Here in sought after Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes is Palm Villa. This is a spacious two bedroom, two bath villa with Vaulted Ceiling and Exposed Beams. We feature a key less entry with no contact check in. We have a security camera at the front entrance. We have password protected very high speed internet Wifi. Villa is a very roomy 1447 sq. ft. Great space in an open floor plan. Large Great Room with tiled floors and 50 inch smart TV with Premier Cable Service Lineup as well as a Sound Bar. Leather sleeper sofa and 2 Leather Recliners. Dedicated workspace Desk area provides charging station for phones and electronics.
Dining area has large table with 2 extra leaves seating 6 -10. There are 4 padded counter height stools at the kitchen peninsula.
Open kitchen with lots of counters and space with extra lighting and outlets.
Our deep stainless steel farmhouse sink is a beauty! Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to get you cooking including spices, condiments and paper products. Large assortment of good quality baking pans, cooking utensils, blender and even a crock pot!
Note there is No Outdoor Grill Provided. Please Cook in our Pristine Kitchen! Also Hilton Head Island has an abundance of Great Restaurants, lots with Water Views!

We have provided beach chairs, umbrella, carry beach bags, and small cooler for your use. Just bring your beach towels! Easy close parking to villa. There is one of four pools just around the corner from our Villa.
All the fine amenities of Palmetto Dunes are just a short walk or bike ride away. 8 - 10 minute walk to 12 miles of beautiful beaches. Call the fabulous Complimentary Dune Buggy Service from April 1st thru Labor Day will ferry your family and gear to and from the beach! The Dune Buggy will take you anywhere in the Resort including Shelter Cove, so park your car and take the Free Dune Buggy in season!
Shelter Cove Town Center offers great Waterfront shopping, restaurants, entertainment and events. Every Tuesday night in Summer there are great Fireworks mid June thru August. There is also a very convenient Kroger and Liquor Store there.

We stayed with our 2 dogs. Very convenient to take dogs out first thing in the morning, to the walking path, to General Store & a little bit longer to beach, but worth the walk.
Spacious & well stocked with just about everything. Gorgeous, large deck with best view of the golf course. We want to come back soon.

We had a great time during our first visit to Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes was a great area to be in with all of the amenities and with so many other things a quick five minute drive away. The condo was great and fit our family perfectly! It was the perfect size and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was a little longer than we had expected based on other reviews. It was a good 15 minute walk to the beach access at the Dune House. Great vacation and will be back to Hilton Head again!

We loved our stay at this Palmetto Dunes appartment! It was clean, well stocked, quiet and has a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course. With walking distance to the pool, 5min bike ride to pickleball courts/general store and 10min to the beach the location is perfect!
Diane has been very nice and has always promptly responded to questions. We highly recommend this vacation home and would love to come back.

This property is exactly as listed. Excellent location with proximity to amenities, beach, and restaurants. Extremely clean and well-maintained home with plenty of space for our family and dog. We very much enjoyed our stay and Diane was a great communicator and host. Would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd year staying at this location. We love this property! The unit is very spacious and clean. It has everything in it you need. My family included myself, husband and 18 year old son. We also brought our 16lb miniature schnauzer. The unit even has food and water bowls for your fur baby. Loved sitting outside on the spacious deck having my morning coffee and breakfast. Hope to stay in this unit again next year.

The unit is very clean and updated. The kitchen/den area is particularly roomy and open. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck overlooking the first hole of the golf course. We saw beautiful birds, and deer coming out to feed around sunset. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all we needed. The general store is fairly close by and the units are close to the main entrance so that getting out of Palmetto Dunes is quick.

My husband, Labrador and I had a wonderful stay at Diane’s villa. It is a one story villa with no units above or below which was important to us. It is in a quiet location with a big deck overlooking the golf course in Queen’s Grant. It is spacious and the furnishings very comfortable. It is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We are very picky about quiet and comfort, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Diane, for being such a great host.

First off, the property is a lot larger in person than in the pictures. Diane was very responsive to our questions and had a nice binder available for area information.
While the location and property are fabulous, what set this stay apart for us was the little things; plenty of dishwashing soap and laundry detergent, lots of hangers, an outdoor shower (for washing off beach sand), a beach umbrella and chairs, a desk, hammock on the deck, etc. It's nice to stay in a place that feels like home without having to bring all the little things with us.

