The home was everything they indicated!
Two families have been going up to Northport for over 20 years reuniting with another local family. Since our families have grown we needed another place and had so much fun with the 3rd generation.
We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful. Located in the heart of Pentwater. My son was married in the gazebo across the street. The house was perfect in so many ways. We made so many wonderful memories. Thank you!!

Found the yard well kept, house well maintained, clean, roomy, comfortable, well laid out. Hosts responsive to questions. Back yard grassy, fenced, great for kids to run around. Location to playground, beach, businesses in small town wonderful. A great experience. Thank you Danny and Joni!

Great house. Well equipped kitchen. Great TV. Large bedrooms upstairs. So close to town and water. Only suggestions I would make is to put hanging racks in the bedrooms, list the size of beds on Vrbo and a new coffee maker, just a simple drip one would be so much easier. Will definitely stay there again!! And many of our wedding guests plan to make a return trip and stay here.

Great house, plenty of space (indoors and outdoors), amazing access to the water and town. Comfortably fit my group of 8 people with room to spare. Would absolutely stay again

We had a great weekend!! The house is spotless and gorgeous. Beds comfy and the front porch and views were delightful. Kids liked walking into town and having the beach right there. My son fished off the pier. Great coffee shop and brewery around the block as well as a small grocery store, ice cream place and a couple other little restaurants. Great location!!!!
There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 4 upstairs. 1 full bath downstairs and 1 full bath upstairs. Our king bed was amazingly comfortable.

Danny and Joni are fantastic hosts. This is the second time renting from them and they were very accommodating for our large group.
We will definitely rent the house again in the future.

House was very clean and nice. Kitchen is big enough for multiple people to cook in and well equipped with cooking ware. Bedrooms are of good size with comfortable beds. The back yard is of good size for plenty of activities. The only disappointments that we had, though they were very minor and did not ruin our stay what so ever, is that there were no place to hang clothes and the toilet paper supply was short for eight people staying four days. Both of these were easily remedied and we had a wonderful weekend. We would definitely stay again.

The Beach House is perfect for a reunion with kids old enough to enjoy the park and beach across the street. The house is so comfortable and clean. Great back yard, but those front porches!
Would like to see more direct contact with owners and less hassle going through vrbo once the deposit is paid.

This house is in an ideal location in Northport MI, across from the beach and two blocks from downtown. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, and a good size living room, it worked well for our holiday multi-generational family gathering. It is attractively decorated and had everything necessary for a weeks stay with lots of cooking.

We had 5 couples from our neighborhood go up to the area for a wine trip weekend. We had plenty of space for everyone. It was a great location to have the wine bus pick us up and arraigned stops at several wineries. I highly recommend the rental if you are looking to do a group trip!

We stayed a long weekend in this historic home and it was perfect for our extended family. We had 6 adults and 3 small children and there was space for all of us. The park across the street was perfect for the kids and the view of the water from the porch was beautiful. The small shops and brewery were within walking distance and easy drives to sleeping bear, Sutton’s Bay, and area wineries. Would definitely recommend.

The Beach House was just wonderful. Newly updated, but with classic charm. The location is perfect - grocery store, bakery, ice cream shop, restaurants and wine tasting, all just around the block, and a beautiful well-maintained beach just across the street. We had 3 families stay together, for a total of 6 adults and 4 children, and the house was very comfortable for all. We definitely plan to return next year!

This is our 3rd year staying at the Beach House and we intend to keep this tradition going! It has become a way to bring our families together from 3 different states to reconnect and relax. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated and is well stocked with everything a group will need to make their stay comfortable and convenient. The house is conveniently located across from the public beach and the marina and just a short walk to shops, bakery, groceries and restaurants. Early morning coffee and evening meals on the porch with family were the highlight of the week. We can't wait to go back!!

We rented the Beach House for our daughter's wedding. There were 8 adults and 2 children and plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kitchen was amazing. The decor like a Pottery Barn catalog and very comfortable beds. The owners were great to work with and provided all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is ideal, near restuarants, library, shops, park and beautiful water views.I would recommend this rental to friends and family....and we would love to stay there again!

We loved our week at the Beach House - it was as beautiful and clean as it looks in the pictures, convenient (within walking distance) to all the amenities Northport has to offer, across the street from the park, the marina, the beach. The front porch was unbelievable!!!! We cannot wait to go back.
