The Grande Bay resort is situated hillside on Cruz Bay beach overlooking the pristine aqua blue water of Cruz bay on St. John. Set near Wharfside Village, a great location to all St. John has to offer, a short stroll along the beach to a variety of water sports, excellent shops, bars, small casino, local jewelry shops, and restaurants as well as convenient access to ferries and taxis. Just a quick open-air taxi ride away from many of the most beautiful natural beaches in the Caribbean. Very close to the ferries to access the other Virgin Islands.

Resort/Condo amenities include: Heated Salt water pool, Hot tub, Sun deck overlooking the beautiful Cruz Bay, Premier Fitness center with weights, pilates and aerobic training machines, Elevators, One indoor parking spot, 24-hour front desk staff /security and resort generator, Complimentary High-Speed WiFi internet and US telephone service.

Newly Renovated Luxury Condo: The condo has the best views in an upper building, set back on the 3rd floor with elevator access, allowing guests to enjoy awesome unobstructed Sea and Bay views in a quiet environment (Hurricane Windows) and very close to the resorts pool, hot tub and sun deck. Relax on the homes private 2 terraces – one wrap around balcony with beautiful unobstructed views of the Cruz Bay and the Ocean. Renovated with new furniture and linens, the home has spacious living room, dining room and kitchen areas.

The 3 large bedrooms (2 with balcony access) will accommodate up to 6 (2 king size beds and two single beds that can also be joined together to sleep 2 together).

Fully updated and stocked kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, range, microwave, blender, coffee maker. Bathrooms have 2 large double sink bathrooms with Rain showers and shower towers with glass doors. Full size washer and dryer.

65-inch flat screen smart TV in living room and 49-inch flat screen smart TVs (all Netflix compatible with on X-box) in all 3 bedrooms all with satellite TV.

Completely as advertised. Great layout, excellent location, very well equiped with everything we needed. Comfy beds, amazing view. Having a dedicated parking place was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was very timely, and the host was very attentive. We've stayed at numerous places around the island over the years, and this is our favorite. We'll return for sure.

Great condo. Perfect location with a designated parking spot which allowed us to easily walk into town at night after exploring the beaches all day. The full sized washer and dryer was a bonus and we really appreciated the on-site generator at the property. Keeping us cool during the recent reoccurring power outages helped make for a relaxing trip.

First visit to St John and I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay! This condo is exactly as advertised, with fantastic communication from both the owner( Donovan) and property manager ( Rachelle). The property is the very best location and we walked easily into Cruz Bay for dinner, shopping, etc. Designated parking place in parking garage was a huge plus! The condo itself was stunning and had everything we needed. We had our adult children with us, five adults and plenty of space. We look forward to our next stay here as soon as we can get back! Love St. John!! Thank you!

One week of hiking/snorkeling/Jeep riding/great eating and a few cocktails. Our 2 18 year old girls were able to shop-dine-find coffee/smoothies on their own in town. Great location/condo was perfection and Donovan was great! Thanks again for a great St John trip!

We had a great stay at this Grande Bay condo. Communication before and during our stay was good, checking in to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The condo has everything you would need, kitchen well stocked, parking for a car, towels and beach chairs is all you really need, but this condo has much more than that. This is my 4th time to this fabulous island. I have never stayed in Cruz Bay itself so this was a new experience for me. All the bars and restaurants are within walking distance and beaches are only a short drive away. I would recommend this condo to anyone considering staying in St Johns.

This apartment is exactly like shown on the photos. Beautifully done, with lots of gorgeous details all throughout the apartment. Kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything that you need. Coffee machine. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Blender. Even small ice machine that makes crushed ice!! Comfortable beds in the bedroom. Beach towels, regular towels. Check in and chek out was a breeze. The owner texted us a couple of times a week before to ask if we have any questions and if we need anything. Also the manager of the property texted us a few times before and during our stay. We loved everything about this property. Perfect location. Walking distance to every restaurant and bars, supermarket. We always rent a car ( there is parking spot in the building for the car), but we hardly used it, since we could walk everywhere. And last but not least the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Thank you for making our stay exceptional!

We only stayed in the condo for 2 nights but it was great. clean, updated and had everything we needed. Communication with management was amazing. We took our 3 collage age boys and they were extremely happy which made it even better for us. We will definitely rent this unit again if it is available. Thank you!

We have been coming to St. John for years and is probably our 10th time staying at Grande Bay. I have stayed in this same unit also and we love it. Great location, close to pool, and our boys loved the binoculars, xbox, etc. Donovon was great and Rachelle addressed any needs that we had.

Fantastic property in a prime location! Donovan called me back within 30 seconds of me reaching out to him about a small hiccup at check-in. The condo is very well stocked. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, which is a big plus for us. Having coffee on the patio overlooking Cruz Bay is unbeatable. We’ll be back!

4 of us stayed here during the week of our daughter's StJ wedding. This unit could not have been better outfitted (furniture, kitchen, comfy beds, strong internet, beach "closet"), located, and well kept. We had plenty of meals and drinks while overlooking the bay and discussing how happy we were to be there. So much so, that we are already making plans to return next year, if we are so lucky. Thanks to the great crew who make this place what it is, from check in to departure.

Overall pleasant experience. The location of the Grande Bay condo third floor building 7 was just enough distance for the music to accent the nightly sounds but not drain it out. Condo was in great shape, plenty of room for six comfortably. Rachelle and Donovan did communicate well with us when necessary and needed. Friendly people and easy going. Would highly recommend, excellent location and well groomed condo. Island is gorgeous. Really can’t go wrong anywhere you go to explore or relax.

This property is a great place to stay. Very clean and well laid out. The staff was extremely helpful and communicative. The location is perfect - right in the heart of things - yet the noise level is still low. The property has access to a very nice pool. And the views are amazing! I highly recommend it!!
