding. The kitchen was great with beautiful glassware, dishes, and a gas stove. I loved the little table with the comfy chairs. Although we did not sleep in the loft, I climbed up to it a few times to use it for meditation. The ladder is very sturdy but this would not be the place for young children. We sat out on the porch when the mornings and evenings were temperate. It was like a beautiful jungle with birds and vegetation. The owners were very friendly, easy to contact, and interesting people. They provided a warm welcome but also gave us privacy. I highly recommend going out to Hudson's on Hilton Head for lunch on the water. I also recommend the lobster roll from the Sugaree in Bluffton. We took our rolls for a picnic and then hiked along an old rail line that is now a hiking trail. The Bluffton area is very popular right now so be prepared for crowds on the weekends. Thank you to Laurel for a wonderful stay in Bluffton!