The condo itself is centrally located in Palmetto Dunes. Unlike other units, it has a very nice view over the golf course. The layout is very functional with a huge kitchen. It is extremely well appointed with any amenities you might need, down to a first aid kit and night lights. The owner personally answered our texts quickly. Could not be more pleased and would definitely return to the same unit in the future.

Good location in Palmetto Dunes. Had a puppy with us that loved walks on the golf course at night. Lots of items in the drawers like saran wrap and zip lock bags, a first for us to see that. Very quiet until the last 2 nights when a group of younger looking men came in and were a little loud at night.

We enjoy Hilton Head so much ch and have stayed in Queens Grant several times. This villa is very spacious with an open kitchen, dining, living concept. Spacious deck with shade and sun. Comfortable beds. An air conditioner that works very well! That’s huge for us as we like it cold when we sleep. Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. The location is just a short bike ride to the beach and shopping. The owner is very attentive to your needs. Absolutely enjoyed this condo. Highly recommend. We had a little schnauzer with us and he enjoyed all the squirrels playing in the back and watching the golfers on the golf course☺️

We had a great 2 week stay. Unit is lovely and very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Back deck is spacious and watching the golfers on the 1st and 2nd holes is fun. Walk to beach/general store/tennis center is easy. We highly recommend this unit.

This condo is amazing! It is spotless, quiet, full of sun, close to the beach and restaurants. Oh yes, there is also a world-class golf course in the back yard. If you are not a golfer, you can sun yourself and sip drinks will watching on the deck in the nice lounge chairs. You can also bring your puppy dog. : ) Diane is a fantastic host and I would give more stars if I could!

Located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes in Hilton Head, this 2BR/2BA villa was wonderful. The back deck overlooked the 2nd tee box on the Trent Jones golf course and there was a small lagoon out the front near the parking. The unit was larger than expected, the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. We had no issues and the owner did a great job staying in touch.

Amazing property
This is one of the best rental properties that I've ever stayed at. The condo is spacious and very well-stocked. Anything and everything that we could have wanted for our stay was provided. There were extra trash bags, spices, condiments, beach equipment, even movies and books. We had a small problem with adjusting the air condition and the owner was very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great vacation!
This condo is beautiful and in a great location. Spacious, clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for a week in Hilton Head. The shaded deck is perfect for morning coffee and we loved walking the golf course in the evening. Close to the beach, Shelter Cove and Coligny Plaza. Diane was great to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back!

Summer vacation
The condo was exceptionally clean! The pictures matched the in person view. We have stayed at several places in Hilton Head but the description to them were not as exact as Dianne's condo. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This will be a condo we will want to come back to in the future.

Excellent stay in Hilton head
My wife and I love coming to this property it overlooks the 2nd T Box on the Robert Trent Jones golf course, there are squirrels And 6 or more deer walking by in the evening and all types of wildlife. we bring our dog with us she loves sitting outside and watching the animals go by. This property has everything you need to move right in and be right at home. Diane is the owner and she goes out of her way to make you feel right at home. We love coming here and we will be back.

Delightfuly relaxing stay
One of the best in Queens Grant! We've been coming to Queens Grant and Hilton Head for years and this place is a gem. Pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is open and wonderful. The living room is very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and also very spacious. The location is great and everything is very quiet. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to staying again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful family vacation!!
Our stay in this villa was perfect! Diane provides all essentials and then some in her lovely rental. Beds in the master and 2nd bedroom were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook at home, which we do during our stay. The temperature of the unit was very comfortable and we loved the ceiling fans too. We enjoyed morning coffee on the huge deck with beautiful scenery and wildlife. We used the game table and desk too! Easy to bike or catch the buggy to the beach. VERY quiet and relaxing. ALl the rooms were clean and welcoming. Just what our family needed after a challenging year. Diane was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We have been coming to HHI for over 20 years and this was a wonderful vacation. Many thanks to Diane for welcoming our dog too!

1st time to HHI and Villa is a perfect location with ample parking spaces. Home is spacious, clean and decorated with a coastal theme that was very inviting and relaxing. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances including the washer/dryer. The huge deck is another highlight for watching the golfers, the colorful birds and the occasional deer/squirrel in their natural environment to just relax with optional outside dining w/grill. Diane was very responsive to all our questions and offered great recommendations for places to eat! This is our definite 'go to' place to stay!
